A full-service shop with an experienced and knowledgeable crew that has kept multiple vehicles weve owned on the road and running great! I could share many stories of their going above and beyond in terms of customer service. Their quotes/estimates are honest and fair. They use quality parts, and warranty the work. We definitely have a high degree of trust in this shop. A+ experience every time.

Jim and his Techs are great! I brought my Dads 1998 Corvette in for service. He got everything fixed on it (broken exhaust pipe, ac, oil change and lube, safety inspection, air in tires) and it was a fraction of what the stealership would have charged. I also took my daughters car in for repair. They diagnosed and repaired very quickly and shes happy again. Also a very good price. I definitely recommend them. Good service, good work, good pricing. Its a relief to have a shop that I completely trust to maintain and fix my vehicles. They do a great job at a reasonable price and offer useful advice. There have been times I fully expected to hear I needed this or that (based on the owners manual or general mileage rules of thumb) only to be told that it can wait until the next oil change or so. When work does need to be done, its done right and finished when promised.

My daughter’s 2006 Pontiac was leaking gas. I called up Jim and we dropped the car off that day! The old fuel lines were cracked. Jim had it fixed in a day! So glad I have someone I trust working on the car!

I took my car 5 times in the last year and half, every time they change the cost of the labor, good work to be fair, but they try to cheat you with cost of the reparations.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Jim for several years. I cant stress enough how pleased we are with their work, and more importantly, honesty. I recently had my car towed there after the transmission went out. Jim called me and told me it would be $3500. However, he took the trouble of calling Nissan to see if it was under warranty, and it was. He then arranged for Woodfield Nissan to tow it to the Nissan dealer. If Jim were not so honest, I would have been out a lot of money.My wife has had her van in there for several things (dont remember the details), and, on multiple occasions, was told service was not required.Because of our experiences, Ill be taking my cars there for tires as well. Although they may need to order the tires because its not in stock, Id rather go through them, based on my positive experiences, than deal with the awful, inconvenient, Costco tires (thats another post).
