Very clean, warm, and welcoming! Associates answered all of my questions and double checked sale items for me to make sure I was paying the correct price!

For crafts, supplies, or just overall very interesting stuff to make/look at, Hobby Lobby is the place to go! .. they have some really nice selections and lots of different ways to get the best looks in decor. .. all at VERY reasonable prices, (EVERYTHING will go on sale, this week or next)

This place is great! All of the workers are so friendly and helpful and they treat the customers like their top priority. Rhonda was very impressive in the way she efficiently found all the items I asked for and went out of her way to help me when she was in the middle of something else. Overall, I can’t say anything negative about this establishment.

If what you want isnt on sale you can use a coupon or come back the next week and it will probably be on sale! Staff are always friendly!

I love Hobby Lobby. I went in looking for one item & spent over an hour there. It gave me some good ideas for my Kitchen. Sort of a bummer that they arent open on Sundays. But that doesnt keep me from going there any other day. Most items are reasonably priced. Great place!

I went in to take some pictures for a echo photography project because of the vast amount of beautiful subject matter. Of course I asked the manager for permission, and Randy was extremely kind and accommodating. The every staff member I encountered was kind and even offered suggestions for what I could photograph. If youre looking for great customer service, this is the place for you. Thanks Randy!!

Changing my review to 1 star because of the manager who is trying to cover up for the mistakes of employees. The customer isnt always right at this store! The signs were there from last week, and they would not honor it because someone forgot to remove them for 2 days, they just go and remove them instead of saying thank you for letting us know and honoring the price, also the stuff the they told me is on sale had stuff on shelves that apparently isnt on sale why I the world do you have it there then???

Very well.stocked store with seasonal.inventory and tons of craft supplies. Huge selection of artificial flowers. Hundreds of frames of all sizes. Store was very busy today, but the professional and courteous staff got people through the checkout quickly while still maintaining a friendly attitude. Parking lot is ample and well kept.

I love Hobby Lobby! I can find gifts for everyone, crafts for the kids and stuff for my best friends wedding. One stop shopping for all I need.

I love this place. I buy all my paint supplies here. The employees are great and helpful. Very prompt and kind. They are closed Sundays which is too bad. I tend to run out of paint a lot and it would be awesome to run in here on Sundays to buy some, but I would have to go to Michaels.

I cant say enough good things about Hobby Lobby. They always have great sales, the most updated and current trends, the best crafts section and holiday sections. This is truly a makers paradise. The problem is though is that I cant go in with an empty credit card because I will come out with it maxed LOL

They have a lot of good stuff but we were caring Out a table and the Manager didnot ask to help we almost tripped and fell!

This store is huge and has a much bigger selection of crafts than the other store on Randall. It was very clean and well organized.

The woman at the returns desk was also the only checkout person. She was calm, helpful and gracious with frustrated people and complicated circumstances. Amazing example for all!

Good quality store. I went in to buy an 18x24 frame which was an easy find. The store offers a good diversity of selections for home goods.

They always seem to have of what I need. Not that many employees walking around the store if you need help finding something. However, when you do stumble across someone they are ready to help.

The store itself is great. I can always find something I need (or don’t need) when I am there. The store’s team is friendly and helpful. However, there is one cashier named Tony who is beyond rude and entirely unfriendly. He should not be in a customer facing role. Also, their bathrooms have got to be one of the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever been in. I shop here frequently and they are always gross. There is a sign on the bathroom door with the daily cleaning requirements. I can guarantee none of them are being done. Ever. If they cleaned up their bathrooms and kept it up and got rid of bad employees, this store would get a five star review.
