A little pricier than the last visit. Always bargains. Some items, however, seemed priced way higher than other neighborhood spots. Hadnt encountered that here before. Still, however, have those crazy giant donuts made in house. And theyre spectacular!

The manager of the store told me she was having me watched for no reason I asked why and she said if your good then your good… I shop there every month, never again

Very clean, well stocked, nice staff, good layout, good prices. They have an organic section for their eggs, beef, and other meats. They also have a small section for Meat Substitutes, that are plant based. There is a good variety of fruits even when they are not in season. The checkouts have full service and self service with assistants so you can get out pretty fast. They have many specials and discounts running to save some money. I would recommend them, especially the watermelon!

I hope this store doesnt close down like the others. I like Shoppers. Great are grocery store. Has a variety of things you might need.

Reasonable trade-off: Limited choices (only 5-10 brands vs 10-20 brand choices) in exchange for across the board lower prices. Good greens, good meat, good dairy.

Outstanding! The fried chicken and grilled chicken was delicious! Outstanding customer service when I picked my order up! Truly a big hit for my grandbaby 1st birthday! Truly happy. Will be ordering again!

Store is well stocked and clean. When you can find the staff, they are helpful. The self checkout and shopping carts are an exercise in patience. The shopping carts are the worst!!!The self checkout machines have their own agenda entirely. They are just plain frustrating.

I think this is the only Shoppers left around here. This store is pretty big and has a few things I can’t find anywhere else. The employees all wear mask and this store is pretty clean. The shopping center is a pain to get in and out and route 1 is horrible on this stretch but.... all in all a good place to shop and if you love Shoppers then this is about ur only option unless u live in Maryland.

Never any lines. Always fully stocked and you can find what you need. Customer service is always good.

Went for bake goods, looked like the bakers never made it to work... Empty EMPTY EMPTY.. Giant foods had what i needed ..

Most of the time the food is fine. Tho there is one employee who isnt pleasant to deal with. Ive noticed this on several occasions. Also there is a freezer section where you typically find frozen international foods; I dont trust the packages. There have been several times I purchased some items from there and the packages were all cut. I am assuming that when they cut the boxes open they are cutting too deep. I mentioned this to the unpleasant one I mentioned before, only because she was at customer service, and she didnt seem to care in the least bit...

Typical grocery store with prices that are a bit high. They do try to get the customers ringed up and out in a timely manner; 4 checkout lines with cashiers and 4 self checkout stations.

My wife tried to return some items this morning and the lady she spoke to was absolutely RUDE! She told her Shoppers stop processing returns. We called corporate HQ and was told this temp policy was lifted as of JUNE 1, but it does not matter. You have no right to yell at customers. We feel helpless and all we can do is share our experience on FB, Google, Yelp, BBB, etc., so that others do not have to endure the same treatment.

Always clean. Well put together. Nice management . Over all it is a pleasure. Plus I like the fact that for every $50.00 you spend you get $10.00 off through the Shoppers App. Pretty cool idea.

Customer service at the self check out was deplorable. You need to train your employees a littke more. This is the second time that I have encountered rude behavior while using the self check out.

Very clean place! And decent prices on most things. The floors are a bit uneven, so if you have a walking aid its a little difficult down some aisles.

Theyre always willing to help you find something and it really helps because you dont waste time. I tried one of the pasta dishes on the hot bar and it was delicious. I was very surprised because I didnt expect the Hotbar food to be good since it usually sits a while but this was very hot and good.

The only reason I come here is because its the only Shoppers in the area and they have some things I cant get at other grocery stores. The restrooms and dining area are always dirty, as is the rest of the store.

This Shoppers has more than competitive pricing, the staff is helpful and friendly. The store is clean, an always has fresh produce, I think the deli, doesnt do as much business as it could, to keep a lot of items in stock, therefore there are limited choices in deli products.

Very first time I went there (just came from the West Coast), went to Customer Service, counted my money and the person behind the counter walked away, she didnt want to wait for me. Keeping in mind that no other customers were there, but me. I waited ten minutes just to do one transaction. I frequent the store now almost daily, because the food is pretty good and fresh, the prices are a bit steep on some of the stuff. I just know, that if that person is around, I will not use their Customer Service and go to Safeway rather to get help, they are cheaper too, their Customer Service is also much better, even with their store looking much much older.

Worst customer services and the associates are really selfish and arrogant.

The deli people are slow. I got sick from the chicken there. The doughnut lady always has an attitude. The produce guy is nice. The self check out lady with the glasses IS ALWAYS MEAN. Lady Im tryna spend money in this store. The meat guy with the locks SUPER HELPFUL. Couldnt find me andouille sausage brand and he recommended something else in a completely different area of the meat Dept that I wouldnt have seen. Great customer service. And the dairy/frozen people are nice. Cashiers always have a smile EXCEPT for that mean self check out lady. And she tried to tell me I rang up the wrong donut. Uhhhh no I didnt. And she tried to overcharge me the 2nd time on the same donut. Lady go read the sign on the door in the back where the donuts are. And quit scowling at the customers. Store is clean. Dont trust the hot foods though. I got sick.
