Went in looking for a couple if items. Asked an employee for where something was located and they acted as if I was bothering them. Didnt even take the time to turn around when they addressed me. Hopefully this was a one off instance, but management should have a discussion with the staff about customer service. Would like to give more stars, but until they prove me wrong, that is where it will stay.

Selection of fabric and yarn products was great. Not as much selection for other craft stuff.

Im a photographer over at Image 1:27 Photography and I make my own newborn and sitter outfits for my sessions. I love this Joann store!! Ive been there 6 times in the last two weeks! haha I cant wait to make my St. Patricks Day and Easter outfits!! Heres also some other outfits Ive made!

Walked in the door and was helped immediately by a knowledgeable gal who knew just where my items could be found. She cut an item handily. Checker easily agreed to provide 20% off since I had forgotten my coupon. Simply great!

Great selection of fabrics, sewing notions, and sewing machines. This store also had a nice variety of specialty fabrics, such as decorative vinyl, polyurethane fabric, etc.

The fabric section was so good found the perfect fabric to cover some of my chairs.

Apparently you cant get a small cutting anymore but are expected to buy a 5 wide piece which is too small to use. $12 for a sample??? Guessing Ill be sourcing fabric elsewhere.

Found a few good sale items, but the store seem to be in disarray.

Not really fond of JoAnn but it is just about the only stop nearby for certain types of fabric and notions. Customer service is distant with no one approaching to check on the shopper and offering any assistance. The store is fairly neat and clean.

I found the fabrics to be a little bit pricey. Its always nice to sew something you cannot find in a clothing store, but at those prices I rather purchase clothing already made.

We LOVE JOANNS for all of our projects. My wife crochets Prayer Shawls for her church and they have a wonderful yarn section, and I get craft supplies for my Santa events. From fabrics for my costume and bands for my hats to buttons for fun Christmas items. We end up being there about once a month!

I dont go often to this store because is far away from my area but I like it. its small but organized. it had a big clearance corner where things where not to much on top of each other. loved that they had all the clearance stamps spread out and easy to see the design. The lady on the fabric counter was very friendly and helpful. I will try to come back again soon.

Found a great red dot piece of fabric for almost nothing. So excited to find such a good deal. Sweet lady at the measuring table agreed with my good score and outwardly shared my excitement. What fun!!!

So many fun yarns and basically every kind of craft supply you could want. Huge fabric selection. seasonal/holiday decor. Frequent sales and coupons.

This place has really affordable prices and a pretty good selection of fabrics. they are nice people and provide good service for the local community. I got the best price on silk chiffon here and the woman who help me was sweet- she offered to order a particular fabric I wanted that he did not carry.

Staff was friendly, but merchandise is often overpriced.

I stopped in to find a finishing piece. Found it and saw an item I wasnt there to get but just was looking while I was there. There was only one, I needed two, I asked the cashier to order me another one. She checked locally stated her warehouse didnt have it and suggested I drive 45 miles away to go get it. She stated I can go online and and order it maybe there is another warehouse that has it. I told her Ill try a local competitor first because I am not driving 45 miles away. She states I needed my receipt cause I will need it when I cant find it to return the one I did find. 🤔🤦🏼‍♀️ I am tempted to just return it on principle at this point. Who says that?

Selection for seasonal not as nice as other craft stires

The location of this store is great, most of the employees are great (there is one person who is cutting the yard a little short often times or cutting off a rugged edge instead of just giving it to the customer, all others are great!) and I can spend hours here. BUT, and thats why a star is missing, the apparel fabric is still not big enough. Other JoAnn stores (Schaumburg for example) have far more choice and quantity. Please, please, please start carrying more (affordable, not $20 a yard!) apparel fabric!

This new facility has a great amount of space to offer any kind of DIY stuff and home decor. Plus they have an area specifically designated to classes that they offer. So many different opportunities to make your home and like look and feel better!

I like everything they have for craft and hand made... Prices are good, as for me... One thing, couldn’t find more than 10 min someone from stuff who can help me. The rest is super.

Picked up a couple items to make the white two layered dress better for a 70s Sock Hop Dance looked good and even won a prize for it up at Green River Oaks Campground, fun times

My daughter needed a large amount of felt for blankets. The staff was very patient with her finding enough to make 17 blankets for her dance team. Thank you!

This place is huge. They have everything anyone could possibly want. I ordered fabric to repair a comforter that my 9 month old lab thought it would be nice to have air holes.

Good selection of yarn. Floral area needs to be organized, messy area. Ample parking, store is off set from Randall Road.

The new location is crap. Not only are the aisles small and narrow, the service sucks. Do not ask them for anything because they do not want to help. One cashier was working on her own craft project when I went up to tell her there was no one at the cutting counter! They never know whats on sale. If you have proof that there is a sale thats not marked they will tell you...oh maybe its an online only sale. Like no....it does not say online only on the ad. The manager of the store is just as bad as the staff. He will not help you. If you ask a question hell simply say we dont have it or we dont have time for it. The customer service here sucks. Go to the location in Geneva if you want great customer service.

They have everything, Literally. All your sewing needs and fabrics can be found here . Get the app, makes coupon finding easier. They are like Michaels but just more options when it comes to fabrics. I will be a regular here.

Good store but limited products.

Fabric store is getting to be a misnomer. These places are full of toys, home decor, jewelry, art supplies, and other unrelated goods. The fabric is almost entirely fleece and quilting cotton. Apparently the mainstays of garment construction, the practical fabrics and patterns, have become extinct. Very disappointing. They sell fancy sewing machines, but what are you going to use those for?

Always good to us. Helps with coupons and deals if Im not all organized. Appreciate the customer service!

They will text you everyday of your life to infinity!!! I know youre there; you dont have to constantly bombard me with deals. But, the sad part is, you need the deals because some of the shtuff is so dang expensive. .....Try buying some foam some time.

If you are into crafts and sewing, this is about the only place left to get supplies. The selection is better than Hobby Lobby in my opinion and the sales are great.

Disappointing there was no cake decorating class and I had to have a Circut to take the class. How will I know if I want to buy one unless I try one? The class liAs far as the cake decorating class, there was nothing on the printed schedule to indicate it was canceled. 😔

Received the best help super friendly!! Wasnt too busy. Store was clean. I dont shop here and I was able to find what I needed quickly. I required additional material and someone was able to scan and pull the the back of the store. Extreamly happy with my shopping experience!
