Purchased bmw m4 here recently and at first the buying process was great. Fast and easy. But after purchased the vehicle they could careless. After bringing home the vehicle and inspect it in the morning, I found thousands worth of damage due to bent oil cooler and crack shield. I reached out to my salesman and the dealership since feb9 gave me nothing but a run around and no one answered my call or voicemail. This had to be the worst dealership experience I had and would never recommend this company to anyone. Below I will provide a picture from their website and mine if the damages.

Worst service ever! Had vehicle towed in 3 days ago and still havent looked at it. Didnt even know it was there until I went by and asked why no one called. Dont be tricked by direct number on business cards because they NEVER answer and NEVER call back. Even spoke with the service manager who ASSURED a call back by 9am, well past 11 and still no call. Worst service I have every encountered, doesnt matter how great the buying experience is if you cant get service when you need it. Motto should be When other dealers wont sell, Walker will, when you want service Walker wont!
Brought my Mitsubishi Outlander for a recall. I made the appointment and brought it in. About 15 to 20 minutes I noticed the car being placed next to a fence in the back. I time the car sitting there for over an hour. I went in and informed the service man that you cant repair the car sitting outside the shop. He informed me that they had only one mechanic for that manufacturer vehicle. This was due to covid-19. He then offered to have a shuttle take me somewhere. I informed him I live about 32 miles away. He asked to reschedule. I told him I would have the same problem. He checked around and offer to rent a car for me and made arrangements to have me picked up and drop off at the rental place. Walker dealership will pay for it. I asked if he would call me when the car was ready. He said he would.About 10 minutes to 4 pm I checked the computer to see if the car was ready. It indicated it was complete. I called the service man and asked if the car was ready. He informed me it was. I told him I would be on my way. He informed me that the shuttle stopped running at 3:30 pm, to keep the car until the next day. I did.When I return the car to the rental place, I called the dealership to send the shuttle to pick me up. That was an another problem. It took me a while to make them understand that I was not in a position to write down the number. Finally the shuttle came by and pick me up.
This is one of the most honest care for the customer dealership that Ive experienced in decades thanks Timmy fontenot your knowledge of the diverse models is truly amazing your professional approach was impressive the financial mgr worked out the best deal to fit my budget thanks Scott thank you Walker for being involved with the veterans the community and all you do for the goodwill of all you really made my wifes day she is happy we are all happy 😊
Purchasing vehicle was pleasant and easy. Service is a nightmare. The service advisors, although pleasant, are extremely difficult to get on the phone. My several trips for service have been unpleasant to say the least. Good luck speaking to their manager as well.

Patrick Harrison-Salesman, tour guide, friend. I found my BMW on-line and flew in from NY to finalize the purchase. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as Patrick described. Patrick made sure everything went smoothly and gave me tips on where to go in New Orleans. During my drive back to NY, he checked on me to make sure I was ok. Do NOT buy from this place. Asked a rep for a payoff while buying a new car at a different dealership and we paid our lease off and turned it in. A month later they send us a $1600 bill. Lied to us and another dealership while on speaker phone in a room with 6 people in it. So unprofessional! Will NEVER recommend this place!
Great service department. I dropped off my car and they brought me to work and when it was ready they picked me up again. Prices are pretty good.
I had a horrible experience with the maintenance department. I sat there for 4 hours waiting to get a quote for the repairs I need on my car. When I asked what the problem was, I was told that a tech threw a hissy fit and left early. It would have been courteous if someone had come to me and told me an hour into my 4 hour wait time what was going on and not me having to get up and find out for myself.
My car was not properly inspected before I went on a road trip, and therefore I drove over 1,000 miles with a cracked rim and gash in my tire. Service department has been horrible about taking responsibility. I will never trust them again.
I was invited to a Xmas party at the BMW/ Mercedes dealership location. Everything was first-class. It was one of the best Xmas parties I have attended.
