Ahmeds success is directly related to his honesty. When my dealership said I need new brakes (I have their VIP plan as part of the purchase in 2018 so oil changes are incluced), I went to Ahmed who Ive been using since 2016. Not only did Ahmed say I wasnt ready to replace the brakes, he actually showed me the measurement of the thickness of the brake pads to ensure I fully understood how he came up with his answer. I was also told by the dealership that Id need new tires. Ahmed again did his inspection and informed me that was not yet the case. I trust him more than the dealership and my friends who now go to him are fully pleased, too! And, he even suggested I do go to the dealership when a different car had various warning lights triggering... he said just in case they were still somehow under warranty. Sure enough, the dealership covered that issue at no cost to me. I go to Ahmed for any car issue because I know I will get an honest assessment from a man who respects his customers AND his mechanical team. Plus, his prices are reasonable and affordable.

I feel so grateful for this garage! I rolled into it in a panic after having an issue with my van on the highway. I was in total chaos mode and I was able to speak to Ahmed directly and leave my car there so they could figure out what was wrong with it. They kept in great communication over the next couple days and were able to find and resolve the issue efficiently. Also, their means of communication are stellar. I get updated text messages as they diagnose the car and repairs are completed as well as very clear and well explained phone calls from Ahmed. My dad was a mechanic and I hate that I can’t have him here to help me through things like this but I’m so grateful that I can put my trust into this garage. I took my vehicle to Telegraph BP Auto Care to have some other work that I knew needed to be done and asked them to inspect my shocks. They checked them out and stated that there was nothing wrong with the shocks and likely didnt need replacing anytime soon. I highly recommend supporting this small locally owned business. Its personable, honest and provides fair value for your money.

As a car guy, I liked how Ahmed explained to me that the remanufactured alternators they use are fully rebuilt instead of having only worn out parts replaced like other shops. Theyve found a customer for life as long as they can maintain their focus on quality and value for money.

When you bring in a vehicle for a non-specific check up, some shops take that as a green light to run up the bill; We have to replace your plasma relays, the focal rectifier has to be calibrated, and your mumesson voluptuator is operating at 34.6%. Thatll be $800 please. You know you can trust a place when they say We checked everything and its all good. (And the last thing they fixed six months ago has stayed fixed.) These guys are fast, efficient and honest. How often do you find that these days?

On my way from Maryland to Virginia I was crossing the Woodrow Wilson bridge when my car lost power and acceleration..I was able to pull over and phone Telegraph BP. Ahmed had my car towed off the bridge to the service station. I thank him for that because the bridge traffic was fast and it was difficult trying to get hooked up on the tow truck.Ahmed discovered that the cars rear axle was broken. It was going into the weekend, but Ahmed was able to get a replacement axle for my car. My car held up one of his bays for 3 or 4 days, but he continued to keep me updated on my car...I dont think that I would have received this level of concern from any other service establishment. Ahmed and his team are definitely dedicated to providing excellent customer service...I will certainly recommend his service business to others.

My dealership was quoting me close to $800 for this job and Ahmed did it for $300. I am very grateful I went with them- I went on Nextdoor and they were very highly recommended and I can see why.

I came in to Telegraph BP Auto Care on May 5th because I had a bunch of service lights on in my 07 4Runner. I called ahead, showed up and only had to wait about 20 minutes. They hooked up my car up to the computer and did a free diagnostic. I went there expecting to spend at least $500-$1000 for repairs because of all the service lights. The guy told me that there was an issue with my fuel evaporation system. He told me to go to the dealership and get a new gas cap to see if that would work so I went and bought one and he cleared the lights before I left. He said it would take a few weeks for my car to detect if there was still a problem. It’s been 3 weeks and all the lights are still off. I spent $39.19 on a new gas cap and about 40 minutes of my time and my car seems to be fixed. Even though BP Auto Care didn’t do any actual work on my car I will never go to another auto shop again besides them. They genuinely care about the customer more than anything else and this was proven to me.

Ahmed was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the issues on my car. I had an idea of what needed to be replaced and he confirmed my suspicion. I only needed the front brakes to be replaced at this time and he thoroughly inspected the rear brakes as well to see if it needs work. It turned out my rear brakes were still good and thus no replacement needed.He inspected the whole car to see what else is needed per my request and provided such information afterward. When I showed up to take the car home, I thought I still heard some metal grinding noise as before and informed him asap. He took upon himself to test drive the car and make sure the problem is resolved. It turned out the new brakes need to be broken in and initially, the grinding noise was normal. As well, they worked 30-minutes past closing time to deliver my completed vehicle on the day promised. Both of my driver side headlights went out yesterday. After attempting to replace them myself, I gave up and took them to a neighborhood gas station to have them replace them for me. They replaced them and claimed that I had an electrical issue and would charge me $140 to diagnose the issue. I left and went straight to Ahmed at Telegraph BP Auto Care. I showed up with less than 2 hours left in his work day. He stopped what he was doing to look at my car right away and my car’s electricity was working just fine. My headlights came right on. Ahmed called me with the good news and free of charge I had my car back with the peace of mind that all was well. (Despite the alleged electrical troubleshooting another shop would’ve charged me.) This is why I will only be going back to Telegraph BP Auto Care moving forward.

I do not feel taken advantage of when I bring my Ford Ranger truck to Ahmed. The cost of the repair services is reasonable & fair.
