Came in did an upgrade plus a few accessories and Saul was AMAZING at helping me sync my phone and show me how to navigate my new phone. He took his time and didnt rush through my transaction despite having a few other customers come in. Very pleased with my experience today.

This phone company definitely will ROB you of your money. Especially when you get a new phone and they hit you with a different amount from the actual total you “supposed” to be paying! So don’t do it. And their service sucks go to a way better phone service!

I have been with Cricket almost a year now && I have always had 2 lines,Im on a monthly check && my service is suppose to end on the 29th of every month,but because I dont get my check til the 1st I can walk in this location && talk && tell them that I dont get my check til the 1st && they usually work with me.Im fixing to get a new phone && swap my number over to it && take my old phone && get a new number && give my old phone with the new number to a friend of mine whom Im living with.Im just trying to find out how much that would cost.

Weve enjoyed saving $$$ with Cricket for years, and its even better now that theres a store in Blount County to help when we need it.

My husband got approved for progressive leasing an the boy that was working there doesnt know how to do his job,he was to worried about talking with his friends and to worried about finding someone to get him some food so needless to say I didnt get my phone that I want an he charged my husband account.
