I had the best experience at this Ulta location. I had taken a hiatus from using makeup during the pandemic and needed to update my makeup products. Serena took great care of me. She helped me search for the products I needed to get up-to-speed on my makeup game! She was bubbly and had a vibrant personality. Rebecca was stellar at fixing my overgrown brows. She was very personable and made lots of suggestions on how to style my brows. I will definitely be back!

My wife had a pleasant experience here as I tagged along. The staff were hopeful with both suggestions on make up that complimented her skin and towards finding the product she was searching for. They gave a few samples she and enjoyed and free gift with her purchase that was a nice touch. The staff were professional and we had zero issues.

Two stars. No hospitality here. I was looking for something specific and I was walking around looking for a retail clerk. I could see clerks walking around asking other people if they needed help, but its always the same for me. I dont know if because I look like I dont wear makeup- or what the deal is. They are generally unfriendly here. I finally found somebody that I had to follow to ask my question to. She answered me very briefly and turned her back. There was one time where somebody was helpful, so Im giving 2 stars. Three strikes, no more.

Plenty of parking when i was there. Pretty quiet and customer service was ok. Felt like every worker was doing something, stocking and helping others. Atmosphere is calm and the area is pretty clean. When i got help it seems to me that the employee was knowledgeable on what i was asking. Good place for taking care of your body and face. Also i saw a place in there that looks like a salon. Not sure on how good their hair stylist is. A bit pricey for quality products, then again its quality not quantity.

Recently got the curly girl cut here. Would 1000000% recommend. The staff makes you feel welcome, the selection (whatever it is you need) is on point and how they check in with you? Welcome but not obtrusive, and if you need help they’re very genuine about it and it’s very nice

Aubrey is always a delight. Kylie is funny and friendly. Thats why we get our hair did by them. When I couldn’t take a shower because I couldnt lift my arms over my head, Shania got me in at the last minute, and made me feel super special. Totally worth every cent.

I went in to the salon to get my hair dyed. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and while I like the color that I ended up with its not really what I asked for and while I didnt ask for a hair cut a few centimers were cut and charged a 50 dollar haircut. I ended up leaving the salon having paid 250 of money not well spent. I can safely say I will not be going back again.

I really wanted to buy a concealer and asked for help twice. I was simply shown where to look. I NEEDED HELP FINDING MY SHADE. STAFF SHOULD BE MORE CONCERNED WITH CUSTOMERS THAN CHATTING WITH EACH OTHER.

Came in for a pick up order. Staff was very vibrant and lively, great service and very helpful.

The employees are generally quite helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory/policies, but I had to give 3 stars because every time I go my partner and I are treated like we are going to steal. The security guard needs to learn some tact. I understand their job is to prevent theft, but not at the expense of customer comfort. Its so bad that we joke about it, but in all honesty its really uncomfortable and sometimes I just go to Sephora instead because they do not treat me like a thief. We get profiled because of our appearances and its funny because I have spent sickening amounts of money at this store...

I will definitely be returning to this location, I have been to several other locations and did not feel as welcomed as I did at this location. The employees were very polite and displayed excellent team work. Adam was very knowledgeable & professional, I was so impressed with his look and his great personality!!

I like this Ulta, everyone is nice and helpful. For the most part they are well stocked. I can always in get in and out quickly.

In and out for eyebrow pencil. Busy, had to wait to ask sales associate where product was located. Nice and friendly. Permanent security guard working. Maybe theres a theft issue.

Seriously 20mins to wait in line because the cashier thinks she is super interesting and cant stop talking. I felt so sorry for the gentleman that was the other cashier. He helped at least 3x the customers than the blonde with glasses.The staff on floor were amazing. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Typically love my experience at the Ulta salon but this time was terrible. Let’s start with how I did not ask for layers in my hair. I did not ask for multiple protein treatments. My hair was soft and healthy when I arrived. When I left, my hair was frizzy and quite frankly disgusting to look at. I paid 300 dollars for an all over highlight only for my hair color to remain the same. I also have a lovely purple spot on the back of my neck thanks to one of the stylist not properly washing out their bowl before my stylist rinsed my hair.

Customer service was difficult to obtain, but once I found someone, she was a doll, very knowledgeable & helpful. The store itself is outstanding. Never seen so much makeup in my life. Lol

I like this location because of how close it is however they always have security following me around like I’m going to steal!! Very annoying when all you want to do is take your time and shop. Because of that I usually just grab what I intended to buy instead of shopping around and potentially giving them more of my money. Cashiers vary in friendliness too. One day I’ll get a nice one, another time I get one who looks like they’d rather be dead than working there. Might have to start going to the one in Cottonwood or Estancia location cause Louisiana location sucks.

Awesome place for my beauty needs. Also a great place to get gifts for all my girlies.

Lots of products, unfortunately the staff is less than desirable, and kind of rude.

Savannah was great! Very friendly (and not the fake customer voice fake either) it was my birthday and what the email said i would get for free was out of stock.. ;( but she took care of me. She was very thorough when wiping down and sanitizing her station before and after my purchase. All the staff in store had mask and were very attentive.

My wife enjoys it here but I do not.

Its always a fun store to shop in so much variety. But watch youre receipt you dont always get the sale prices advertised

Pre Covid, this particular store was often disheveled and messy. The staff is always friendly, but it was like they had more to do than they could handle. Ive been back twice since reopening and am pleased to say the store is very clean and the staff continues to be helpful. Not all retailers are as diligent about sanitation, but this Ulta location is taking it seriously. Clean displays, clean baskets, clean checkout areas and clean point of sale terminals. Thanks, Ulta, for making our in store shopping safe and pleasant!

The manager at this location does a horrible job. I called for a curbside order because the website was glitching. I am a high-risk individual with a newborn baby and she said there was nothing she could do to help me. It’s not hard to ring up one product and bring it out to the car.It’s a shame that people don’t take pride in their job. People are going through hard times and should try to help one another. Her name is Laticia. Do better next time.

Walked into ulta today and I guess because I didn’t walk in all done up today they assumed I was going to steal! TWO workers followed me around the store the whole time. I purchased the gift I had to buy, but chose not to buy the perfume and makeup I was going to buy for myself after the way they treated me like a criminal! I went to Sephora instead. Please tell your employees to stop stereotyping customers! I left disgusted and angry. I won’t be returning!

Great skin care product.

The greeting at Ulta has become so long. I know they are just trying to insure that everyone knows the new rules but sometimes even after I tell them I’ve visited an Ulta store during this pandemic they still go on and explain the rules and then they like to mention all the special offers going on at the moment. I just want to go in and get what I need and leave.

If the place was clean I would be okay with it, I suppose it isnt 100% down to staff, but especially with covid, things should be looked after a little bit more. The store did not have the inventory that the app said it did.

The Winrock ULTA Beauty is a gorgeous store with friendly, helpful staff! I was looking at new products today.

I finally had time to go check out one of the Ulta stores and had a pleasant experience.A large portion of my time was spent discussing lash extensions with two of the girls who were both patient & knowledgeable.I opted to have their artist do the application. I hoped to get in right away but the person wasnt in at that time.Fast forward a couple weeks and my experience has gone from excited to forget this place!I have now called both the south valley location (where I got great service) & the store on Louisiana multiple times eachteach make appointments. Constantly I have been told shes not in the today. They have a brow person available but they dont do lashes.Today just took the cake!I was told by south valley store that there waaowas no lash person, only brows. When I commented that I have called at least 7 times to get in I was informed that due to Covid, the lash services are not being performed.Would someone please explain to me why they can get close enough to execute all brow services yet NO LASH SERVICES!!I wouldnt have wasted my time and effort (and $) or theirs if they had stated this up front.Covid not withstanding--I feel that I have been given the run around by both locations.I WILL NOT EVER BE RETURNING FOR THIS OR ANY OTHER SERVICE and I will be returning my purchases.Bad business practices do not inspire people return. Its a shame too because the holidays are here.

Asked four times in a span of 10 minutes by the same two employees if I needed help finding anything. If I need help, I will come and find an employee. I have been purchasing makeup all by myself for like 15 years now.I do not need you to let me know youre watching customers.But while these two employees were hovering around me, an ulta credit card holder, a group of three teenaged girls put several lipsticks in their pockets.But hey, at least the employees know that I personally dont need help.Also, was asked to pull my mask up MORE over my face to the point the mask was poking me in the eye.Ill just stick to the store on Holly from now on, those employees dont pester their customers..

Employees are always super friendly and helpful! Love that they carry drugstore brands along with high end makeup. Will always prefer Ulta over Sephora!

This is supposed to be a 1 star rating - certainly not 4 stars...Per the member of the family that shops at Ulta, this is not the store to go to. Better customer service and a nicer staff are at the store on Holly - this is based on several interactions with the staff at the store on Louisiana trying to get a refund on a defective product purchased at this location. No help at all and negative attitudes. Staff at Holly was helpful and nice.

Love this place! Amazing atmosphere and products! Very knowledgeable staff ... answered my questions easily and efficiently. Some things are a little pricey but they do have pretty fair prices otherwise. Also have a clearance aisle!

My daughter and I were recently clients at the Ulta salon. It was the BEST salon experience I have had since being in New Mexico. My stylist Deseray was amazing, as was my daughters. She took a very long time fixing other stylists mistakes and made sure my hair was perfect before I left.i highly recommend her !!

Love this place the customer service is excellent

I had a hair appointment in the back, so when I walked in I had to ask security where to go. They were super nice. The employees I passed on the way back were all very young and very animated, as in lots of bright makeup. The whole store was so bright ! I cant review the products or the service because I had a panic attack and had to turn around and leave. But again the security guard was super nice as I did so.

The only negative thing I experienced in my visit was that they were a bit understocked. I chalked it up to me going in the middle of the month and when I couldnt find a concealer in the shade I wanted, I asked an associate who had asked me when I first came in if I needed anything. After realizing my dilemma the associate helped match me with a shade that fit my skin tone better and was $10 cheaper from another brand! Super helpful, very polite, didnt have any problem with any staff whatsoever. Also got a great little bundle of things from the birthday deal they have if youre a rewards member 👍

The Ulta hair salon is amazing! Prior to visiting Ulta, I received a very uneven haircut from a well-known haircut chain. It looked terrible, so I stopped by Ulta to see if they could fix it. They quickly got me into their schedule, and Miranda A. gave me a perfect haircut and a great deal. It looks stylish, even, and healthy! I am so appreciative of the great service by Miranda and the Ulta hair salon and look forward to returning!

5 stars for Miranda in the salon, shes Amazing! 4 stars for the rest of the store, staff is friendly, but they arent as helpful as they should be. Mostly in recommending products that meet your needs. But none the less they are very friendly and will to help you chose or try out products.

On site esthetician Wednesday-Sunday is super knowledgeable about products and skincare. Got me an amazing new skincare regimen. Been using it for about a month now and my skin has never looked better!

Ulta has an amazing selection of cosmetic and beauty products! The staff is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The products have a price range that run from very very low to some extremely high-end items. If you are looking for products along these lines oh, this is a store that you will most certainly want to check out!

This store has all of your beauty needs and supplies in one place and runs the gambit of more basic cosmetics to the top of line brands plus accessories and a full line of products for hair. Make up brushes and cosmetic bags are also available and plenty of opportunities to try new products and applications. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had an awesome experience with Mykal I think his name was. He helped me out with everything I needed and when I told him I didn’t have very much to spend he helped me find items that were cheaper but work just as good. I’m excited to use these and I’ll be going back to see him regularly :-)

If I could give this place no stars I absolutely would! I went there for my first time and they treated me completely rude. The security guard kept following me around as if I were going to steal something (trust me I dont need to steal anything, I work hard enough to earn my OWN things.) It made me feel completely uncomfortable being there! I love makeup so much and being in an environment where they treat you less than is highly disappointing!!!!! Besides the fact that the security kept following me around, I didnt mind just for the simple fact that I wasnt doing anything wrong but when I asked for assistance the lady was very rude! seemed like she didnt want to help me at all. All I did was ask a simple question and she made me feel as if I were a complete idiot for asking. Never coming back here again, I would much rather shop online and wait for my things than to deal with people as disrespectful as them!

THIS STORE IS INADEQUATELY STOCKED. I CAME IN THE STORE TO PURCHASE MY PROACTIVE FACE WASH ALONG WITH SOME OTHER PROACTIVE PRODUCTS, AND THEY BARELY HAD ANY PROACTIVE PRODUCTS. I ASKED THE SECURITY GUARD IF SHE COULD SEND SOMEONE OVER TO HELP AND NO ONE EVER CAME. THE STORE ASSOCIATES DIDNT SEEM TO CARE THAT NO ONE CAME OVER THERE TO HELP ASSIST ME, ALL I WAS TOLD WAS TO GO ONLINE TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS I DIDNT FIND IN THE STORE; WOW THATS SO HELPFUL. I WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN! THEY NEVER HAVE THE ITEMS I WANT OR NEED TO PURCHASE, THEY ARE UNDER STAFFED AND HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in with a friend and her daughter and the staff seemed to be nice, but as I was waiting for my friends to check out the staff seemed to be giggling and pointing in my direction and when I looked at them they this one lady said shush to the others and they all looked away. Will I go back in? Maybe.

Although I give yall a 5 star ... I go buy my face products its always out of stock ..I do spend a lot of money for my skin I will still continue to go to your store .. From my house the drive is around 20 min then I get there and I cant buy my products so I will substitute, yes I call to see if its in but its always the wrong one... They were extremely busy so it was difficult to find someone to help me. But when i did she went above and beyond giving suggestions on alternate brands and foubd me a great product that also had a free gift special running. Honored my coupon for a free mascara after hunting down one she could apply it to. Overall great experience

This place really needs to step it up. I’ve gone there TWICE for the special birthday gift they give you for free, both times they were out and didn’t know when it would be restocked. Also, manager there REALLY seems she doesn’t wanna be there, she makes you feel like you’re wasting her time. I would’ve given one star but every once and a while I’ll have a good experience with a employee who is eager to help.

All prices are very high for the drugstore makeup. The high-end cosmetics are same price as at Sephora. Im not sure what their rewards card does because no one explained it when I specifically asked. Other employees were helpful, however. They did have a couple of good deals on gift sets and stocking stuffers.

Alen was helpful about my hair. I could not do anything then but I will go to him. And things are nice but everything is a lot of money.
