This was my first time ever buying a car out of state and without actually seeing the car firsthand. I was a little apprehensive at first, but Uzair really helped us feel at ease. We ran into financing snags and had to bring our own finance but even that process was relatively simple. The team communicated effectively on car shipment and document shipment. We were able to get everything set up efficiently and payment was quick and easy. Uzair gave us updates and sent photos/videos of the car throughout the process.And might I add, the car was ABSOLUTELY immaculate. Very grateful for working with Action on this deal, we have our dream car chilling in our garage now.

Purchased car from out- of -state. Car appeared to be great from pictures, was told no issues, no problems. Salesman was attentive and said all the right things.Price was higher then typical but I went ahead due to the perceived condition. Car arrived 7 days later, visually inspected and then parked it due to no paperwork for tags and bad weather.First time I drove car I noticed a loud roaring noise from rear end.Took car to local dealer who diagnosed it as a bent rear wheel and a bad wheel bearing.Contacted my salesman Ammar on the same day to discuss the issue, he said there was not a problem with the car when it left their site and because I already had car for 1 week before I contacted him he insinuated I had done something to it.-What had been a nice guy during purchase now turned uncaring and indifferent. He would not acknowledge any responsibility for the problem.I repeatedly explained that it had been parked and I had not driven it.He finally said he would discuss with owner and call me back.14 days have gone by.. no return phone call, no email, no contact from anyone and I now have a repair bill to pay from the local dealer for $1.9kThis dealer is great when your purchasing but will not stand behind anything after the sell. Dont buy from this dealer unless you can see and drive the car yourself- you can not trust them to support you after the sale. They either knew about this problem and didnt say anything or did not properly inspect the car prior to selling it.NO RESPECT FOR YOU AFTER THE SALE ! BUYER BEWARE

I had a wonderful experience dealing with this car dealership. Before my car purchase, I went almost to all BMW dealerships to look for an X1 SUV. Then I decided to extend my research and discover this dealership. They had not only the car I wanted but in awesome condition than other cars that I have driven from other dealers. The car was low mileage, well maintained, and smoothly driving like a brand new car. They were able to find different financing options for me without any issue. Quick recap of my experience with these amazing guys.I found a high-end luxury vehicle that I was interested in and found it on Cars.com. I proceeded by calling them and asking if the car was still in their possession and they said yes which I was extremely excited about. I later that day went to go look at it in person. As I drove up on their lot, I am mediately noticed someone came out and stood for me to step out of my car. Greeted me with A big smile and welcomed me. Then they asked if I was working with any individual and I mentioned the persons name I spoke with over the phone. The gentleman went brought the person I spoke with over the phone tell me and then showed me the vehicle that I fell in love with. After that I know the car was mine. Now when it comes to financing they beat my rate my own bank that I’ve been banking with for over 10 years can I offer. They saved me money. Just wanted you to know that they have one over a customer and I can’t wait to refer all of my friends and family over to them. FYI I waited three months to leave this review to see how the car was and it is still in impeccable condition!

My experience with Action Preowned Cars was outstanding! Uzair took such good care of us. From the first phone call to our final visit. This is my first experience purchasing a luxury vehicle so of course I was slightly skeptical and nervous at first but Uzair made sure the thoroughly explain and the terms and conditions of the purchase and the vehicle specifications which made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. A few days after purchasing the vehicle we noticing a weak start up. Uzair had us bring the vehicle in right away and ran diagnostic testing which turned out to be a simple battery replacement. Where do I begin? First of all, I am a Soldier serving on active duty overseas in Germany. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident where a deer totaled my vehicle so my wife and I set off to find a new vehicle. We spent nearly two months researching and test driving cars over here in Germany but ultimately decided that it wasn’t in our best interests to finance a European spec vehicle since we were only going to be over here for two more years. I then started searching online to find a vehicle back in the US. After contacting over a dozen dealerships that had the specific vehicle I was looking for. No one took me seriously and just kept passing me off from salesman to salesman. It became extremely aggravating that no one would help a Soldier stationed overseas. Shows how much the average Joe in America actually cares about the men and women who serve to protect their rights and freedoms. So after weeks of message, emails and phone calls, I finally received a reply from someone willing to take me seriously.Mr. Uzair Malik from Action Automotive was more than willing to help me. After a multitude of emails and phone calls, I finally decided to put a down payment on the vehicle my wife and I had our heart set on! Fast forward two weeks... I struggled to get financing because I was overseas and all the banks I have used in the past for auto financing, or been banking with for years all turned me down b/c my situation was to complicated. They said if I was in the US it would be no problem but they didn’t want to allow me to finance a vehicle and immediately ship it overseas. They were afraid that if I didn’t make payments, they would have no way of repossessing the vehicle (which is a valid argument from their standpoint). I contacted Mr. Malik and asked him if I could get another 2 week extension to find financing if I put down another down payment. He spoke with his manager and they agreed to allow me to do that since they were empathetic to my situation and they love their military (normally they only do 2 weeks and that’s it. No if’s, and‘s or but’s about it).Ten more days pass and it’s coming down to the wire, only 4 days left to find financing and then I would lose the vehicle to the next guy/girl waiting to purchase the vehicle. Finally I find a bank (turned out to be the very first bank I asked a month prior; took talking some logic to them) to finance me. The whole time, Mr. Malik was extremely patient with me, never giving up hope that I would get financed. He informed me that after I received the financing, there were more than 50 people that called, emailed and came in to see that specific vehicle. Action Automotive could have very easily said “screw this guy overseas, sell it to the next Joe that walks through the door” but they didn’t. They have been helpful every step of the way! They are even helping me with getting the vehicle ready to ship overseas. I could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism that Mr. Uzair Malik and the rest of the staff at Action Automotive have exhibited. I highly recommend anyone, regardless of where they are in the world to look into Action Automotive before they go to any other dealership!

First of all The guys at Action are the best! Especially Uzair and Ben a couple of extremely nice and knowlegable sales associates. I picked up a very nice and very clean Audi A6 last night. After the plan A fell through Uzair my salesman suggested I try financing with another bank. Uzair did his magic crunching the numbers and we talked and waited and the bank came back with an approval and a very low APR. This is not your typical used car dealer. My first contact with Action Auto I spoke with Ben. In or outside of buying a car, Ben is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet. I called about a car that he had listed and we talked about the features, history, condition etc. in great detail. I’m an engineer so we ask a lot of technical questions. He was great to speak with and he answered everything I needed to know. No sales pressure, no bragging about his business, and mostly he talks to you on a even level meaning not down to you. We went through the purchasing process and Ben kept me in the loop about financing, where he actually had a better deal than my own bank. Other paperwork arrived and was very complete and ready for signature. So, you can tell this guy is great to work with.Here is what separates Ben from the rest of the dealers I’ve talked with for the last couple of months. Just as I was about to send back the paperwork and that same day another car came up on the listings elsewhere. The only difference between Ben’s car and the new one was the color, everything else was the same. Ben’s car was white and the new listing was blue. I really wanted this car in blue but was going to settle for white since there was no blue cars of this make and model available. Unfortunately, I had to call Ben with the bad news that I had to follow my heart and buy the blue car which I would have been happier with and not his white car. Ben was not upset, he was actually happy for me that I found what I truly wanted. He said “Sometimes things happen for a reason”. After a few more minutes into the phone call I could tell this guy really cares that his customers buying a car that they really want even if that mean its not one of his listed. Folks this should be how all used cars dealers treat customers. I’m sorry I didn’t buy his car, but I’m happier with the one a truly wanted. My wife will be looking for a car in about 18 months and Ben will be one of the first folks we call. Well done!

I dealt with Haden upon arriving to the dealership. he was respectful, knowledgeable and did not pressure you to take any action. I ended up buying the car the next day. The day I bought the car i dealt with Ben and he was also very respectful and very thorough when going through all the paperwork. This dealership also has a 7 day return policy. I ended up taking the car to a bmw dealership to get checked out. The tires tread was very low and I contacted Ben to see if they would replace them and they had no problem replacing them. This appears to be a genuinely honest business Ben and Uzair was conducting their due diligence upon my arrival. My sister and I had questioned the price of the vehicle. For a small dealership, these guys are very polished, knowledgeable of vehicles and have impeccable customer service. I contacted Action Automotive concerning a Mercedes SLS AMG. After searching for months on Autotrader and Car Gurus nationwide, I narrowed it down to a couple of vehicles, one of which was at Action Auto. They clearly had the best price and I believe it is because their overhead is low. Most of these types of cars are sold at big fancy sports car dealers or Mercedes dealerships whose overhead MUST be sky high to pay for all that excess. I was concerned that the customer service would suffer but it did not. I dealt with Judd Addy, salesperson, who was always available for questions via email, text and phone. After driving 7 hours to Alexandria to view/purchase the car I was concerned about the many things that could go awry. The car was as promised and ready, battery charged, paperwork ready to go. We were in and out of there in two hours.My overall impression was of a small business ready to do anything to gain your trust and business. My only complaint was that the title took longer than promised to arrive in the mail and required some follow up phone calls.I would not hesitate to purchase from Action Automotive again.

I had been looking for a specific exotic car and was trying to buy locally in the NY area. Although there were a few cars that were good candidates, I needed to widened my search. I located one in VA that looked to be an exact match with all the right stuff. It was located at Action Automotive Preowned Cars in Alexandria VA. They are not honest here. I found a car and worked to purchase it on Tuesday evening through the phone and even sent my license and agreed on price. The salesperson, Haden, never closed the deal that evening. Then, he didnt return call or texts until late Wednesday. He assured me that the car was mine. It would not be sold to anyone else. He didnt ask for a deposit or anything. Then, he called the next morning to say that it had been sold. I dont know what type of shady operation this company is. I even had funding from a national bank, but they dont work with independent dealers like them. I would stay away.
