Very knowledgeable staff, excellent service. They were able to make repairs that our local Honda dealership didnt fix properly. All work was explained in detail and I felt the charges were reasonable.

While waiting for my cars oil change, I listened toChris and Dan deal with four customers. I heard service explanations and recommendations with such a clear and friendly demeanor that explains why this family business is a cut aboveothers and why we won’t go anywhere else!

Replacement of stolen catalytic converter and damaged exhaust pipe. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the care given to fixing my car in a very timely manner. Chris & Dan efficiently dealt with insurance company and kept my husband informed of their progress. Highly recommend!

Good service fair prices

I brought a Colorado in for some maintenance work and was greeted with very friendly service. I spoke with Dan and Chris who both took the time to talk through any concerns or issues I asked about. Service was completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

So after getting tired of dealing with Firestone as my usual go-to place for repairs and hearing that my girl friend really liked going here, weve both started coming here for repairs and advice about our vehicles.Theyve put on new rims for me which Firestone refused to do due to my tires being slightly old (6 months of very little driving due to covid), plus theyve inspected both my Avalanche and my GFs Jeep without even charging us for inspections. This just blew my mind.Thanks to them, we both replaced our vehicles due to their advice, (New F-150 & Passport) brought vehicles for inspections from the dealerships (Again for inspections) and again they didnt charge us. I really need to do something nice for these guys as they went out of their way to make time for us during a busy day. While I hope other people dont see this as a way to try to take advantage of this place, they were kind enough to help us out multiple times for various things. I swear Ill drop off coffee and donuts one day!But theyve been a pleasure to deal with and will definitely come here for any repairs or upgrades from here on out. Fortunately it wont be soon as we both have new vehicles now, but I would recommend them to anyone. Work has been great and theyre really down to earth, good guys.

Honest Friendly ServiceI took my 2008 Ford Edge to them for repairs and they were great! They explained all my options and got me back in my vehicle quicker than I thought and at a fair price. They evaluate your vehicle as if it was their own and tell you what needs to be fixed because it is a safety issue and which things are going to need to be repaired soon but can wait for now. I truly trust their recommendations and will be taking my vehicles to them from now on.

These guys seem like the real deal. Took in my accord which I usually do the brakes on myself, they confirmed it needed brakes front and back and battery was losing life. My car has 142K miles, they could have pretended there was more but they didnt. Brakes, oil change and 99 point inspection out the door for a very reasonable price. Guys were super cool.

Took my vehicle into the shop because of some check engine light codes. The shop did a great job discussing the options that could be done. We started with the cheaper options but my vehicle had some major issues. I ended up trading the vehicle in for a new one. I do appreciate the work this shop does and the honesty they give. I do recommend trying them out and I will plan on coming back to them whenever I have some issues in the future.

My wife got excellent fast service for an oil change. She waited and it was done fast.

I schedule oil changes roughly every 4-5 months. My car is always serviced well. In addition, I receive clear explanations of any future work that may be needed, whether it is something that needs to be done asap or something that just needs to be monitored until it fully becomes an issue. Two such items on a 19-year old vehicle that purrs like a cat were found at the latest appt; one needs to be done as soon as possible; the other can wait until it becomes more problematic. Some other places might try to force repairs as soon as they are discovered, even if it is not yet an issue. I have had that experience in the past. That does not happen at Teson.

I have a 2005 Honda Accord with 130,000 miles and a check engine light. I brought it into the shop to hear the dreaded news that it was time for a new car, but after extensively checking everything they told me it wasnt anything catastrophic and $300 later I am still driving my car. The staff at Teson was not only friendly and professional but went above and beyond by cleaning up my battery terminals to make sure there was a good connection. Customer for life
