Hi met with Sales Associate Isaiah on my first visit..this Young man was very helpful and polite. And my second visit was Brandy both of these experiences were Great!!

I was having trouble with my visual voicemail. Isaiah call technical support and within a few minutes he had my phone up and running like a new sewing machine! He works at the one in Midland Plaza.

They finally got 2 guys to work the place the way it should be ran and they both are real Nice young men & kinda cute too lol !! But dont mess with them or I will get God after you !! Nate & Matt no longer work there. So sorry. Seems they can not keep good people working there.

This company is the worst people to have phone service through. You never get service anywhere and they love to turn you phone OFF after 2 weeks after you made your payment for 30 days and act like its your fault and they then want you to pay more money to fix their mistakes. Never again with these people.

Brandy and Christian go above and beyond with customer service. As soon as I walked In i was greeted with smiles and full attention. A complete turn around from what crew they had in there previously. I literally switched to boost bc of the last crew, and now Im switching back. Highly recommend either of these ladies.

Well I went back to MetroPCS to give them an opportunity to see if their service has changed at first the phone I got seemed to work pretty good and I was enjoying it then little things started to happen and for the past month Ive tried to call I even went by twice and yet still no manager I even left my number because I wanted a replacement phone because this one is acting up well my phone now has broke the screen which Im sure theyre not going to order it now but I will tell you this Im leaving them this month Im not ever going back to him again theres absolutely no customer service at the one on in Alcoa and you can never ever ever reach anybody there they dont answer the phone

This place is a joke, dont go here to get a phone the service is terrible once they sale u a phone ur on ur own,it wasnt like that a couple weeks ago the ladys that worked there was great!! But now this place has NO customer service I left a message for the district manager 21/2 wks ago an was told she would call me later that day it never happened, Ive left several messages but no one has never called me back all this because I got a phone from them an sense day 1 the phone hasnt worked right,so good luck if u get a phone here cause ur going to need it.
