I wish I could give this store a zero or even negative number. First of all, the person with whom I was dealing today was rude. I wish I could slap the hell of that attitude-filled person. It was as if I was a customer agent and he was the upset customer. Plus, I was told that the repair cost would be more than the cost of the laptop, which I brought less than a year ago. I mean how come the cost of repair be more than the cost of the laptop. This store is the worst apple store I have been. I have been to Minneapolis store as well as Austin ones. Those stores are super friendly and helpful to the customers. I miss them. I will never ever set my foot on this store!
First visit was great. Bought my wife a new phone. They were not as good when I went in the next day with the trade in. Took way to long and they seemed like they needed a little more training. Eventually was able to trade in the old phone. Overall, the wife is happy with her new phone so worth a little headache.
Hoping my experience with this Apple store changes. Wife and I went to the Apple store to purchase 2 Apple watches. Display watches have no pricing and each phone has to be packaged with the desired apps. I wanted a phone that would help me keep track of my heart and make phone calls without my cell phone. My wife purchased the phone without the health apps. Out total price came to slightly over $1,000.The representative then handed us the boxes and said: “Go home and put it together.” Now I’m 71 and my wife is from Nepal. My watch isn’t changing and I don’t know how to get the apps that I want. There seems to be a large disconnect between advertising, sales and service. I’m giving Apple another shot. I tried them once before in 2012; still a question whether I continue.
Came in close to them closing up for the night. I asked them if I could purchase a couple Apple Watches. They explained to me that I would need to make an appointment, which I totally understand. But they were slow enough that the lady told me to come in and see if they could squeeze me in for the purchase. I am truly happy with my customer experience and help from their employees. Thank you for your time and help guys! I love my new watch!
What a pleasurable experience! I walked in thinking I might get a new phone without certainty. I had the tremendously good fortune of being paired up with Annette (who happens to be a Genius but was helping with sales today). She was immensely professional, warm, thoroughly knowledgeable and led me to purchase the iPhone 12 Pro purely by being informative (and amazing!). What a gem of an employee and I LOVE this incredible phone! Well done on all fronts Apple!!
I am SO thankful for the manager Tyler at Uptown. He seriously made my day yesterday and saved my business. I run my business from home and my computer is my livelihood. Due to a lot of complicated technical issues, my computer had to be repaired under two circumstances in July, and its only two years old. I was out of business for two weeks. I had spoken to a manager and he did absolutely nothing to help. After all of that, yet again, my computer became unusable a couple of days ago.I went in yesterday to get help and I was expecting another frustrating visit with no help from the management and to be out of business again. I was beginning to think Apple was a lost cause and was seriously considering buying something from another company due to all the issues I had dealt with. Tyler did everything to help me and was very quick about it. He completely understood my frustration which was very relieving after I had dealt with a previous manager that didnt help. I now have a computer that is finally working and is in perfect condition. Wifi is working wonderfully, fast speeds, its perfect. The past two months have been a wreck for my business and sanity. He solved all my issues and I am so thankful. I hope he can be recognized for his amazing work!
When we walked in, we were not greeted by anyone. We waited to look at the iPhones for almost 10 minutes, no one came up to ask if we needed help. There were about 20 employees, more than there were actual customers. All of them talking to each other, no one helping people. There was a young employee who finally helped us, he was a bit bad. they sold us a phone that didnt work for our service. and he tried to say we gave him 100 dollars short. I would not recommend this place, they are unhelpful, rude. they treated the rich white people good. they greeted them, they ASKED RIGHT AWAY if they needed any help. Sure we didnt look wealthy but we were customers and should be treated with respect like everyone else.
Every time I’ve ever gone to the Genius Bar they’ve never been able to help me. This last time they wouldn’t accept my computer for a repair because their systems were down. Basically anytime I have a problem and go in there, they tell me there’s nothing they can do and tell me to go online or call. They have awful backwards policies and 0 customer service. I love the product, hate the company. Especially hate this store. All they’ve ever done is waste my time.
If I could give 0 as a rating I would. I came here with an appointment at 12:30 pm to get a cracked screen on an iPhone fixed. Upon showing up to my appointment on time and ready it took 45 minutes just to check my broken iPhone in. Once it was finally checked in they told me to pick it up at 2:15 that day. I came at 3:45 to pick it up, phone was still not done. Came in at 6:15 pm to pick up phone, still not done. I asked if a genius or staff member could go in the back and check on the status of my device. No one was willing. Finally at 6:50pm someone came out and said they ruined my device trying to fix it and had to get me an entirely new device. I dont know why this took 6 hours of my day for Apple to figure out, it was extremely unprofessional and a nightmare experience. Apple used be very on top of their services but today it was lacking bad. Theres a reason people get things fixed 3rd party and this is why.
Overpriced Chinese made products. I bought a headphone jack adapter and I’ve literally been having to replace the overpriced Chinese made adapter more times than the actual headphones.
Took 11 year old mini to “genius” appointment for repair of button switch that turns it on. So-called genius simply told me that Apple didn’t “support” it anymore and I should go to a non-Apple shop that “might” have a part to fix it. I needed something to do my work so I bought a new one for over a thousand dollars and was packed up and sent off without any support or help setting it up. “Genius” just told me to plug in my “time machine” from my old mini.Got it home and all I got was a new machine with new, unfamiliar operating system. Absolutely no help or assistance by the store and a very unhelpful so-called genius. Apple store is simply a take your money and get rid of the customer as quickly as possible.
Very fast paced and crazy but kind of fun. The phones here are unlocked but you definitely pay a lot for them.
Went to Apple Store Uptown Sunday 6/27 at 1pm. It was the only store we went into that required a mask. We were approached by an employee however we could hardly hear him through his mask and his mumble. We said we were there to look at Apple Watch’s. We were welcome to look but if we wanted to purchase one there were no more appointments available. What!! We said we had cash in hand. He mumbled into my ear that he could put us in the queue but couldn’t promise we would be able to purchase that day. There were a number of shoppers in the store. The atmosphere was not welcoming at all. Apple you can and should do better, you are better than this!
It took about 10 minutes for them to diagnose my problem and get me in and out with a fixed phone. There were some mixups with the appointment times but the Apple geniuses were very accommodating and got it all figured out right away. I have never been to an Apple store where I’ve had a problem and this location here kept that streak alive!
Bernie helped me with an iPad that refused to charge and he was not only polite and nice, but fast and very helpful. Everyone in this location was friendly and ready to help, even though it was very busy. Maybe the only downside is that the place is like a crowded bar on a Friday night - so loud, hah!
Over priced for sure. Excellent products of all kinds of favorites. Just watch out for the security guard that looks like a weasel on a power trip outside.
Customer service was terrible. The floor staff wont offer assistance, I went in to pick up an order that was ready and also drop off equipment for them to look at. Full genius bar with only 1 guy helping those sitting there. I asked one employee who was walking by for help and he just kept walking without even acknowledging I had spoken to him. I ended up leaving without the pick up order or leaving the equipment (which I had an appt for).
Everyone was awesome! They took care of us very quickly and efficiently. We got exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
It was super buzy but still got help in about 5mins. Items to check out was great. Go check it out.
By appointment only. Online appointments did not work. You need to get in line to make an appointment and then come back at the dedicated time slot.I traded in a Mac Pro desktop. When I put my serial number in at home, Apple promised to pay $960 for it. At the store it was only $890. I feel that Mr. Apple didn’t keep his word and misled me.Five stars for the MacBook Air and no stars for the experience.
I went into the store to purchase an Apple Watch. In the past, a store representative would greet and connect me with a customer service person or direct me for services I needed. Today, upon entrance to the store, some customer service reps were working with customers, others were visiting with each other. After waiting over 5 minutes at the Apple Watch counter, I finally reached out to a customer rep. He asked, Do you have an appointment? I need an appointment to buy a watch? He offered to get me assistance. After several minutes, I asked another customer rep for assistance. Again, Ill get someone to help you. After 30 minutes of waiting I left. At Target, I was in/out within 5 minutes...a happy an Apple Watch owner.
Irving at the Genius Bar was awesome. He fixed my phone without losing any data. You can tell he knows his stuff and he loves what he does. So grateful, THANK YOU!
Really quick attention. Didnt have the product I was looking for, but still willing to help.
If you are looking for Apple products this is the place to go! In addition to the companys products, they also offer other accessories, a Genius Bar, and the staff is very knowledgeable!
Very Very helpful. Berney solved my problem. 🙂
I arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11am appointment this past Saturday. I waited at the entrance and within a minute a kind young man checked me in. He directed me to the iPads and said someone would meet me there shortly. Within 5 minutes John arrived and we started talking about what I would be using a new iPad for. He was very polite and definitely knew a lot about the Apple products. After making my decision, my new iPad and keyboard were brought right out to us and I was able to check out on the spot! Total time in the store was less than 30 minutes. Thank you John for a pleasant shopping experience!
12 people working, and Im standing in the store at the moment waiting for a salesperson to come back from break to do a simple purchase, estimated at 25 min, which is 10 minutes before they close. l know what I want, why cant i simply buy it? 🤦♀️
Excellent products and services. Fun filled in-store experiences. Speedy transaction times. The people who work there are Friendly and welcoming. For me, visiting an apple store feels coming home.
My mind is about to explode Im in such disbelief at how useless manager Michelles help is.I sent my computer in for repair last November for a known issue with the keyboard, to which I got back a fixed keyboard and a dysfunctional touchbar. Then using the exact same system I used to book my original appointment I could not make an appointment (due to covid and being busy). Sure...all fine, but when I finally try to take my computer in after covid madness is starting to settle down they confirm that my touchbar is broken and tell me that it will cost $580 dollars to fix!!! Thats almost twice as much as the supposed fix cost in the first place!!! Proof that it was broken two days after I picked it up and proof that I attempted to schedule an appointment back in November and again in January (still within the 90 days) apparently just isnt enough. Is it really that unreasonable that I got frustrated and tossed up my hands after failing to be able to receive support for 3 months straight in the middle of a pandemic???? Of course Michelle is kind enough to meet me half way by only charging me 50%, a whopping $290 for a touchbar that APPLE BROKE when trying to fix a known design issue that was APPLES FAULT. Thanks Michelle. Thanks for, with your complete power to sign off and repair this, refusing to support a customer who apparently just didnt go far enough, despite the fact that I didnt walk in to the store because they EXPLICITLY SAID NO WALK INS.Of course, none of this matters because ultimately this store will continue to thrive on broken iPhone screen repairs. One things for sure, when Im back in the market a 3rd-party linux machine is going to look a whole lot more tempting. Especially considering I could practically get a machine with the same specs as a MBP for the cost of repairing a touchbar that APPLE BROKE.Now where are my angry emojis...
I stood in front of the Genius Bar for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I understand you need an appointment but at least acknowledge me, I only had a question.
Awesome customer service thanks Apple these guys are trained well.
Professionals are always happy to be of service. I went in with what I thought was a major problem, and was helped with just a few clicks!
THIS REVIEW IS FOR WEST SIDEVery slow and not very knowledge. Hard to get an appointment. Some of the agents are annoying and not very nice. Took over an hour to get an appointment and the only appointment was 3 days out to check something on the phone. Not all employees work on Apple or Samsung and must wait until they have an opening!
We found a knowledgeable, helpful, enthusiastic manager who also throws in the best film and TV references in her descriptions making it a wonderful shopping experience. Wish we had gotten her name. Well be back!
I would have given 5 stars but I’m giving 4 because my initial encounter with one of the employees, Ashley, she was very combative and argumentative with me. She told me to put on a mask while I was waiting outside, in which I told her that I was medically exempt and I was not even in the store yet. She said she can’t talk to me until I put a mask on. I offered to show her my doctors note for my medical exemption and she said she didn’t care, that I had to put a mask on. Afterwards I had a very nice gentleman approach me named James and he offered to help me. He said that it was ok I couldn’t put a mask on and that he would just help me outside. He apologized for Ashley’s behavior and reassured me that that was not how Apple operated and would have a talk with her. I then had a second encounter with Ashley, and informed her that it was federally illegal to discriminate against people with medical conditions under Title II and Title III of the ADA so she would know in the future how to respond. She then threatened me with calling her manager and stormed off. Later on James passed me onto another nice gentleman, Chris, and he was very helpful as well. Both James and Chris were wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful and kept apologizing for Ashley’s behavior. Ashley should not be allowed to be a customer service representative.
Went in got what I need in minutes! And they were great!
Aldo was outstanding and very patient helping this senior citizen fix a password and I Watch issue. Many thanks
Help inside store was great. Friendly and informative. They do take pride in being militant with Covid checks but thats New Mexico. Im happy with product and price.
Everyone there thinks they are better than everyone else
Worst Apple store and customer service was awful. I have being buying Apple products for 20 years and now I am considering moving away from Apple. All of my computers, including my sons laptop was stolen. We recovered the laptop and now Apple wont unlock it because he doesnt own the same Apple phone he did when the laptop was stolen. I tried to buy 2 computers while I was in there waiting for the uneducated kid to try and figure out the laptop and some rude girl told me no, she could put me on a list and I could come back. Really? I live over an hour away and I wasnt shopping just wanted to pay for the new computers. Apple has turned into one of the worst companies for customer service I have ever dealt with. Rude people in store and online and customers are on their own with any issues.
Nice quick pickup, everything went more smoothly than I imagined it would. Do yourself a favor, place your order online or on the store app, and then you have time to do all the browsing and deciding you want, then just go pick it up when it’s ready and you don’t have to spend all day at the store!
This is the third time I had to have this Mac laptop repaired (the last time I couldnt tell that they had done anything when I got it back, still broken). This time they looked at it for less than 5 minutes, and said they had to send it in. They didnt give me any information about what the problem was. Now I got an email saying the computer will be back tomorrow, after being sent to the east coast. Well, its nice to drop it off Friday and get it back Monday even though that also included a couple thousand miles of travel, but Im skeptical, given my history with the apple store. When I looked it up online, the repair details just say it was repaired and should arrive Monday. Even the tech rep I called couldnt provide any more information about what they did. Apple sure has gone downhill in the 40 years Ive been a customer! This computer hasnt worked since 3 months after I bought it, even after three repairs!
If I could give no stars, I would. Do not waste your time going into the store, you are better off buying the product from Apple.com. We received the worst customer service I have ever seen today. I can in the day before ready to trade in and buy a new iPad, I was told I had to make an appointment. We made an appointment for the next day, due to COVID Apple now requires them. We showed up early to our appointment, an associate then told us we still wouldn’t be taken until our appointment time. We then came back at our appointment time, we were told that someone would be with us shortly. After waiting 15 minutes we noticed that other people that were just walk-ins and came in after us were being helped before us. After waiting another 15 minutes, 30 minutes total now, we were still not helped. I went to an associate to ask where I was in line, he stated that my appointment had just been checked in and if I waited at the iPad station someone would be over soon. I relayed to him that I had already been waiting 30 minutes and that it was ridiculous I had already been waiting this long. He said that something was lost in translation and I should be helped “soon” I then relayed to him to just cancel my appointment as I had already been waiting 30 minutes. There were over 5 employees standing around and not helping customers. No manager came to us to ask how we were doing, when my husband approached someone again to see if we could be helped the associates verbally attacked him saying that what we were saying was a lie and that we had just checked in. I will never go to this location or give them my business, they have no respect for the customer and Apple has some serious issues at this location.
They helped me get my daughters phone straightened out because I know nothing about iPhones
On time with appointmentEasy check inGot my I pad goingWore maskAll good
I was rudely dismissed at the entrance door by a strange employee person; upon stating that I wanted to buy an iPhone12 Pro Max (a $1,300.00 purchase including tax). that day. Asked if I had an appointment, I replied no, according to their own web site it was not necessary. Not good enough my bizarre greeter replied (apparently making up the rules on the fly) he?would schedule an appointment for the next day. I explained that I had to drive a 120 mile round trip to return for an appointment. Blank stare of contempt from greeter (I must have been profiled as unfriendly and a self- important dude! not true). Never in the many years of buying numerous iPhones, iMacs, iPads and laptops have I been dealt with in such a manner. I dont hold all Apple stores accountable for this one incident of course, as in Dallas it was always pleasant and professional; Albuquerque would do well to review its hiring practices and customer service attitude training. I exited the store never to return, then drove back the 60 miles home, got on my iMac and ordered the iPhone online!P.S. My AAPL stock is not in jeopardy of liquidation LOL!
I made an appointment and when I arrived no one would help me. I stood there for 15 minutes and got disgusted and left. What really angered me was the fact that a very attractive young lady arrived after me and she got service before me. I have purchased $4000 worth of merchandise from this location, but never again.
Great service at the Genius Bar. I cracked my back glass and got my iphone replaced almost instantly with an Applecare+ deductible. Worth the investment. I was in and out of the door in about 5 minutes.
The service was great from the moment we entered the store. Isela was our staff member who took all the time she needed to make sure we were taken care of. She was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable! To include the precautions they took as we entered the store; checked our temperature, and they have a cleaning crew who continuously clean the store throughout. We were very much satisfied and thank you Isela for all your help!
The staff was extremely rude. Made an an appt for the Genius Bar. Then waited in another line just to get to the appt and then waited again to see a Representative that could actually help me. Then when a Staff person came to help he went to go help someone else and when then started to ask details of what was happening to the IPAD restore he didn’t even know what the technical difficulties that were occurring and started to say I could of done it at home myself. I actually tried to disable and restore the IPAD myself that’s why I came to the Apple Store in the first place. Why spend thousands of dollars in Apple Products to be treated poorly and be discriminated against??? Thanks Apple!
This used to be a great place. Made an appointment to pick up a mouse (only) that was prepaid. Made an appointment at 3pm. The line outside was 2.5hrs long. COVID isn’t new- the Apple store needs to figure out a better way for customers to pick up their merchandise. Until that happens, and because there’s absolutely no in person help, I can only give it 1 star.
Came in to spend $1200 on a new phone but the staff couldn’t wait an extra 5 minutes for the trade in phone to finish backing up. Felt very unwelcome and pushed away by this store- This store was well staffed and shouldn’t have had an issue with this. Staff member who was helping us was visibly annoyed by a paying customer. Guess it was the end of his shift. Giving extra stars for the abundance of hand sanitizer.
Two last I phones I purchased have came defective. I use to love my old I phone. I phones are loosing there five star efficiency...
It was a easy safe visit, the store smells clean looks clean and well is very clean. they are very organized and everyone is very friendly. with covid-19 alot of workers have been very stressed, but it seems like apple is taking care of there workers because you can tell they are happy to be at work. they dont just let anyone walk in you have to make an appointment to buy or repairs and they take your temperature. more stores need to fallow the steps that apple is taking to keep all us safe.
Apple made it easy to buy products during the first wave of COVID-19 through the Apple store. The staff was mind, cleanly, were masks and were informative
Set appointment a week before hand also a hour early for appointment and on top of that they are late to even talk to me check in and almost was late for appointment which effected my job this company is a joke and so are thier workers
Apple store was sad.No service.Just wanted to buy an iPad.Not allowed to.Will not go back. They had it, just would not let us buy it.
Great little last minute gift place for my nephew. Lots of calendars and small gifts. Some kids toys. Not very organized especially up at checkout. 🤨
Picked up computer that needed battery replacement. Fast and easy.
Every Time I Come Here, I Expect An Attitude From The Get Go. Sure Enough Today, I Needed Help With My IPhone XS Max & IPhone 12 Pro Max… The Employee Spoke As If I Should Already Know How To Fix The Issue & Seemed As If The Problem Was Too Little Or Senseless For Him.
Staff was polite and friendly but its definitely not curbside pickup. You have to wait in line with people and go in the store. They lied about curbside when I ordered online.
Sabrina was amazing!! The costumer service was excellent.
Nice staff greeting customers outside the store. The outside staff also is gathering info about what you are wanting to purchase before you meet with a sales rep to make sure its in stock and to give options if the item you want is not in stock. Clever way to make the visit inside faster so those outside dont have to wait as long. Because of current health others, only the person making the purchase can go inside.
I was helped by a guy name Billy D and he was so kind! Not only was he super knowledgeable but he was to the point and answered all my stupid questions with zero judgement. Thanks again!!
Tons of staff, excellent, safe line management outside, safe numbers inside, socially distanced. Zoe at the Genius Bar was incredibly helpful. Unstuck my gooey space bar and I was happily on my way. Great experience and a parking space just out front.
These guys are currently having their retail sales staff act as genius basic techs and they do not help you sufficiently. Like a drive-thru fast food window, their goal is to keep your time in the store limited, under 15 minutes there, based on CDC recommendations. However, their protocols are not even safe or even the least bit of illusions of safety against COVID. They as staff members are protected, but you are not! It starts at the entrance, no temperature checks and the spots on the ground are not even six feet apart. Go see for yourself! They don’t even upsell the accessories you will need for the latest chargers and tech. The telephone support is better right now and they are clearly driving us there.
My apple watch started smoking and got hot on the charger, so I made an appointment for the genius bar. Their solution was an expensive repair or buy a new one. Fine, I suspected that would be the case. What I didnt expect was that I WOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO BUY A NEW ONE. They told me that since I only had a genius bar appointment and not a shopping appointment I would have to schedule and return to buy the replacement watch. Buying a new watch was the literally the recommended solution to my problem, but I wasn’t allowed to do it on that appointment. After already waiting 45 minutes to be allowed in for my first scheduled appointment, I decided to go to Best Buy and had a new watch for the same price in my hand in under five minutes.I understand COVID precautions, but if you can take my money for a repair on this appointment, you can sell me a new watch just as easily. Total waste of time.
My mom is 60 and they treated her horrible told her she would have to come back in 3 hours!!! The customer rep would not even fully listen to her issues with her iPhone
We had so many questions and we had two guys helping us first Panda (yes his actual name) and Jeremy! They were great in helping us find a computer for our needs and answering our numerous questions. Very professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this store and no other Apple stores!
This place should be closed, worst service ever, most chaotic Ive ever seen
Never had a bad experience here. Genius Bar techs have been helpful and taken care of my issues with no problems. If something cant be fixed, they will tell you without pushing unnecessary work or sales.
I must say that Im very disappointed with what I was told today when I called AppleCare. I was asking about my MacBook Pro as it appears when its charging the battery seems to die out quickly. They had me check my version of my MacBook Pro and its a 2012 although in immaculate condition. I was advised that Apple no longer supports this product. So youre telling me I spent over $1,700 invested for school to be told this??? This is unacceptable. What a scam!!! Not sure how I would feel buying anymore Apple products as theyre pretty expensive.
Rude service, unpersonable, weird atmosphere
Bad customer service, just purchase a new iPhone and ask for exchange the color same storage I also talk with a agent 3 hours ahead about this, when came in for pick up staff member told me to call ahead for exchange issue and told me to schedule for return it took 2-3 business day to Return and replace a new order for correct once. I dont get it just a color exchange the iphone is unboxing why there make this more difficult. I understand is Covid but this is not work ... really disappoint how Apple did.
Made an order online and picked up in store the next day. Was met outside of the store by an apple employee, he scanned my QR code asked for ID and shortly after brought out my purchase. The whole experience went smoothly. I’m impressed by your great customer service outside the store. During the pandemic on a 98 degree day.
Had an appointment for repair only to be told thermir wasn’t enough time to get fixed and would have to leave phone over night or some other day t mobile Apple care customer completely unsatisfied with process why make appointment and not be able to repair than and their if the part is in stock
Apple store is always fun!
I want into the T-Mobile store app town and was trying to get my Sprint bill straightened out Sprint dendu much of nothing other then put me on hold and drop the call come to find I talk to a Dominic any assistant me and he did damn good he did some stuff to my phone and it looks better at sounds better and he did damn good I appreciate it
Amazing staff!!! And great customer service! 😁
I dont much care about Apple store. Infect, I dont even use Apple and discourage people to use Apple products. This review is for ABQ Uptown area. But, ABQ Uptown is a very nice area for shopping, restaurant and drinks. Very good choices of restaurants. I highly recommend this area for family outing, group of friends to hangout or take a date out.
The customer service for Apple has been ramped up and I appreciate it. The courteousness is welcomed. I have bragged about Apple for the products for years, the service has caught up. Genius bar Josh was awesome. Solved my issue so quickly.
Attempted to contact store by phone 3 times, waiting up to 10 minutes on hold each time. drove 150 miles to store, waited in line 5 minutes, asked to purchase MacBook air. service rep explained differences, I picked out one I had researched only to be told it was a special order item. offered me two other models, picked one. she returned 5 minutes later to inform me that model not in stock. disappointed and will not return. Apple store in Ann Arbor much better. store lost $1200 purchase today.
Drove all the way to the store and was told I couldn’t buy their product without an appointment?
Nice place to check out
Staff is nice and friendly!
Waited an hour because employee didn’t check me in after I asked, employees could get it together on the information required. Make it a whole day plan if your going to Apple.
I’m very disappointed I changed my Samsung for my iPhone and I took my new iPhone 11 at this store yesterday around 1pm and they told me the phone will be ready in 24 hours and I had to stay overnight in this city and I booked a hotel just cause my phone even when the phone is brand new and warranty is still good. Now arriving to the store the lady (manager) just told me the guy who suppose to fix iris sick and she gave me any solution. I can’t believe it cost me over 363 dollars to wait for my phone and then they didn’t care.I will never trust apple cause a manager like that in a situation like this I can’t still pay over 1000 dollars in apple service monthly (I pay my family bill and this is not gonna happen again.) poor company
They tried to charge me $600 to fix a replace an entire board in my MBP. I shipped it to New York and had it repaired for $200, during COVID, with a three week turn around.Everyone should look into and support right to repair.
Listen. I understand. Its a pandemic. The number of customers allowed in the store at time is reduced but 2 things: 1) Why does NO ONE pick up the phone at this place? 2) Why can you not make an appointment for repair more than 1 week out? Your products are solid but your customer service IS ABSOLUTE **** . SORT IT THE F OUT
The AI that answers the phone provides sub-optimal service. Information provided by AI is inaccurate and inefficient. BEWARE!!!
Fantastic service and products
Security guards did not make people wear masks!
I was there a 09/28 and even though Ive read not so nice reviews. The gentleman that helped me with the airpods was very friendly and helpful as well as professional. Thank you sir.
I made an appointment online with the Albuquerque Apple store for 12:30 pm. I live one hour away from this location and I arrived at the store at 11:45. At that time I checked in with one of the employees outside the store. I was told to return at 12:30, which I did. I ended up waiting until 1 pm to be allowed into the store. It appears that one is put on their queue when one physically checks in at the location. Apparently having made an appointment made no difference at all.
Good customer service, but wait times can be long if you’re coming for something extremely simple. Came for a lightning cable and it took 20 minutes just to get someone to check out.
Had came here like 3 times the staff is sooo nice, not sure about the reviews people like to complain about anything. They are prompt and welcoming. I’m from out of town: honestly I’m impressed by the hygienic experience & cleanliness at this location. Honestly the hospital {UNM} I’ve worked at for 3 months as a contract nurse is subpar & disgusting: when it comes to sanitary conditions. Says much if it’s a hospital. Great work Apple 🍎!
The Apple employees are always acting. They act so nice when they approach you but their all nothing but fakes. They are very rude and so wrong about their products in so many ways.
Covid-19 era requires pre-order. This was not apparent from the website. Dont go if you havent ordered something online for pickup. Pretty annoying
