Wow, what a total cluster! I made an appointment online for my third covid shot and filled in all of my information such as name date of birth etc, but when I showed up the appointment had been made for my son. Okay we can fix that. Apparently appointments are merely a suggestion of the time youre getting service (this was mid-morning, so I can only imagine what theyre like in the afternoon). I was taken to a secondary room for the injection I can only assume to alleviate the existing backup. I am being extremely kind when I say this room was filthy (see photo of the table they sat me at for the injection). Thank God the young lady from the pharmacy that was going to give me my injection took the time to wipe the mud, jelly and what appeared to be Chocolate off the table before we proceeded. After several trips back and forth between this room and the pharmacy, this poor employee was finally able to straighten out all the misinformation caused by the SNAFU appointment information and I finally got my shot. She was awesome-- apologetic, friendly, good humored. She should run as far and fast as possible from this pharmacy.
They used to be very competent and responsive. I went through drive through tonight to pick up a prescription that was ready. After waiting in a line of cars,, when I got to the drive through window, the drawer was open awaiting a payment. Pharmacists were walking in front of the window, but nobody ever greeted me to take my payment and and give me my medicine. I called the store pharmacy,, but nobody ever answered.. If they had closed early for a party or whatever,, I wonder why this CVS didnt at least scrawl Closed early on a piece of Big Chief paper with a crayon from the school supplies department and tape that to the window? I called CVS Customer Service to ask what was wrong at the Wyoming and Menaul CVS, but they needed the store Zip Code in order to help me and didnt have Google on their computers to look up that information.
The worst pharmacy weve had to deal with in Albuquerque. Incompetence abounds. Multiple errors, including wrong dosage, filling old Rx, consistently running out of common medications and only being able to partially fill order, then not contacting as promised when pills are in, not following posted hours and randomly closing, sending notifications Rx is ready only to be told theyre out when I arrive. And you can forget calling to check or ask questions; expect a 30-45 minute hold time. Now I know why nobody smiles - Id hate working in such a circus too.
We would not go to CVS if it wasn’t the only pharmacy for our insurance. After 2 years of monthly Rx pick ups I have, only once, been helped by a polite pharmacy rep.(all at the same location). I dread going each month.
Clean, not crowded, mostly well stocked. The young male employee working there during my shopping trip (he seemed to be the only employee in the store, it was a slow Sunday evening) was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that I wasnt able to find the brand of paper towels that I was looking for, they didnt seem to have them in stock, but I appreciate that they were open on a Sunday night, unlike the CVS at Montgomery and San Mateo, where I usually shop, which was oddly closed shortly before 6:00 p. m. on a Sunday night, a very frustrating situation
Nice people I pharmacy was fast. Clean
Everytime I call or go to the pharmacy they are so kind and helpful. Thank you!
Not many people around for help. All are not so friendly.
The pharmacy is worst. Pharmacist has a really nasty attitude. He does not know his inhalers very well. My doctor changed my prescriptions. Walgreens was messing up as well. New Mexico needs to find educate people to work in our pharmacy’s. Now I know why this called the Welfare state.
Quick, easy shopping with great pharmacy staff who helped me save on my prescriptions. Water machine outside works well and looks clean too.
Got my First Vivid shot as a walk in
They were very helpful and got me a prescription ready ASAP that had to be transferred from another pharmacy. The other pharmacy was going to charge me $400 out of pocket with no insurance and CVS found me coupons to get my meds for $96! Lifesaver.
The pharmacy employees are wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, act as if they have all the time you need, I have been assisted finding alternatives to lower my costs AND when you go there often, they know you & greet you. I will be returning to CVS on Menaul vs CVS mail order ( you are just a # there)I have received incredible service from CVS on Menaul pharmacy department.Shout out to Adolph. Wonderful, kind & professional.
Staff is super helpful! Thank you!
This review pertains to making an appointment for a flu shot. I made the appointment for 10am. So I show up and assume the appointment will be for 10am or shortly thereafter. I Am informed that I will have to wait an hour. I remind them that I made an appointment, and they tell me that there are 4 people who just walked in and are therefore ahead of me, regardless of my appointment.
Helpful. And great staff.
Nice little store. Low shelves make it less overwhelming, just like Sprouts is. German helped me quickly get a membership card so I could save $7 on two boxes of cold cereal.
This location has the absolute best staff all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you again ladies.
Friendly and helpful pharmacy staff! Their inventory is well stocked & maintained, plus they keep longer available hours than other locations.
The pharmacist Bob is completely rude and unprofessional. I just had major surgery and my husband had to call in my RX and Bob refused to fill my prescriptions over the phone because my husband sounded shakey. Horrible customer service, extremely rude, and zero empathy. Bob should really learn to treat patients and patient family members with kindnes .
I was in here this morning, 3/23, the manager was late and everyone was waiting for her to open the store. Once I found what I needed and went to check out you had to push a button for service, no one showed up, pushed it again when two more customers appeared. Waited some more. One of the other customers went to the back to see what was up and was told we will get there when we get thereThis is beyond inappropriate and I will not be back.
The pharmacy staff at this CVS are wonderful. They are accommodating and thoughtful of their customer’s needs. They provide all the latest technology (coupons, links to scan your insurance info, pricing) to help the customer. They go far above and beyond any pharmacy I’ve ever delt with, especially the pharmacy tech John.
We are in the middle of trying to transfer medication from this specific CVS. There is a pharmacy tech that has a pony tail but thinning on the top of his head has green eyes. Worst customer service. He made our experience with CVS so uncomfortable that every time I call and he answers I hang up. Hes beyond rude and likes to argue and get a rise. He laughs in your face when you finally do get down there to pick up RX and he sabotages the prescription so that now its not ready until tomorrow. But wait it gets better. You get there the next day. And now they are out of stock. Dont use this CVS go across the street to Walgreens.
Pharmacy staff is wonderful. The pharmacy tech even found a coupon for my (otherwise very expensive) Rx on the Internet for me! It seems to be a rather busy pharmacy, so it can take a bit of time to get a new Rx filled. But, that is pretty true most places these days.
All the staff has been friendly and helpful. A family member was suffering from shingles and Bobby found the Terrasil for us which was very comforting. Thank you to all pharmacy staff.
Went in to go get photos and spent an hour there selecting photos to print. I looked at their coupons and they had 9 cent photos. Selected over 500 photos and could not see where I needed to enter the coupon. I asked the cashier (Sarah) and she said no. That I’ll have to go enter them in through my phone and place another order. Was very rude. Then I asked if I could use the restroom and she said “no public restrooms just like I told that lady over there”. Ok. Then pharmacy called her to the back and laughed at them and said you’re on your own, I’m busy. This girl was rude the entire way through. I’m not sure if I’m more mad at her or the fact that CVS can’t price modify the photo order like Walgreens does. I made a mistake going to CVS. Walgreens it is.
I used to like these people but they wont even fill my prescription with me in the store. Turning us away from flu shots... Even though they are short staffed, they refuse to fill prescriptions or take the order for a later date. Nothing but excuses.
Good service.
I needed some advice regarding female care products & I received great advice & the CSR was also the cashier. She was friendly and very helpful. Her name was Sarah.
Theres a man who works in the pharmacy named Adolph... Awesome work s very well with customers!!! Very knowledgeable.... 6 statd to you ADOLPH....
The pharmacist doesn’t want to help patients. We are an inconvenience to his day! Not only that but he made sure to call my doctor and make it so I couldn’t get my medicine a day or two early because I travel a lot and can’t always wait to get my prescription. I can’t fill my prescription in other states!!! Customer service here is the worst I’ve seen in ABQ and that is saying a lot! I will file a complaint with the management and whoever else I need to follow up on this absurd behavior.
Worst CVS store. Stay clear. Pharmacy, very poor. Transferring to Walgreens.
The obsurd restroom situation is outrageous, for crying out loud this is a pharmacy. People with wide arrays of health conditions come here and wait for there medications to be filled or are shopping, or both. Many customers are elderly and/or are disabled, some might have kids with them.Anyone who is a customer should be able to use their restroom facilities if needed during business hours with easy accessibility. I find this to be a clear representation of how CVS really feels about their customers and how much they respect them. Pointless situations such as this really make an establishment run down, and it only adds to and validates the judgements the public has about their experience in our city from outsiders who visit, in this regard. CVS needs to do better at serving and accommodating their loyal customers.
One of the worst store in the United States, negative level of customer service, very rude people and implement their own rules. This is the only store, they limit on their merchandise. Never recommend anybody for this store.
I am trying to get a rx transferred from another CVS that went out of business here in ABQ. The defunct CVS had posted on their checkout that rxs would be transferred from the Central location to their Menaul location but when I called the CVS on Menaul two days they said that it had been transferred to a Walgreens but the tech said they would call my doctor if o didn’t want to go to Walgreens. So I have waited two days, no text, no phone call nothing. When I called tonight they said they have no record of my call or of their suggesting they call my doc. So I guess I will just keep it at Walgreens. Evidently CVS does not want my business.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL PHARMACY STAFF HONESTLY THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED NO JOKE!!! HOW THIS PLACE IS EVEN STILL OPEN JUST BLOWS MY MIND
Rude as hell
Very rude...I just got out the hospital, 5 minions till close and the guy would not fill it
The pharmacy staff is wonderful and my visit to the MinuteClinic was fast, efficient and friendly. Thank you so much!
Beware of their billing practices for the CVS Minute Clinic they dont tell you how much you owe. If you have Sandia Blue Cross Blue Shield they are tier 2. Turns out its cheaper to go to the ER then it is to use an urgent care clinic. And people wonder why US Healthcare is Sooo messed up.
They sell alcohol so thats good.
This place is always stocked the staff are friendly, the prices are decent.
This store is ridiculous, the employees are rude and have told us “they will get to us when they get to us”. Don’t go to this store unless you don’t care.
I sent my elderly mother to pick up a prescription for amoxicillin for my car. They charged her $135 for a CATS COLD. They never called me to Im this outrageous price. Terrible customer service!
Terrible Service / The pharmacist has zero compassion for human suffering and would not fill pain medication one day early for homebound patient that is suffering and needs the pain meds.
Why have 2 lanes for the pharmacy if you are going to make customers in lane 2 wait until the entire lane 1 has been cleared?
Worst CVS ever prices keep changing every time Im here in the pharmacy.
Every time I go in there the black lady is so rude every time! I will not shop there again
The ladies in their b
Quick service
