Everyone is well trained and polite. Getting my meds there is super easy.
Have a good selection..... Prices are high‼️
I always wait a long time in the line for my medications. I recently got my flu shot and the pharmacist was very rude .
I want to say thank you to the pharmacy staff at this location! I have many medical problems including mental health and I periodically put these people through hell, unintentionally. I take a lot of meds and they stay on top of my refills, however I tend to not pick them up in time and have to refill them maybe three times before actually picking them up. I shut down at times and even though I am constantly giving them the run around, they are always polite and help me . It’s got to be hard their line of work, to some they are just a pharmacist, for me they are much more. We don’t see enough kindness in this world and when your a mental health patient battling yourself and you quit, it helps to have kind people who help give some medication structure. Be kind to your pharmacist, it may not be that they are slow, but dealing with a complex patient who takes extra time, without meaning too .
I have never left a negative review, but in COVID times, health information is important. I got a flu shot and asked the pharmacist, Mi, if she could sanitize her gloves before she gave me the flu shot. I asked her because we entered a separate room for the flu shot and her hands had touched at least one door handle. She didnt wash/sanitize her hands after touching the door handle. She just put the gloves on, which is why I asked her to sanitize her gloves. She was rude, made condescending comments, and complained about how it would take the alcohol a long time to dry. She was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I work in a hospital and what I asked of her was basic sanitation practice. Bottom line: no matter where you go to get a flu shot, make sure whomever is administering it is conscious about sanitation. When its about your health, speak up!
Pharmacy opens at 9 closes at 10 they should put that on the website it only one Walgreens open 24/7 in this whole city pathetic
Anyone who complains about this Walgreens has not been to the Walgreens on 12th by the Lowe’s. When I was getting my prescription at the other Walgreens I could not get fill refills. I would have to get 2 individual scripts and they could not tell me why insurance was not covering it. I brought the Rx to Walgreens on 4th and they were able to fill my refills and the pharmacy staff just seemed overall more friendly and much more knowledgeable. This Walgreens is the best in the city hands down.
Lee Ann in Beauty and Albert (possibly Manager) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on products and sales. They also had great customer service skills. They easily engaged me and were so friendly. My husband and I are a small business owners and I understand the importance of quality customer service. I really appreciate the effort. Thank You!!
Staff super nice. I always fill my meds here but today I am very upset because they are saying there is no record stating I filled my script here so now my meds are lost and I need the rest of my medicine. What do I do now. Its there mistake!!! I never had problems or had to get only a partial refill anywhere else only Walgreens wont give me my whole script. Its a real inconvenience for me to have to go back and forth. I really wish they would change the policy. They say its the insurance but its not. Because I talked to my insurance and they told me I should be getting my whole script. Like I said other pharmacy never have filled done this. If it says 70 thats what I get not just for 30 days.
Very helpful staff. Belinda is awesome!!
I have been to this Walgreens numerous times and find the pharmacy staff to be extremely helpful, especially the pharmacy technician Kate and the pharmacist Charmaine. The only possible drawback to going to this Walgreens is that the traffic can be really bad coming from south on I-25, or east on Osuna during rush hours. If you are in the neighborhood everyone is really nice and the service is quick. My prescriptions were filled quickly (less than 10 minutes).
Wouldnt let paying customers child use the restroom at 9p.m. when they close at 10p.m. For some reason they said they close the restrooms at 8p.m. which is unheard of and untrue, because Ive been there late and used the restroom. Obviously she had either just cleaned the restroom and didnt want to let anyone use them or she didnt want to walk and let us in. Both reasons are lazy and inexcusable. Very rude.
I love this walgreens, for my quick, regular shopping needs, however, it has got to be the ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY in town! If it wasnt bad enough to take 25 minutes in line just to drop off a perscription, when I came back to pick it up, it took 30 MORE minutes ONCE I WAS ALREADY AT THE WINDOW! They had SIX EMPLOYEES in the pharmacy area & it took that long?! Ugh!
The worst pharmacy ever. I literally had to stand up in line for over an hour and the ladies didnt even say hi or ill be right with you or anything. Then the ladies act like they have all day and dont give a dang about their customers. Terrible service. Absolutely terrible.
Posted closing time is 10pm for Saturday.Made it there at 5 minutes until 10pm and doors were locked and employee said the manager already took the drawers. As a previous retail district manager, Walgreens should check their employees and managers adhering to closing times.
Nice staff, always well stocked. Pharmacy wait is shorter when you go inside. Like thirty minutes shorter.
Cashiers always very nice
This is my favorite Walgreens in Albuquerque New Mexico they know me and theyre cool
I love this Walgreens! And Sales Associates are always nice :)
The pharmacy is a joke. They give you an estimated time and you might as well add another 30-45 minutes to it.
The cashier never even once acknowledged me. The entire time I was checking out, she continued a conversation she had already started with another Walgreens employee. And when she had completed ringing me...not even, a thank you come again.
Totally incompetent pharmacy staff. Made me wait 30 minutes at drive up while they made personal phone calls. I could hear AND SEE them laughing and talkng to friends while I waited, outside, sick, in the cold. Today, waited 15 minutes for script to be given to me. Only half filled. Had to wait at window for topical cream to be dispensed. Try to avoid this location. Really terrible.
The staff is very nice, they frequently remember customers names (David) and always take care of our problems.
BAM!!!
Pharmacy is very slow they are not attentive to customers in the store or drive thru they have four people in back and only one running both window and front
Good service
I love it
Sometimes a long wait.its okay.
Excellent staff
Stellar service from Adrian on a Tuesday Eve!
