I went in for a contour stick and Veronica was AMAZING!.. She color matched me as well as a makeover. She told me what she was doing and why. Super sweet and friendly. I would recommend anyone go to her for help.

Veronica was amazing and totally helped me find the best products for what I needed. She worked with my budget and helped me get fitted with products that were perfect for what my skin required. She was helpful and kind, super polite. Veronica and the other young lady working were upbeat and enthusiastic, they both had positive attitudes and made my visit absolutely amazing. Also, the site says they are closed for in store shopping but they are open and willing to help!

Helpful and wonderful with suggesting products, as well as, offered genuine thanks for coming in. I only wish I remembered the names of the two artists working, they did an amazing job of representing MAC standards

I bought some products and realized that I wouldnt use it. I was able to exchange it for some lipstick!I love this location and will be back for any of my events. After calling other makeup stores and getting shut down on times, size restrictions and prices, I effortlessly arranged a surprise makeover for my daughter’s birthday with 3 of her friends at this MAC store and it was incredible. Without asking or telling me, the crew decorated the mirrors, had cookies to hand out, and treated each girl so special all for the small price of a purchase. It was truly an incredible and memorable experience that far exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend this location enough.

I took 6 pieces of old make up for a new lipstick. I had to ask the girls to give me a make up remover cloth, extra applicators and felt ignored while I looked for a lipstick. I am giving 3 stars because one of the girls was knowledgeable and she was nice, once I picked a lipstick and was on my way out. I picked Diva as my free lipstick.

Employees were friendly and greeted me right away. I went in looking for foundation and the girl that helped me sat me in a chair and put some one me and practically did my whole makeup routine. She even showed me other products that I now plan to go in for later.

Michelle was super friendly and helpful when I came in asking for a limited edition lipstick they no longer carried. She helped me find the perfect dupe, thank you!

OMG, Going direct to the MAC store instead the big department stores, such a huge difference. If your looking for elite sevice, product knowledge, a make over or trying new product and need advice, try uptown shopping mall MAC store, you will not be disappointed....

Employees were totally rude. I am a cosmetology student so at times I have to go there but dread it. Its a beautiful building but awful employees. I also noticed that they disliked that I was a cosmetology student by there rude behavior. The only time I got a smile and 1 nice reply was when I was ready to buy something !!
