We have old french doors that lead to an outdoor patio. The glass panels were extremely clouded and foggy to the point it was challenging to see much through them. The doors themselves were in good shape, so we only wanted to replace the glass. Riahd took his time and was very careful (both at the consult and the installation) to not damage the doors themselves. The glass was installed in about an hour and looks beautiful. Not only is the view to the patio great, we now get more light in the room because the glass is so clear. Very pleased with his work and the price was reasonable.

I needed two broken window panes repaired. I called Old Town Glass and Mirror, and they were at my home an hour later. I had put this repair off because I was worried about destroying the wood and paint around the windows. Old Town Glass repaired both panes by removing the molding and putting in new glass. We had a pane in our old Anderson window shatter, luckily the shattered glass stayed in the frame. The window was over the stairwell, and tricky to get to. Riadh came late Friday afternoon to take measurements. He carefully removed the old plastic pieces holding the glass in the frame. The first was a large (and heavy) Palladium window in our two story foyer that had become foggy between the glass panes, the second was in our master bath to replace an acrylic block style window that leaked whenever the rain hit if from a certain direction. After first starting with a different company we soon gave up when the project was delayed by the window supplier and we sensed they were leery about the job and they over-priced the quote. That’s when we found Old Town Glass and Mirror, Rhyad came right out, looked at the job. The Glass was ordered and arrived as promised. Rhyad’s team, Kahirm, Chokri, and Aladdin did an expert job a replacing he glass on schedule and at a lower price we were quoted by the first contractor. The was a tricky install and required ladders and scaffolding. Everything went like clockwork. I fully recommend Old Town Glass and Mirror for the most challenging jobs.

Wonderful same day service. I broke a glass door while trying to prep it to paint. It almost landed on my husband.
