For commercial glass service they are the perfect company. They take measurement and give free estimates . You choose to then go with them or not. Their price was fair and their work was great and on time

My friend calls for a regular glass table top replacement cost estimate. Was told that they dont have that glass (!), but they would contact their manufacturer and call back with a cost estimate. Two weeks later & no call back. So, I call them for the same estimate. Two weeks later, no call back. I call them. They say they didnt contact their manufacturer, but I can request cost estimate from them AGAIN (a 3rd time!!!). With this type of customer service, how can the Google reviews be legit?

My home got broken into, and my glass sliding door was completely shattered. I got into contact with Abdul. He came to do the measurements and ordered the glass. That kind of glass took a week to deliver. He then came to do the installation after he got it. He also does board up work. He is very straightforward and easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any glass repair work!

I bought this to replace a wood top on an old Room & Board Parsons table. The glass is clear and does not easily pick up smudges. I used Virginia Glass Doors- backed felt to protect the glass from the table itself. Id recommend rubber nubs, however, as the glass has a tendency to shift a little on the felt. Great Price and great customer service!!! Weve had our new windows and love them! We had them installed when we added square footage to our home (for the new areas and to replace all the old windows in our home.One time, a maid broke one of our windows and he came right out and replaced it! Just a week ago we realized 2 of our windows werent locking correctly. Within a day they sent someone out to take a look and fix the problems...even after 6 years they are right on any problems we may have!

What service/what a product! From the beginning of the process in sales, to the measurement of the windows, to the install and service after the install we could not be happier! We had considered going the home depot route, but we realized that windows are replaced so infrequently it is important to get the best product for the money. Called for an estimate, and was called back the next day by a repair guy (for a minor repair on a small window) who said he’d come by the next week to check it out and repair the window. The guy never showed up and when we contacted him, he said he got busy and could come the next day... which he again never showed up for. We called someone else who came the same day, fixed the window, and did it cheaper than their estimate. Maybe we just caught him on a busy day, but the communication and timeliness was definitely lacking.

I had a simple, single pane porch window that needed replacement. I called for an estimate and dropped off the frame. The associate said theyd call with the final details. That call detailed that it would cost more than twice the original estimate, which was a great scam as they already had my frame. When trying to make a decision they couldnt even describe to me the difference between tempered glass and Plexiglas. I was told it would take 10 business days. It took them eight weeks to complete the work despite calls from me asking about the status. Id like to say the work is good, but its a real hack job. Theres glue/sealant all over the edge of the window and the frame is mangled. When I voiced my dissatisfaction they had the nerve to say that they couldnt refund me any portion of the price because the transaction happened too long ago. I would stay far away from this company if I were you.

They show up and give a free estimate. If you agree to the price they will ask for a deposit. They will then start working on your order. Ask alot of question and take good before pictures so that you can compare. They do a good job but timing is late

The worst service I have had with a contractor ever! Avoid at all costs. They took my deposit and then started giving me the runaround. First they had the glass ordered, then they did not, then they did but had to reschedule. When I asked to speak to a manager to explain why they were having such difficulty, they were conveniently on vacation.RE: your response, You must have me confused with someone else. AT NO TIME did I change my order. In fact, it was your installer that changed his story multiple times as to the status of my order. You continue to prove that you have no idea how to be professional or serve your customers. I change my review to -5 stars!

I called them to replace my store glass door. they told me the tech will be in my store by 11 AM and they never showed up nor they called me back to them me that they are not coming.bad bad business will never called again

I used them yesterday to replace my window screen. It summer now I want to be able to open the windows without having bugs come in. The screens has cracks and I had the option to buy them and replace them myself or call the property manager. I called the property manager and he gave me a local companies information but he was charging a ridiculous amount!So I went online to research how much this should cost and found this company offering free estimate. they came took a look and gave me a quote that was almost 40% cheaper than the property managers recommendation. They did in less than an hour.Great guys, good deal, very straightforward

Have a office desk in my man cave - was not the most expensive so was getting all scratched up. measured and found a large piece of tempered glass that fit like it was made for the desk. used Virginia Glass Doors and Window Repair and some of the rubber dots and it stays in place - a breeze to clean!!

Front desk is very rude, the girl that is answering the phone does not have any manners at all. customer service as very poor. I have call several time to inquiry about a door repair and she does not even try to help me and hangs up on me. Very sad !

I used them for replacing my storefront glass after a vandalism/robbery on my pawn shop. I thought I would stay there ALL night and wait until the morning for some company to service me. They were the only company to pick up at 3 am and come over to board up the place and finally replace the glass a few hours later. Price was acceptable given the circumstances.Amazing guys but I hope I wont have to see them again.

Theyre a little messy but will get the job done quickly and somewhat affordable. I had an emergency job after my glass door was shatered during a break in to my restaurant. They picked up at 3am and boarded the spot and replace glass in 2 days.Not bad given the circumstances. Im happy
