Weve been looking for a mattress for a few years, finally bought one! Todd was so helpful and patient with us! This mattress is so soft.. cant wait to sleep on it tonight! The delivery team, Guillermo was excellent..carried them up our stairs and were very nice!

Couldn’t actually purchased what I wanted after wasting 45 min debating between two- only being told it wouldn’t arrive until March of 2022! just be straight forward with clients and it makes for a quicker process- in and out for everyone. the sales associate wouldn’t honor my nursing discount on the brand I purchased ( discount given through that brand of mattress) and she wouldn’t honor my 10 percent off coupon code through mattress firm for being part of their “ emailing list.”throughout the entire experience, the sales associate was almost yelling the entire time at my family and myself. I had to be very direct with her for her to just back off a little bit and allow us to make our choice. We did end of purchasing that day, although I don’t think I’d return to this particular location just because of the service.

This is one of the Best mattress Stores and experienceStores and experience Ive ever had. Very freindly and helpful people. Would recommend to anyone and would buy from again. The people that work there are some of the best and will help you in anyway they can.

My Wife and I were shopping for a new mattress and were driving by Mattress Firm and went in to see what they had to offer. I wanted to lookat different manufacturers. We went to this location last night looking for a new mattress. There was only one employee there so we looked around. Once the employee, Matthew, was done helping the other customer, he came to help us. He was fantastic! He was super patient with us while we tried just about every bed in the store. I went to this Mattress Firm location with my fiancé the day after we got engaged. The store manager, Christopher W, was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Once we fell in love with a mattress, his customer service went above and beyond any other.He worked incredibly hard to get us the best possible order, he communicated details excellently, and made the process very smooth and exciting for us. He was very friendly and engaging the moment my son and I got there, he listened to what I was looking for and my price range, and showed us several options, all while keeping my teen son involved (it was his bed we were shopping for) and patiently taking the time to see what discounts were available. He even helped carry the extra item (a purple pillow) out to the car so he could give my son a high five (after asking of course). Salesman was not thar helpful. He assumed since we were older we knew all about the different kinds of mattresses and materials. I told him I tried to look things up online but didnt know the difference. He just kept pushing one mattress. My husband was upset, I was frustrated and we left.

I was having a lot of trouble dealing with a headboard that did not work with a mattress I already had that was not returnable. Allen and Chris were extremely helpful and able to get me what I needed to make my headboard and mattress work. I bought a boxspring, bed frame, and modi plate from them, they were not pressuring to buy me anything I didnt need to buy which is always my fear going into a mattress store. I will def. go back when I am in need of a new bed.

He showed us different options at different price points and when we asked about price comparisons, he knew why a mattress was $300 more or $500 less than another one. I first called the Mattress Firm in Huntley. I was looking for a mismatched Queen boxspring because my son’s was ruined due to recent flooding in Chicago. The excellent customer service started in Huntley when it was explained that they didn’t have anything available like that, but Algonquin was a bigger store AND he gave me that #. Chris, at the Algonquin store, then went above and beyond! Not only was he able to secure me a boxspring at a great price, but when he found out I’d have to secure it to my vehicle - we were able to work out delivery!! Excellent customer service!!

Came in to buy a Purple 3 Mattress during a sale. Got told our mattress would be delivered on June 13th because it was in stock at their warehouse...come June 13th and I never got a call or anything from anyone that our mattress was back ordered. The store was great and Tyler (the salesman) was amazing and very helpful the first time I came in to originally buy the mattress. This review is for the shipping team. I had to call in at 1:30pm the day of to confirm our mattress and got told it is on backorder up until the 22nd..thanks for letting us know. So now I’m stuck with no mattress for over a week now.

After going to several stores trying to find mattresses for my daughters in Indiana they were the only ones that would have them shipped the next day to them. Nicholas the sales consultant was spectacular in helping find what was needed and did everything possible to make the sale . Highly recommend seeing him if your in need of a mattress set

The store was great. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. We were in and out very quickly. The problem was with the delivery. I wanted sometime after 3 pm (thats when I get home from work). I was told that they dont deliver that late and the best they could do was sometime between noon and 3pm. So I took half a day off of work to be home between noon and 3. Imagine my surprise when 3 pm comes along and no delivery. I finally get a call at 3:10 saying the truck will be here in 15 minutes. It still takes them almost a hour to get to my house. I didnt get an Im sorry or anything. Its like they didnt even realize Id been waiting all afternoon. What I dont get, is it only take them about 3 minutes to setup the mattress and remove the old one. So why did I have to take half a day off work and they still were late?

I ordered online and was supposed to get next day delivery, I even got an email confirmation staying the delivery date and time frame, but when I called to check on it I was told it never got scheduled and wouldn’t be available for delivery for another 3 days! I work weekdays and am not home from 7:00am to 8:30/9:00pm, the whole reason I bought from mattress firm was because they advertised the next day shipping on my mattress! I don’t understand how I could get an email confirmation for the delivery and it not be scheduled. I’m left extremely frustrated and annoyed, not to mention inconvenienced!

I would not buy from them again. We bought a mattress set from them and the sales person,Venkatesh talked me into buying an adjustable bed frame for my wife and I. I told him I was under comfortable spending that much on a bed frame without her there. He told me and my daughter that if we did not like it we had 3 months to return or exchange. We do not like it we tried multiple positions and each one we woke up with back aches. I called him to say we wanted to return it and exchange for another full size set. He said furniture not returnable and he never said I could return it. Complete lie!!!!!! Both of us heard him tell this to me.

Only because the sales person was great. She wasnt sales-ey at all, and we were avle to make a decision and purchase quickly without being harassed. Thats always the worst part about walking in these places. I usually feel like we are being probed by sales people. Not here.
