Really good customer service, and straightforward mechanics, believe it or not. Definitely recommend to others whove had bad experiences, because these guys are pretty honest, and have never up sold me unnecessary work.My favorite thing is to simply ask them to check something, like an air filter or fluid level. Then I say, if dirty, please change or call me with the status. This way I feel like they arent ripping me off (which they never have). :)

Kent is one of the kindest and most trustworthy business owners around. He takes great care in explaining every repair and helping customers evaluate the options. Ive been a customer of Landmark Towers Sunoco for years. Their customer service is top notch! I am always impressed with the courteous and professional service I receive from all of the staff. Its the best place in town to fill up gas or have your car repaired. Kent - the owner is wonderful. Kents mechanic recently worked on my car. Not only were the repairs done in a timely manner, they were performed at a very reasonable price. I couldnt recommend a better place!

I do business with the Sunoco station at Landmark. Ken, the boss there and everybody there is so good to me. I just had some work done and they always take care of me - an Army widow. I appreciate everything they do over at this Sunoco station.

My husband and I have been going to Landmark Sunoco for almost 20 years. We have never had better service or prices anywhere. All of the mechanics are exceptionally well trained and all of them really know the inside and outside of all makes of cars. We recommend them to all of our friends as well and anyone we meet that may need car repairs. Also, their gas prices are among the lowest in west Alexandria.

I just happened to find the shop a few weeks ago. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The mechanic, Bill, that worked on my car explained in detail what needed to be fixed on my car and was very thorough. Ill definitely be returning there again and would recommend to others.

Best experience ever!!!! I was there last week because my car was making weird noises and it overheated. Everyone there were very friendly and the manager explained what had to be done. They replaced my water pump that was causing the problem and the fee for the service was better than other estimates that I got from other places. Kent, the owner, and everyone else, work their butts off from sunrise to sunset. I would definitely recommend this place.

Customer service excellent all mechanics are professionals and friendly I movedfrom Alexandria but I drove 30 minutes from my house to here for my car service.

I thought they were honest but I tossed them out of the window after my first repair. I dropped off my car for an oil change and complete checkup because of some noise and to get any repairs needed. Endedup getting the AC service done but the AC is exactly the way it was, so not sure if the service was done. Charged me $25 to replace an air filter which literally takes 30 secs to replace... if you are blind and disabled. $3 for coolant top off, $2 for washer fluid top off...fine I needed it even though fluid top off is part of the oil change. But then they had the audacity of charging me $15 shop supplies. Anyway took the car somewhere else and was told that the AC compressor pulley was making the noise. They charge $107/hour FYI. Kent needs to work on his attitude. The guy probably has never smiled in his life time.

The technicians at this shop takes care of my lexus well. They took time to disguss and provide me options. Fair prices to fix, if there is any issue.THANK YOU!!

There is the owner or manager (Kent) who is extremely rude with the customers.. There customer service is very poor.. They never respect a customer.. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them...!

Simply the worst service manager Kent was a total jerk got charged 107 for diagnose only will never go there ever . If you looking for an auto service there is plenty good shop around .
