I have been using Merle Norman makeup for years. I started with the powder base foundation, it left my skin looking great that I no longer needed prescription wash. They have the perfect blush color, and when I run out, I do not have to try to figure out a new color like at the stores because all the colors and names have changed. Jan who is the owner is knowledge and always helpful, does not push you to buy after trying on samples. If she is out of your item, Jan knows exactly when it will be in and will mail it to you – NO Charge!! I do not mind stopping back in to pick it up but there are times when I do not have the time to get back it. I really appreciate this service. If you forget a color or line, it can be easily looked up. Jan keeps a record of purchases and items that you are considering. This comes in handy after you try a new color and still thinking about it, then you go back, except you do not remember the color name- but Jan does.

Always the best service and best quality makeup.Reasonable and competitive prices.I never feel pushed or rushed into buying anything.If your item isnt in that day, Jan will order it for you and it gets in quickly.I like that they keep a database with your purchases so if you need something and you forgot what the name or color of it was, they can look it up for you.I like that they have a large window to let in natural light so you can really see what the makeup looks like in real life.If something doesnt work, they have an excellent return policy.They also have hair and nail services. Gifts and cards are also available for purchase.Jan, the owner is awesome and she gets to know her guests and treats everyone like family.
