I went to this location on august 22nd at around noon for a simple task, to switch carriers. When I explained this to the women that was working she immediately started acting like I had asked her to do the most complicated task on earth. We were doing the credit check and getting things ready and she was rolling her eyes and being very rude so I told her to forget it and I would just stick with my current carrier. I think this may be the rudest employee I have encountered anywhere. If I owned a company I would never hire this person. I will never go back to this location for anything since it seems like they get offended when you ask them to do their job. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I went to the story and had the best customer service experience I have had in a long time! The sales lady dropped everything she was doing to help me. Also apologized for the little mess that she had while stocking the shelves of a new shipment of accessories! She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. My phone arrived and I was helped by Kevin and the same experience as before “above and beyond” I had ordered a screen protector for my new phone prior to arriving to the store. It was sitting on the counter while my new phone was being uploaded and Kevin put it on my phone for me. Seems simple yes, but that simple was above and beyond anything he needed to do and I was pleasantly surprised!! My phone took longer to upload and a lot longer then I wanted to hang out! OH but don’t worry the store Manager put it in a safe spot and I left to accomplish another task, came back and my phone was ready! Hands down the best customer care I have received in a long time and not only from one person but the entire team. Thank you thank you and thank you! I hope the regional director can read this and do something good for his team.

Because of COVID there was only one employee working, trying to assist 3 customers efficiently while maintaining social distancing and safe service. He was hustling around and clearly was prioritizing safety and getting people served quickly. An overall wonderful experience in a time where going anywhere is incredibly stressful.

Really bad service, I am trying to file for an insurance claim and Im waiting for it to go thru. In the mean time I have to get a phone for $800 and I wont be able to return this phone after I get a new phone thru insurance. I totally just spent $800 for nothing. Dont shop at victra stores, go to another verizon store. They have no selection, all you can get is the most expensive top of the line phones. The phone Im replacing with my insurance claim, was only $500. I thought that I could return this phone when my insurance claim goes thru. So annoying to not be able to either down grade to a cheaper phone or beale to return it. Also you have to physically have an authorized user in the store with you, how annoying.

5 Star for Mike who helped me order my new iPhone 12 Pro. but when I picked it up the guy behind the counter was very condescending, the monthly bill I was quoted was not the same and after swapping my phone the guy refused to sell me any accessories and didnt help set my new phone up. He refused to tell me the managers name when I asked so I could inquire about the price difference. Also spent the whole time behind the counter with his mask mostly off. This is a 3rd party Verizon store and should be treated as one, do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes to an actual store for a better experience.

Kate is the reason we come to Verizon at cottonwood mall. She is very knowledgeable in her field and if she doesn’t know she will go out of her way to get an answer. If you want the best customer service this is the place to go. She exceeds all expectations hands down! Ordered a phone, but their system was down so I wasnt able to pick it up, reordered 2 days later, drove here after work on a Monday with their house saying they close at 7, just to get here at 5:45 and theyre closed.

Ben was awesome. If you can, ask for him if you are signing up for a new phone or need help. He is cool and very patient. I went to the Verizon on Juan Tabo and Montgomery. He solved every one of my problems with what turned out to be the best possible solution. Never liked longhorn supervisors who cant tell when their people are doing well and are actually competent, and interrupt, but Ben kept me from going somewhere else.

Terrible service, no attention to the reason for the visit. Waited 30 min to look at phone cases, not to mention being hassled by the tacky rent a cop because the faulty connection on the JBL speaker caused the sensor to trip by pushing the bluetooth pair button. Overall that store should be shut down.

I visited this location for service assistance on January 2, 2019 shortly after 4:00 PM and I was shocked by the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism. The assistant was rude and non-communicative and treated me very disrespectfully while also appearing to have minimal knowledge of the products themselves.The store itself seemed badly maintained, with dust, grime, and random box parts laying all over the place. When I attempted to pay with a card I was brusquely informed that it was cash only, which is a sure sign that this place is not legitimate.Hopefully this so-called verizon store will soon be gone and this space used for a real business.

Went into this store to switch service to a different phone. The guy that was there was sooooo rude. Talked to us like we were a bunch of idiots! Needless to say we walked out and went to a different location. How can a new store think this kind of service will get them repeat business! I will never go in there again, and Ill tell everyone the experience I had.

My parents went here to get upgrades. They were misinformed about the cost difference to the plan. Instead of $10 cheaper a month it actually was $20 more a month. Had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service to get the changes reverted. I love Verizon, hate Diamond Wireless. Do not go to this. Make sure to go to corporate locations only.
