Today, I was at this ALDI. The line was insanely long (as can be expected with limited staff and just before dinner time on a weekday). A customer became quite upset and was extremely rude to the staff and the manager. The staff and the manager on duty were respectful, calm and worked hard to diffuse the situation while still helping people in line get in and out. I’d say that they got 20 customers checked out in a matter of 5 minutes.. tops. Thank you for your hard work during a pandemic and keeping your cool. I was super impressed and wished I’d asked for their names to sing their praises.

I spent 5-7 minutes grabbing stuff that I need for lunch and dinner tonight….spent 20 minutes in line! Do the math, burned my lunch break in Aldi buying lunch I never got to eat! Aldi is allergic to opening 3 lines, therefore on that alone they will always get 2 stars from me

This was extremely close to home, about 2-3 minutes. It has great quality products and doesnt take long at to purchase food along with other items.

Almost all veggies there have mold. All packaged goods are fine (except the bread, that also had mold.) Wont be buying anything fresh of any sort from them, but the packaged foods are good and cheap.

A bit crowded, but a great place to show as its in a nice part of town around other stores in case multiple store trips are needed. Aldi provides for an intimate shopping experience as their buildings arent large, and they have excellent produce.

Good source of food choices. The meat from there has been very good. It was a very clean place. It seems that they follow CDC guidelines. They have plastic glass as a divider. The cashier wore plastic gloves. She was very efficient and very kind. They try to help the earth by not using plastic bags or paper bags . You can use any boxes they have or they offer for just a dollar a bag that you can reuse everytime time you go to the store. I recommend this place.

Clean and well priced. I have been shopping at Aldi for a long time. The fresh vegetables prices are unbeatable. An avocado can cost up to $ 2 at other stores, while at Aldi they are usually $.50. Fresh asparagus are around $ 2 and brussels sprouts $2.50. The organic milk is also well priced and tasty. A great place to shop and save.

An excellent supermarket to save money. The selection is limited compared to other major supermarket chains, and a good deal of the brands they sell I have never heard of, but the quality is high and the prices are low. It is no frills but you shouldnt be turned off by that. Well worth the visit. You will save a lot.

Went grocery shopping at aldies on duke street and pick up some fresh corn and it was molded both packs please if you bought freshire farms sweet corn by aldies recently please please check it Im so disgusted wont be buying anymore produce from there. I really wish I can post the picture of it.... I have tried reaching out the store but there is no direct number to talk to anyone they give you a 1800 number to call then they tell you to go to the website and the website says write a email smh....

The ALDI i went to in VA. Had 2 cashier working i was in and out again iam sad. that I have to go out of my neighborhood to shop

This aldi had different than usual products to choose from. They seemed to carry more latin ingredients like mesa flour. They also carried liquor since its a grocery shop in virginia. The shop had great deals and staff were speedy but didnt forgot to be friendly to all customers.

Great customer service and healthy, quality products. The prices are so reasonable and for many years Ive enjoyed including this store for my grocery shopping.👍

Aldi has a mix of just about everything, from clothes to outstanding (frozen)shepherds pie.

Always a good experience. Products arent full of typical American fillers like high fructose corn syrup, colors and dye, and preserves. Fruit and veggies are good quality and fresh.

Im a disabled women the cashier started yelling at me tell me to hurry up. So I didnt move fast enough. So she closed the line and other customers was complaining about her yelling at me.

This is one of the nicer Aldis. However, I miss Aldis on 17th Street and its perilous ambiance.

The worst experience ever! The lines are always super long. Not enough cashiers or whatever, but it’s ALWAYS a long wait on a line!!! It’s ridiculous. I told the cashier to call for help, and him simply told me there is another line... to go wait there!!! The absolute worst customer experience l!!!Would give ZERO stars if I could!

The store is clean and the employees are professional and efficient - makes the shopping experience pleasant. The parking lot is a bit tight, but I never have issue finding a spot. Overall a great store compares to other Aldi.

Products selection is improving. I have found some very good vegan products (hot dogs, burgers). Get a quarter with you or you wont be able to use a shopping cart.

They always have fresh produce for lowPrice! This location is also very convenient to get in and get out of with multiple entrance and exit points. A very important feature for me when choosing my ‘go to’ store.

Aldis is a great place to get cheap and affordable food. Nothing really name brand, but a lot of generic items. Still good quality on most stuff. Not the best quality but for the price it is worth it.

Good selection, terrific prices, nice wide isles, management opened another register as the lines became longer. My only complaint was with the cashier who was working too quickly and doubling my effort to bag my purchase. I could have done without his disinterest to my repeated (3 times) suggestion that we should together at bagging. Big customer service fail.

Even though it is not as vast in terms of products, you will find the most items that you will use everyday and prices are half of the supermarket around the corner.

Some good deals, have to go frequently to find aldiFinds as weeklies go out of space and get marked down, like summer kid/swim inflatables at half price past labour day. Lines sometimes long, so go back some other time. App will not check price, would have to wait in line for that. Reselling open kitchen small appliance as new, instead of marking it down and threatened when mentioned it.

This is definitely one of my most favorite places to shop groceries it’s very inexpensive and healthy and the staff are very friendly and helpful I was forgot to bring coins to get a cart however there is always someone who helps me out in this situation.I definitely recommend ALDI to everyone

I had left my wallet here yesterday and before I even noticed it gone they had tracked me down from my driver id to facebook and I was contacted by Eric, the shift manager. Besides a great store for low prices and organics, fantastically helpful staff!

This Aldi is much better than the location on Kenmore but the Free and Clear generic brand laundry detergent should be priced the same as the regular detergent in the blue bottle. Seems like you have to pay more for a healthier product unfortunately!

Im a tourist, first time it was good, second time I made a mistake and bought a product I didnt need it. I told the cashier and she got upset, I didnt want to make a drama because of that and as the product was inexpensive I kept it, but it made me think if it is worth it to go there again. Maybe a local person would have made the cashier return the product, as a tourist I consider it wasnt worth it.

I have positive experiences when I go shopping to Aldi. Sometimes I have problems with a few employees whose attitude does not match ALDI s management philosophy though. The only problem I have found is mainly fruits because are genetically modified to suit the producers for merchandising but they are not good for us consumers. Take lemons for instance: they are not lemons or limes at all. Juice is not real juice. The peel is too thick now also. Nowadays everything in venetables or fruits has been genetalicaly altered and does not feel like the real thing like it was 15 o20 years ago. I used to love a good lemonade but now it is plain IMPOSIBLE to prepare one because of the low qualities of limes or lemons genetically altered. Limes especially coming from Mexico are horrible. They are hard, do not ripen, dry or do not have juice at all. There will be a time when we will be eating stuff from labs instead of from farms.

Aldi is great place to shop. Selection is good, service is good, and the beverage prices alone are worth a visit. Just make sure you bring enough bags and expect the occasional long line.

I love this store! Its always nice and clean, the staff is usually very helpful, and I can find some great treasures! Today I found some hanging plant stands for the clearance price of $2. I also found one of my favorite specialty cheeses called RED. If you like crumbly aged cheddar, you have to try this!

The,AlDi on Duke Street is always excellent clean and well stocked as well is the one 4660 Kenmore Ave.

Lots of good stuff with Aldi, but nothing beats getting through the line and seeing the final bill be about half of what we spend at Harris Teeter. I only wish they had a larger selection, but Im really not complaining! Have all the basics and more!

Great place to get quality food for less. You will not find probably everything you need, but it is a great first stop to shop.and you can supplement from other shops the rest. It saves us a lot of money.

My reviews seem to be disappearing and while pin for one new location, which was a lot of effort over time, visits, photos reviews of sneak peek and Grand opening, plus many time limited like sunset panorama, sale prices on seasonal Finds, pallets blocking fridge doors, etc. gDrug not giving me a hint as to which site of many they want reviewed as visited three plus yesterday on a walking tour before closing early at 5pm... Some clearance stuff, holiday sweets, baking, etc but varied widely if any were left anywhere, and some cases/cartons put aside, which would have been really cheap, but didnt push it besides finding the rack label sale price... 20201215 update had some things I would want, but hoping for reduced price, as owe bill(s), want several things, limited fixed income etc... Some unlabelled on shelf I brought up to register, still list price, so maybe later. Other new week stuff and a few Id send people looking for, if not reduced and buy myself... YMMV got sick on some discounted salsa /chutney like ( strawberry 🍓?Bruschetta with discount tag photo uploaded) stuff from this store, so wary of some things. Staff varies. Some mean, some nice, probably turnover since... Once a Customer was nice and gave me $5, to buy both shoes/boots once, without asking, when a little short. Havent found her to be kind back...
