She was rude, insulting and had her 2+/- yr old there which is a usual thing unless the father has off. I was trying to put more lines on my account and the child took off with 2 of my phones and threw one of them. She told me I didnt know what I was reading in an email Boost sent me and she knew her job, as it turned out I knew what I was reading in the email, she didnt know her job. Given the choice of going back to that store or buying 4 new phones and switching companies, know of any good deals on phones?

Its a great store with all kind of phones. I got an amazing deal when I switched. The staff is very professional and helped us with selecting a good phone and an unlimited plan. Boost prices are amazing must visit the place.

Free phones when you switch. Wow grey deals on phones. Worth visiting if your phone is broken or if you pay relatively more.$90 for 3 lines? Unimaginable.

Awesome New Location! Very clean establishment, great parking space, easy access all the way around! The employees at this branch really treat and greet every customer like apart of the boost family. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to their products and plans. Jennifer is an awesome employee! Shes really good at making sure you leave the store with everything you came in for. Stop on in and check it out! You will be very pleased with your experience. If you arent a boost customer already dont hesitate to stop in and see what kind of deals she has to offer!

I waited a few days to post and have since possibly forgotten their names but Ill call them Jennifer and Brittany? Jennifer and Brittany were very patient with my indecision on which phone to upgrade to. They let me know EXACTLY how much I would pay for each, tax and activation included, so I could make a totally informed decision and not be blindsided by fees at check out. Before this visit I always spoke with Kash, who has also been very helpful and kind to me.

This Boost Mobile definitely gave me what I needed. The guy who is inside was very helpful and informative unlike most third party mvnos of big-name carriers.He definitely sold me on a plan and phone that I already knew I kind of wanted but was on the bench about but he definitely took me to The Greener Side of the grass.Go here, get your good deal and hopefully youll get the same guy that I got. Crappy looking store inside but what matters the most is service, phone and accessories that youre going to get all the rest and Aesthetics really dont matter.Save money by going with the little guys that are just as big as the big guys! Phone company is awesome boost is #1 in my opinion.

A great location. I was porting my numbet over from another carrier, and the woman there was very helpful in helping me choose the right phone and plan. She actually had to work a few minutes over because of a confusion on the previous carriers part.

Manager is extremely rude. My friend went in at 6:30 and told her they couldn’t get her service until they got information from metro saying she has service with them. Well they made my friend go all the way to metro to get the proof instead of calling herself. She said she couldn’t call metro that my friend had to go get the proof. She also said if my friend wasn’t back before seven she wouldn’t open the door for her to finish starting her service with them. Well when we got back to boost with the proof she locked the door and it was only 6:45. This is bad for business. She acted like she didn’t want to start my friends service up. She locked the door before 7pm when they close. I don’t remember her name. She was a heavy set woman with black hair. She was extremely rude and didn’t care about her job. Unfortunately she gets paid to help customers and get them serviced and she didn’t want to. So no Commission For her because tomorrow we are going somewhere else. Y’all should really think about who you hired and how they handle there job. I will be calling corporate. She needs to learn customer service and how to talk to people with out the Ghetto Attitude.

This place was very busy when we walked in at the eleventh hour recently! They were sold out of what we needed, but between other customers, phone calls, and mounting challenges, Talena still went the extra mile to help fulfill our expectations----even if it meant referring us elsewhere for the purchase which we would eventually make. She was extremely helpful, perceptive, sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. At the end of the day, we were impressed with the expertise displayed at this location...AND by the feeling that we had made a friend ... even though she hadnt made a sale off of us. Today I received a call from the Boost Mobile store in Alcoa, TN and to my amazement I found a steep lack of customer service. A Boost associate by the name of Dana ( that could be the wrong name but she was working Thursday August 9th around 11 am) was extremely rude, bossy, and very condescending toward a customer that enjoys being a patron at Boost Mobile. You see, as a customer i have expectations of a great and affordable company such like Boost. However today customer expectations were tragically and almost fatally underachieved and it is at this point that i must write my very first review on google. Since I do enjoy Boost Mobile and their service i sought out another boost mobile outlet and the folks over on west broadway went above and beyond meeting this customers expectations and it was a privilege to have such curiosity and immediate attention to resolve my problems. These folks gave me a great experience and the employee on this day at the Boost outlet on hall road in alcoa gave me a high blood pressure.

Jennifer helped us so much i will be back here from now on.

The greatest mobile service in town

I went recently on8/4/17 and 8/5/17 with my son and daughter to get 3 iphones started on a family plan both days it was after work and close to closing time but thankfully they have extended hours 7pm on fri and 6pm on sat. Anyhow the man working was very accommodating and although we came right before closing he still helped us and stayed 30 mins. Past closing. He also saved me $75 on activation fees by explaining to me how to do it myself and just selling me the kit for $15. This man went above and beyond and im very happy we were ablle to get all 3 kids phones activated. I wish i got his name but i will do all my boost business there.

Super helpful & tried hard to fix my phone problems, but still no solution.
