Had a door opener from the 60s that was on its last leg. Tech Jacob took out the old equipment and did an amazing job installing the new equipment. It looked like he took great pride in his installs. The old tracks hadnt been oiled in forever but he did a great job bring them back from the dead. My garage door no longer makes loud noises upon opening and shutting it. I highly recommend this company they do A+ work.

I thought I would need a new garage door opener when my garage door wouldnt open. However, Jorge realized immediately that the door spring was broken and replaced it before going the expensive route of changing the door opener itself. Low and behold, this fixed the problem and cost me about 1/3 of what it would have if the opener had to be replaced! He even readjusted the sensors, fixed the wiring on the current opener, and spent some time getting the case to fit back on (I took it off earlier to see if I could figure out the problem)! He was extremely efficient (did everything in an hour), professional, and very courteous. He even left me a bottle of lubricant to apply periodically to the spring and hinges. I couldnt recommend Jorge and ABC Door Company enough! They were absolutely amazing!

We had a spring break on our garage and they sent Jonathan out first thing the following morning. He arrived well within the service window and was very knowledgeable. Besides the spring he gave the garage door a once over and replaced a couple bolts that were looking iffy. Very thorough and a reasonable price!

The term SHADY is an understatement when describing this company. I strongly recommend using ANY garage door service besides these guys.The owner and manager of this company are OSHA violating criminals who will knowingly underquote the price of their services to you, will do shoddy work, at best, and treat their employees like dirt. Additionally, if you work for these people they will 100% rip you off. You will be expected to work overtime almost every single day and not include it on your timecard. The employment practices of this company are way beyond immoral; they are legitimately illegal.If any regulating entity (OSHA, IRS, etc) actually looked into this company, ABC Door would be shut down in a heat beat.

But the tech Jonathan went above and beyond, doing some maintenance and cleaning garage door parts I would have never known about, and did some minor things to the infrastructure surrounding the door to secure it even further. Our garage door stopped working on a Sunday...of course. We called first thing on Monday, and ABC was able to get someone to our house the same day. I bought a garage door from them a few years ago. The door looks really nice. We had a problem with the track and I called. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. I am impressed with them as a company.

Fast service and great product

We will not use this company again. They are non responsive and do not follow up on their installation or customer concerns. We purchased garage doors from this company for a home we are selling. Upon receipt of a property inspection the doors security safety feature failed. When we contacted the company to have them come inspect the safety feature I was told there would be a charge to fix an issue caused by their poor installation. Bad customer service. We own multiple properties throughout the city and Will not be a return client. Go to Home Depot. They have the decency to follow up with their work.

I took quotes from several door companies before we started our new project. Most of them wanted to frame the openings to fit standard doors and I dont think that would have looked very nice. Because of the great service we have received from ABC Door in the past we went with their bid and hired them to put 3 all glass garage doors on our back patio. The openings were odd sizes but that didnt phase them at all. Once again, Eddie came to install the doors. It required building framework out of steel. It was done perfectly and once the doors were installed it looked like it had been designed to look that way since the beginning. I wish I could share pictures of the final product because the job was incredible and in these trying times of Covid we now have an outside space to enjoy regardless of the weather. They are the best!!Our garage door broke a spring back in February. And it never quite worked correctly after that. Last week it got jammed and would not open or close. ABC sent Eddie out to fix it and found that the incorrect spring had been installed on the previous visit. He contacted the manufacturer of the door and found out what the correct spring should be. He went and picked it up and in no time he had the new spring in place and the door balanced correctly. What a difference. The door is very quiet when it opens and closes compared to the popping sounds it was making before. Eddie talked with the owner and they warrantied the entire job. Even though it was not right the first time. They came through with flying colors with support after the fact. Thank you Tom.

My Mothers automatic garage door stopped working. It stopped working in the open position leaving the garage and the house in a vulnerable position! Even with the COVID-19 epidemic she called and they answered. Within an hour they had a very professional technician (Jonathan) on-site. It turned out to be a quick fix but he figured since he was on site he might as well do the preventative maintenance (probably needed and and saved my Mother the extra mobilization fee). So professionalism (Jonathan) A+, promptness A+. What else can I say, this and my only five star review.

A spring on my garage door broke. Jonathan came to replace both of the springs. He did an excellent job; he is friendly and professional. He pointed out a couple of additional things we should probably look at doing in the future (had him replace the rollers). Jonathan Valdez, repaired damage done to the bottom panel of my garage door that was purchased two years ago from ABC Garage {this garage door is a raynor (very good quality)}. I have requested Jonathan for other adjustments in the past; he is quick and does excellent work with the first try! I have never had to have him come back out because the problem didnt get fixed; like I have with other techs at ABC Door. I can always depend on Jonathan to do it right. He is professional, on time and courteous. ABC Door is lucky to have him work for them.

Our garage door was getting noisy and beginning to wobble a bit. Decided it was time for service. I was surprised that I could get it scheduled for the next day. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up at the office handling our work request and I had to call a few times to get it back on track, but Jonathan finally showed up. Very courteous, professional and apologetic for his tardiness. He did a great job and Ill be calling them again in a couple of years. (I would have given five stars except for the misplaced work order.)

Been working with ABC Door for many years now. Jonathan was dispatched to replace our entire door due to a spring failure, and 20 years worth of wear and tear. He was prompt, courteous, and go the job done well. The new Raynor insulated door looks fantastic!Update: Jonathan was again our tech that installed the WiFi link for our garage door. This took a little more logistics due to linking the system with the current WiFi router, and enabling it to talk with the opener. Again, great work, great problem solving, and a cool app to control the door to boot!

Excellent customer service from the time I called to schedule the appt. through the final work. Jonathon came out and was so professional and polite. What a hard worker, too! He estimated the job of replacing my 1/2 horsepower motor to a 3/4 horsepower to be between 90-120 mins. He was done in just over an hour and the quality of work was great!Their prices were very reasonable. They made recommendations for repairs but were not pushy at all and nothing that had to be done as I cant afford them all at this time.Great experience! I called out 2 other companies that both said I need the garage door replaced due to 2 small cracks. ABC didnt agree and my garage door is functioning beautifully with the new motor. Thank you!

I am very pleased with my new garage doors that I bought from a ABC Door Company. From the representative that quoted and sold me the doors to the representative that installed the doors. Gary Valles sold me the doors and Thomas Garza did the installation. Both gentlemen were very professional and completed the work on schedule. When Thomas left my house he had cleaned up the entire area where he had worked. Because of the experience I had with ABC Door I highly recommend them if you are having garage door problems.

I had three companies come to my home and give me information and estimates for 2 new garage doors, openers and a wireless keypad. ABC was the 2nd of the 3 and I was blown away by the professionalism, knowledge and communication skills of the sales person. After meeting with all the companies, i decided to go with Gary Valles and ABC Door. The doors came in on time from the factory and the installation was scheduled for 10 days after. The team of 3 (Leroy, Jonathan and Kristine) came on time the morning of the installation and worked all day to take down the existing doors, frames and openers and install the new ones. They programmed the remotes and synced the wireless key pad to open both doors. I was given the warranties for all the equipment and they collected the balance of the cost. The doors are more beautiful, solid and quieter than I even anticipated and I would choose ABC Door again in a heartbeat .I would recommend this company to everyone who is looking to upgrade their garage doors and enhance the beauty, energy efficiency and value or their home!

Scheduled appointment and had to agree to a two hour window to wait for service. No call, no show. I believe they are doing this on purpose to the elderly... If the elderly person gives them another chance and reschedules, then they will be overcharged and treated as suckers. Stay away if you’re retired, or an elderly person.
