We ordered 5 garage doors for a new construction custom home back in December 2020. Four of the doors came in on time and were installed correctly. One of the doors took several months later to be installed. It was installed with four correct panels, and one incorrect panel that had extra windows. We only wanted one pair of windows on the top panel. We have been waiting, with no communication from Windsor, no follow up, no concern, for over 9 months now without any resolution. We have to beg for a return call and still don’t get one. I have no complaints about the product or quality of the doors, however the customer service from Windsor is terrible, especially from a business that should be customer service oriented.

Used Windsor Door Sales for the first time today. The service technician came out right away (Tommy). He was super nice and the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this company and Tommy was nice!

I just had two ancient screw driven door openers replaced with two new Liftmaster belt driven motors and have to say I am very pleased with the experience and highly recommend this company! Dennis at the office was easy to work with and once the appointment was scheduled, Dustin and Jonathan walked me through all steps of the replacement, let me as a ton of questions, and were very professional throughout the entire install and even did a full tune up on my doors as well. I will be recommending this company to anyone in need of garage door service and repair! Thanks again guys!

This company has appeared to drop everythomg the last 3 times our torsion spring broke over the last 14 years. Was here on a Saturday today in less than an hour. Great service, friendly ppl. Good pricing and upkeep advice. Strongly recommend if you need the service.

They were friendly but unorganized. They basically want your garage empty. So if youre not moving out or in of the house they make it very difficult on you. They want the garage empty and they wont do the work till someone comes out to verify its empty. Which means you cannot do this in one day, your stuff has to sit outside. I question how these guys sell any garage door.

We were having issues with our retracting garage door. Next day, Mikel, the technician came out. He serviced our door in what seemed like no time at all. Worst company to do business with I subcontracted Sean out for two shower doors and 8 months later they have someone finishing up the second shower today considering they are in the door industry you figure theyll be able to address and fix any problems that arise with installing a door no was told they cant do it contact someone else out or do it myself the wasrwas given the run around from Sean about times and dates and Sean got measurements wrong on second door had to wait for correct one to come in this experience was a total disaster I will never recommend Windsor to any of the sister companys I work for (Santa Rosa,milan,abq, Moriarty Cruces )

We have been building our new house in T or C to enjoy our time at the lake. We hired Windsor Garage Doors to install our 12’x18’ garage door. We were initially told that the door would be delivered in 3 weeks but it took double the time to come in and arrived in 6 weeks. It was installed at the beginning of March. We immediately had problems. We had to call numerous times to report that the new springs on the door didn’t work. I talked to them for over an exhausting 2 weeks and assumed that they replaced the springs. This weekend a crew was there to do some finishing touches on our new build when the garage door support bracket fell down from the ceiling. This happened Saturday. We called multiple times, but since they were closed for the weekend, we were unable to get any help for this urgent issue. We’re very unsatisfied with the quality and work that Windsor Garage Doors has provided thus far. Their response times have not reflected any customer appreciation or urgency. When calling to report issues it is extremely difficult to reach anyone. We’re told that we need to talk to Jacob. He is never available. We’ve asked for his manager, who is also never available. I’m disappointed that there is no support for weekend issues and that we won’t get to make them aware of the issue until Monday.

What an awesome experience! I had an old 60’s swing out door that secured my garage with hopes and dreams. Hello 21st century!!! I now have a very quite very secure overhead garage door with a smart opener!!!! Tyler came out for my install and I have to say, what a guy! He did a fantastic job and was very pleasant! This is a Great company. Our garage door would not stayed closed and the lights kept turning off and on. We called and spoke with Shane about our problem. Shane was able to get us an appointment the same day. John came out and fixed our garage door at a very reasonable price. He made sure everything was functioning properly. I bought a new home and it didnt come with a garage door opener. I called these guys to see what my options were and they were very reasonably priced. Dennis took care of me on the phone and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. He was very honest about features and accessories. Mikel came out and installed the door opener. He was friendly and professional. The install looks great and the belt drive opener is amazing. I will definitely refer my friends and co-workers to these guys in the future. Very happy with my experience.

The sales person I spoke with on the phone was quite congenial and clearly explained the different garage door openers I could have installed. The ones I ended up picking allow for a device that allows me to connect the opener to an iPhone app should I choose to do so at some later date (sounds like something that could come in handy).The installer did an excellent job installing the openers. He had a bit of a challenge where the genius builder had installed a light fixture right where the opener motor was supposed to go, but he worked around it like a champ. Before he left, he programmed the remote keypad for us. He also showed us the operation of the buttons on the remotes and wall buttons (this is an upgrade from our previous house, so knowing where to find what buttons on the wall panel was nice).I paid more for this than I wouldve for, say, a Genie at Home Depot, but the quality, quiet operation, and upgraded options demand an additional premium that I felt was fair and was willing to pay.

Great company! They fixed my door right the first time. I cant say that about another company in the area. So read the reviews! These guys know how to fix doors that dont open and close properly. The price for service was reasonable.Update: the door has continued to operate correctly two years later.

It’s late Friday night and the garage door at my rental home goes off the track. I called Windsor doors and they had a technician there within an hour. Windsor door came for garage door service. Seemed to take care of things but in a couple weeks they werent working. Had to have them come back and I was told the electric eye was dirty. I was ASTONISHED when I was told routine door service did NOT include checking the electric eyes. ??? one does not work without the other. Then a few months later my doors stopped working again. Had to schedule yet another service call. They could not find anything wrong but suggested a new chipboard and belt drive. The estimate would be $745.00 A friend told me about Gutierrez garage door . they recommended a new chipboard and installed it for $135.00 I think Windsor is sloppy and definitely overpriced.

After having another company or that were trying to replace parts that were not broken, we were thoroughly impressed with Windsor. They were honest, professional, on time, and hard working. The door was fixed when they said it would be for a reasonable price. I would recommend and use them again if needed.

These folks are amazing. I had them work on my ancient rolling security/storm shutters that where installed in the dawn before time. Parts are nearly impossible to find for them anymore and theyre brutal to work on even with the right parts. But Windsor has always come through and saved my family from living in the dark for too long. Manny, Amanda, Jacob, old Tom, and the rest of the Windsor team have always been amazing handling the tough job theyre presented with on my shutters! The price is even reasonable to spite my torturous needs. 6 Stars!!!PS: Theyve saved me from broken garage door springs a couple times also. Even on Saturday when our cars are trapped in the garage theyve managed to come out and get the problem resolved same day and again at a very reasonable price!

I had so many questions, that they got uncomfortable and quite frustrated with me. I called Windsor, and they were so polite and helpful; just like my aunt said. May 2015. Home Depot here in Albuquerque subcontracted our garage door purchase/installation through Windsor Door Sales.All I can say is that the whole experience was a disaster and series of mis-steps. This started day one (when they failed to show for the initial measurement) to the final product, when they didnt bring the electronic overhead unit we paid for, as they said it wasnt part of the order.Even after the installation, they left no card, no paperwork, no nothing to tell us about the product or who to contact with any questions or concerns. The installer said he would double-check the order, but he never got back to us. As a result, staff at Home Depot had to tie up much of their morning trying to figure out how to solve the matter.I can deal with a blooper or two with a company, especially when, as in this case, were having to deal with two of them simultaneously. The end result is that Home Depot did their part, but the staff at Windsor Door consistently screwed up on their end.Now, I will say that once they got it together, the technician who wrapped everything up was very thorough and efficient. That helped soothe my frustration, but I still think the company needs to do some work on the front-end of things.

My garage door spring broke and I called Windsor to see if they could fix it today. I spoke with Dennis who was very professional with regard to answering my questions about the cost and if it could be fixed right away. Dennis said he could have Tom come out and fix it in the early afternoon and so I went ahead and told him to schedule the repair. Tom showed up on time and fixed the broken spring very quickly. He was such a nice friendly person and I can honestly say that it was a real pleasure to meet him and have him repair my garage door. I want to thank both Dennis and Tom for such a fast, easy, and affordable repair of my garage door. I went to the company website and signed up for them to email me about new products and special events. I definitely recommend Windsor Door Sales and plan to do business with them again in the future for all of my garage door needs along with rolling shutters which they also install and service. Very professional! There was a glitch in scheduling, but they sent someone out ASAP. Robert came to fix my garage after I backed into it like an idiot. He was friendly and fixed the door like nothing ever happened. He even greased the tracks and tightened the chains... made sure everything was tip top before leaving.
