The experience I had there was great, the employee Forrest was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped me pick the right equipment for me to enjoy my gaming session with my nephew. He is a very respectful person, Im actually looking forward to going back to this store to make more purchases in the future, ALL the GameStop places need more people like him. I get all my switch lite games and accessories here, today they didnt have what I needed. So the clerk searched the database for my item then within seconds told me that the Eubank store had what I needed. Short ride on the bus and boom, got it. Thank you guys.

Hey this place is pretty cool. The location is unfortunate, but you can blame the city for its mishandling of homeless and mentally ill people, that’s a story for another time.The workers are cool and friendly, they really try their best to make sure you are getting what you’re looking for.

Gamestop has always (and hopefully will always be) your one stop shop for Games. Never forget that if they have it in Any store, they can get it to you.

I just bought a game from this game stop the other day and after he sold it to me and I paid for it then he tells me it may or may not work. Well it didn’t work. I’m done with GameStops trying to rip you off by purchasing your games for nothing and selling you used games that don’t work.

You know how everyone hates GameStop? Well theyve never been to THIS GameStop. This GameStop is awesome. The guys who work here are super friendly, they always seem to have what I want in stock, and if they dont, theyre more than happy to order it for me and call me up/email me when it arrives. Plus, while most locations have basically become glorified Funko Pop stores, this one has 90% of the store filled with games and accessories like controllers, headphones, and what not.

Awesome service and very helpful workers! I came here to trade in an Xbox one elite controller was given a great deal and got a good amount of money back for it. Plus a really quick transaction with the Xbox series x. Also I pre-ordered cyberpunk 2077 here I mean it sucks that it keeps getting delayed but hopefully it becomes a well polished game at launch.

So I got the power up power up rewards card, cause of the cool and amazing rewards you can get like wallets shirts ect.. Well when I seen all the BS they had to offer. I called up the store to ask what happened to the cool stuff they had.? certificate, sweepstakes and digital currency is what they offer now. O dude told me o go to the real website they have all the things your looking for. The website had the same BS. Dont like the fact I was lied to about something I paid for. Also its been 2 months and yet havent got my magazine they give each month for have power up rewards card. Better off going to noble or another local company! Game stop is now out of my shopping places! Wont support or recommended to family and friends!

The Zuni location has the friendliest staff, and always has way more items in stock than any other gamestop Ive visited.

Great service, employees were helpful and gave me cash for my trade in very quickly. Well stocked and organized, just would not recommend going late at night in this part of town.

Nothing wrong with the place just the staff seems unorganized. The two workers there never asked if I needed to be checked out as I waited by the counter. During this they checked out 2 customer who came in after me even though I had been standing in line with my itmes before they had even came in. Dont like giving bad reviews but the staff just seemed so unwilling to ask me if I needed anything or if I was ready to check out. Use to come here when I played games and staff/service was always good as expected. May have been just my experience but they were friendly when they finally served me.

Id suggest nobody shop here. I purchased multiple high dollar boxes of Pokemon cards only to receive nothing. Not one foil, other than the guaranteed GX promos displayed in the box. Ive purchased Pokemon cards for decades and have never had this sort of experience. Ive heard of this happening but have never had it happen to me. Two trainer boxes and a couple GX boxes. Boxes were previously opened, packs were weighed and hit packs were removed, and the inside of the boxes were left stacked and strewn oddly rather than neatly placed in the proper partitions. I elected to not fight the store about this, instead, Ill just never shop there again. I gave myself awhile to get over it before writing this, but man, it sucks. Not to mention its in a super, super shady place.

Went to purchase new Steam Game Controller. Told I didnt want used. After watching a unboxing video I saw the seal was broke on the box and the batteries were installed. You didnt sell me a new controller.....Just revisiting this one star review later in time. Hope you know there is an option to reply to reviews possibly turning bad customer service around. Im open to discuss this with you publicly. I really dont like one star ratings attached to my account, thank you.

Someone used my stolen debit card info over the weekend on Saturday 11/14/15. The employees didnt even ask for ID or any sort of verification and allowed this person to spend $200 with my card info. Please note the person did not have my actual card, they simply had my card info written on a piece of paper and these employees accepted it for a $200 purchase.

Normally I enjoy the staff at this location but the last few times I went here the customer service was awful. Gamestop stock is dropping and the future of gaming no longer needs retailers like this, it would be a different story if they catered to their customers but when they cant do a simple thing as give you a straight answer when you just spent $600 on a pre-order they deserve to fail. Two of the employees are usually awesome, the one with gauges who can sell like a champ and the shorter plump fellow with glasses who can relate to customers well. The manager, I assume because he doesnt seem to wear a uniform, is somewhat rude and condescending trying to shove a ps4 down my throat. It is really hit or miss at this location but gets an extra star for two great employees, unfortunately the other terrible employees ruin the experience and have me really considering taking my patronage somewhere else. They should promote the guy with gauges as he is probably that stores greatest asset.
