Love this store. I love to just walk around and look at everything. Usually always have a good experience! Store is clean, staff is nice and helpful. Thumbs up.

To be honest...I recently went through a drawn out process of getting a new copy of my college degree and I brought it here with a brand new frame I had in the plastic packaging it came in to get it matted so its archival...and well, the frame I brought was matte black and it got scratched somehow before it was wrapped in paper for me and the most annoying part besides that is the document doesnt seem to have enough foam board put in behind it so I can see noticeable gaps a waves starting and its a brand spanking new reprint. Aside from the mat cut I could have done everything else better myself and I have actually been so angry since August 8th when I got it back that I havent even come back in there but I think about it all the time and I want it redone. Not sure if I can trust to take its back here or not...

A clean store alot of good crafts .It has legos, art kits, art supplies and many stickers . Would recommend this store for people who like art .

Very nice clean. Never been here before so I was amazed by all the amazing goodies for crafting. Sad they didnt have a huge selection of diamond paintings but cross stitching they do. All In all great store.

The associat at the door was able to point me in the right direction for what I needed. Quick in and out, saved 20 percent!

Staff was very helpful finding items for me and the register clerk was very personable. All CDC guidelines were being enforced and followed. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience.

OMG I never knew what they really had. they have terrain and trees that would make any #DnD enthusiasts cry.

I noticed that this store didnt had items marked down how other store do and the items that were Clearance didnt had a sticker or sign but that was okay for me, I got some cute things that was clearance and if you scan it in the price check scanner it will show you. i hates that the clearance table had baskets and it was so filled with items that you could not really see everything because it was just to much in a basket. The cashier was very friendly. I like shopping and looking for clearance aisle but these store didnt really had a whole clearance aisle or maybe I didnt saw it. even if I went 2 time though the store.

Alg location had in stock while other locations had limited stock the young employee didnt seem like she was at least trying to help me look for the item. It didnt appear to be out in the shelves. Or possibly misplaced.

Great selection of many different kinds of yarn. I cant help dreaming about all the projects I could make with the wide variety available there! Great service at the framing counter! Gayle worked really hard to ensure that we got what we wanted and Brittany was realy helpful too. We had great fun when the manager, Shane, joined us and we had no problem spending nearly $1000 to get our pictures how we wanted them. We cant wait to go in again to collect them. Superb customer service!

Michaels no longer carries a good selection of doll house stuff, which was a bummer. Their store was not terribly put together for social distancing....

Daughter needed some crafts for highschool project. Saturday morning was fairly busy. Store has handicapped access and handicapped parking nearby. Well lit, clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Its the usual Micheals, they have a huge selection of crafts. Low/sale prices and variety of goods. 2 stars for bad customer service at the checkout. Sunday afternoon 11/4 store was busy same with line to checkout. Young girl who rang my items up said nothing the entire transaction. NOTHING!!!!! Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. No hello when I said Hello. Not even my total to pay. Management please remind your employees to be kind, pleasant and friendly to ALL customers.

Love the store and I go there once a month. I buy my scrapbooking tape there and they have good sales. Im also a member so I get special coupons in the mail.

Michaels is organized logically, making it easy to find what you want. If you watch for sales, prices are reasonable. This is a great place to get hobby-related items.

Its so easy to be in the store for hours... go in with one craft idea and leave with a few more. Even with coupons Michaels still comes up pricey.

Always very neat and clean with helpful staff. I love to get my reading glasses there; great styles and you can use the 40% off coupon.

Not what Michaels used to be. Instead of primarily offering art and craft supplies, the yarns and art goods are hidden in a corner at the back of the store while all the featured displays are home decor, seasonal junk, and kids toys. Yarn selection so poor that I could find nothing from which to make socks. Jumbled, erratic selection is worse than even most Walmart stores.

Super friendly service if you need it otherwise very organized and lots of options.

Cashiers get the customers taken care of quickly. The line moves expedient. The store itself seems to have so much . No room for a zoom zoom Chair for those who cannot walk well .

Ok, if youre looking to get some artwork, prints, or even memories framed this is my hubbys and my go to spot!!! We are very particular about how our art is handled and the finished product turns out!!! The Framing Department Manager is a very smart and personable! This is not like experiences that Ive had in the past with expensive framing shops!!! Also, there is another employee in the frame shop who helped us out a lot when we were picking out mats and frames she also had a great personality!! We will make the 1 hour drive everytime we need to frame anything at all!!! I really hope that the Store Management, District Manager, or Regional Manager see this post!!!! It means a lot to travel SO far to get the trusted service, and by people who respect the pieces of art you bring in!!! Thank you so much Gayle and Brittany for treating us so well!!! We will be back soon!

Agree with other reviewer, well stocked but not being a arts and crafts type of person, it would be convenient if the staff was more readily available. Also a bit confused at the reasoning behind the layout of the strore and the choices of how the merchandise is displayed. Again, it may not be that big of an issue if the staff was more outgoing and helpful to customers. If a guy is wandering around the store looking lost, he probably doesnt know what he is looking for and was sent on an errand run by someone else.

I paint so I go here often for supplies. Do it yourself frames are great vi watch for sales. They dont have flat canvas sizes I look for. Ive had one painting framed here and it is expensive they do have a great selection of fake flowers and all kinds of craft supplies as well.

If they dont have it...you dont need it!

Discounts better than Hobby Lobby.

I cant believe I had to go somewhere else to get my painting frame done - the store refused to make the frame because I did not have my artwork with me. Not long ago I had couple of frames ordered and my measurements and commitment to pay was enough. If the customer agrees to be responsible for the measurements I dont see why the store would not sell the frame. Im disappointed.

An excellent source for craft supplies and frames, but I dont but my paints and brushes there. But for what its good for, prices are reasonable and coupons are frequent.

Staff members were very helpful as I was looking for a specific painting canvas. They even gave suggestions on how to check online for the product.

I ordered for pick up hours before the store closed for pick up and yet my order wasn’t ready till the next day when I needed it to be on time.
