I cant say enough about this company. They were quickly returned my call and showed up the same week for our estimate. Luke walked us through all the options while honoring our budget needs. He went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable with our choices. Our install went quick and professional. This has been the easiest part of my home remodel.

They was great with our initial install, getting someone out here now to put a couple windows in after the fact is impossible. Every time we called ALWAYS got voice-mail, they would finally call back way later, tell us that they gave the salesman but never received a call any of the 3 times we called.Not sure what changed with this place but believe me it wasnt for the better.

Had Window World install windows. This was the second attempt. The first windows were measured incorrectly. The windows were installed by unlicensed sub contractors. The owner, Luke, refused to come see the install when I asked him to come. He said the same guy that installed them would be back to “touch them up”. I’ve had two other licensed contractors come look at the windows. Both said the windows were the wrong size and they tried to fill the void with copius amounts of caulk. One said it was the worst install he’d ever seen. The owner is refusing to refund me and is telling me they are installed correctly. A hurricane is about to make landfall and these windows are not waterproof!

Called them 2 weeks ago and left a message, never returned my call.

This company has been an absolute delight to do business with..we bought all of our windows over the phone from 4 states away. They installed and went out of their way to give us perfect service and extremely professional...loved the experience..Diane is the best.....

They installed a picture window and two sliders. Very reasonable on price and installed them the day they came in. I was at work, but when I came home, it was like no one had been here; just new windows. Theyve decreased ghe road noise by about 90% and I see a difference in climate control. Would recommend!

I had window world replace 14 windows in my house. the staff was very professional and accommodating. the windows were of superb quality and really made a huge difference with noise and air / heat infiltration. the installation was very fast and professional, other than the new windows, you couldnt even tell the installers were ever there. if i had one complaint it would be the length of time from the time i put the deposit in until the windows actually arrived, but they are custom built so i guess thats just part of it. the price for the windows and installation was great, came in a whole lot less than what i thought and the fact that the windows come with a lifetime warranty, you just cant beat it. i would definitely recommend them and use them again.
