Took the truck in for software issues causing problems with the power steering, called 2 days in a row just to get an update and Tom my service provider never gave me an update or answered the phone. Chevrolet could not get in contact with RMT for an update. After a week of the truck just sitting in the lot Chevrolet got in contact with RMT for the part needed. Another week passed and the truck was fixed and ready. I get called to go pick up the truck and just to sign papers and when I get there the guy tells me I can’t take it because RMT still has not payed the bill. So I drove across town for nothing. Waited 2 more days for the bill to be payed and nothing. I ended up paying the bill myself because I needed to truck for work. On top of this they would not even provide me with a rental car! I had no vehicle transportation for 3 weeks! Tom said RMT had to pay for the rental but he didn’t even bother to ask them for a rental! Really bad service from Tom and this dealership. If Chevrolet is going to partner with RMT they should at the least have some decent customer service.
Love this place! It’s been good to us several times. First when we bought our truck and then when we broke down as we travelled through in our older truck with a fifth wheel in tow. We were back on the road the next day. Richard is the best!

Ripoff artists. Took me for 1100 dollars and did not fix my issue. Had to take my truck to another dealership the next day to get it repaired. That service dept fixed my truck and showed me that the part that Casa changed out wasnt bad. They take advantage of people who live far away and know that action will be taken against them. When I tried to discuss it with them I was told oh well and too bad. Beware .. Beware

I bought a ford at a chevy dealership. I included the oil changes for the truck, I was told to come here to change the oil. I scheduled a oil change one week before getting it done. I come here, no record of my plan available. The service rep tells me to pull over to the side and call a number? Im not understanding. The rep called instead got the plan figured out. The tech pull my truck to the back, spent 30min looking around . I get a call and they tell me they dont have the oil here to come back tomarrow!!! I took time off work, lost wages!!! I asked them why was the reason for a scheduled oil change if your not gonna prep for it.
My service representative Thomas Lavigne was extraordinarily helpful. Even though my Bolt was out of commission from Aug. 23 until Oct. 7, he kept me informed each week and arranged a loaner when needed. I feel Thomas saved what little customer good will GM had during the wait for a 12V AGM.
Miguel was great to work with and a good guy and I would buy a car from him again. First time I ever said I would refer someone to a car salesman. The only problem I have which is why I did not put 5 Stars is I bought a brand new Tahoe and when we went to pick up the vehicle you guys had put a big scratch on the front bumper which is frustrating seeing how it is a new vehicle. I was disappointed for sure.
Everything was great when I arrived. I contacted salesperson and he met me in the showroom floor. They didnt have the exact truck I wanted, but got the same model but different color. My experience there was awesome and salesperson was good dude as well finance person.
Got the car i always wanted from here. process was straight to the point. Mona looked out and also thank to the GM there Ismael Martinez, had a slight issue with a A/C compressor fixed it for me free of charged and added extra protection for free. I respect a business that shows loyalty to a customer even after the money is handed over to them.
I booked the appointment on the my Chevy app and when I arrived for my appointment I was told that it never went through. I had received a confirmation on the app. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the service that I needed.

Dropped off my car on Tuesday, they said it was going to take 2 days to call me back to tell me what my car has, try calling on Friday the 4th day after my car being there, no answer. I Go to the location and they tell me they havent checked my car, they would get to it on Monday, why didnt they tell me that when I dropped it off???

Good service. I got my Equinox at Reliable Chevrolet and had two bad experience. They took to long on both services. My first was a seat replacement, they had the car for two and half weeks. The loaner car they gave me was the smaller spark and it smelled like someone had smoke cigarettes in there. So we didnt drive it to much. It was a good thing I had the Colorado that I purchase from you. You guys did great.

I had a scheduled an appointment at 130 nobody. Park car get out no service advisor seems to be available to intake my car. Wait at leat 5 minutes before anyone ask if they can help . When I approach she says oh you have to talk to a service advisor. WIt a few more minutes for help. Almost 1.5 hours no updates approach service desk stand in line again no one offers help. Finally asked if I need help and ask about my car oh we havent had a chance to get it started. Worst service ever.
Although the work on my truck took a little longer than expected, the service was great and I am happy with the end result.

My wife and I recently drove down from Colorado and sold this amazing dealership our newer GMC Sierra Denali truck. They have a nice inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles and have a customer focused approach to trading-in and purchasing vehicles from their dealership (or family of dealerships). They made it a simple and non-stressful experience. You can tell that their staffs attitude and professionalism are a reflection of the leadership team there. I would leave lower if I could. Every interaction I had with this place was awful. The certified new car I purchased with less than 9k miles on it, had engine trouble within a month of purchase. I was sold things I wasnt told about and its hidden in their many pages of contracts, I was sold things I never received, and didnt know I didnt receive them since I was never told of them! I wasnt provided paperwork to review amongst many things. Patrick the manager, never once took ownership of my issues personally, he passed me on to the salesman Jackie R. Who is full of lies.
Our 1994 Chevy Silverado broke down outside of Albuquerque on a Friday afternoon. We were on a cross-country trip. We called and Richard, the service manager, told us to have it towed to the dealership and he would take a look at it. Richard and his team were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The truck was ready to go Saturday morning at 10:30 am. Cant say enough good things about them. Our truck drove beautifully the rest of the trip!
We live in the neighborhood just behind Larry H. Miller Casa Chevrolet. On numerous occasions we have witnessed employees driving vehicles at extremely excessive speeds on our street. Just today we witnessed a black Land Rover sport fly over a speed bump at what we guess was 60+ mph. That is a $54,000 vehicle being driven like it was stolen. Imagine spending that amount of money to get something that was damaged by an employee at the place you bought it. Not to mention the total disregard for life safety! The amount of damage this vehicle could cause at that speed on a residential street is pretty amazing. Seeing how they treat their vehicles I would never ever purchase one from Larry H. Miller. It is only a matter of time that an employee of Larry H. Miller kills a pedestrian on our street or puts a vehicle through a house. It goes with out saying this is unacceptable behavior Larry H. Miller Casa Chevrolet.

I had already had a diagnostic done to fix the illumination on my dashboard. I knew what the issue was and I made sure they did as well. They charged me $160 just to run a diagnostic when that had already been done. They just could of quoted me the cost of the repairs which was over $1200. I ended up paying them $160 to tell me what I already knew. They didnt put my car back together when I came to pick it up and its literally IMPOSSIBLE to call them and get information. You get a vm that never gets returned. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Though i was about fifteen minutes early, i was waved in to park and my car was soon driven to a bay. miss the old days of popcorn and coffee while waiting, but there were a few journals to read and television to watch.
Unsatisfactory service experience. Scheduling an appointment was a hassle because no one ever answers the phone. The service itself took forever, only to still have issues with my brakes after being told everything was good. I will no longer be having my vehicle serviced there.
Worst Experience of my life for buying my first car!!! They sold me a car with cracks and chips in the window!!!! And on top of that they won’t return my messages or phone calls! Workers there promise things and some how “forget” and don’t follow through with those promises. I have screenshots and saved convos. And when my car was ready they didn’t even bother to call me to say it was done!! Next time I know to record the sale next time! Scheduled a test drive of a new Tahoe a week in advance due to the general manager having the car as a demo. Come back at our scheduled time to be told they don’t have it due to him driving it again. Don’t waste your time with this dealer especially with there mark ups. Aka covid tax on all vehicles.

The service department is extremely slow! It shouldnt take 2 hours for an oil change every time. They need to fix this. Its not like they wash the car. Its always just a dreaded experience.
1. Purchased a vehicle yesterday. As it was still service for a windshield and 2 tires. Was told everything would be done by time purchase was complete. It wasnt. Was then told they had scheduled for the windshield and tires to be completed, but will not give me that info. They have taken my down payment and trade in, but I cant get any info on when to pick up my purchased vehicle. Changed my insurance over to vehicle purchased, now leaving me carless to get to work. Have called numerous times to get info, being told they will get back to me, and still sit without any info. Communication is very poor. 2. Was able to escalate this issue to management. They were able to get things moving. Was able to pick up vehicle.
Huge downhill slide on customer service and appointment service schedules. I waited 3 hours, even arriving earlier to my appointment, for a basic oil change. The staff turnover is blatantly obvious, and management is likely to blame for this since The dealership was sold to Larry H. Miller (formerly Marks Casa Chevrolet). I cant comment on the sales force, but its apparent this dealer is a former shell of itself. Such a shame.
Had my service scheduled for 12:30 on my lunch hour. Service tech said it would be ready in an hour or less. Finally finished 2 hours and 45 minutes later. Disappointed that a scheduled appointment took so long. Could have made arrangements if I would have been told how long it would take.

Worse service department ever. Oil change was suppose to take 1 hour, end up taking 3. They also ran into something and damaged my car. Then I waited an whole hour just to get a loaner. Would not recommend getting service here.

I would give anything if I had not bought the Malibu. I originally bought a used Lincoln and began to have second thoughts, and was talked into getting the new Malibu instead of the Lincoln. I do not like the Malibu. If there was any way to retrieve the Lincoln I would jump at the chance. Buying a car should be a positive experience and unfortunately my experience was everything but that. I have been unable to sleep because of my stupid mistake of letting the salesperson talk me into buying the Malibu.

The integrity of the dealership is non existent. The sales agent was not knowledgeable about the vehicles AT ALL. I was told multiple lies as to why the cars price was so high above MSRP. I was told multiple features had already been added on and therefore I could not decline them but after negotiating (for a horrible deal) and getting the car none of those features had actually been added to the car. I was given a poor trade in amount and a poor deal which is partly my mistake for allowing myself to be deceived and trusting in the dealership having some integrity as my past dealership did. I was lied to by the finance manager and told that I was getting a lower APR because of additional warranties when in reality they just hadn’t checked for the best APR from the beginning because the contract states very explicitly that purchasing the additional warranties does not affect APR. Of course you don’t catch these things until you get home and look over your paper work. I had a very hard time getting prompt responses from finance when requesting to cancel the warranties and had to end up going through the actually warranty company instead. The numbers and contracts are hard to follow in the moment and you try to trust in the integrity of the dealership which was just not there. Horrible experience. I will not go back to this dealership.

This dealership charges above msrp on vehicles. Adds on a $5,000 covid car shortage fee and also a $1,500 fee to pull a vehicle from another dealer. Never have I paid msrp nor $1,500 fee them to find the one I want. And that $5,000 fee is just taking advantage of covid.....which is over now anyways. Im moving soon out of state already called ahead.....they dont charge bogus fees and dont charge msrp so I will take my business there! Any one who pays these fees is ridiculous.
You guys did a good job, the only thing I am concerned is the noice my truck has on the differential that has not being fix. I purchased this truck new so that I fell more safe and this case is not how I fell, I am very wary about this issue I am hoping that nothing happens until you guys be able to fix my truck.I am still waiting for the dealer to call me back and let me know when they are going to fix my truck, the noice is getting worse.

Our sales men was great but when his sales manager got involved he was a bit to aggressive and pushy. Did nit seem to have our buying interest at heart but the stereo type make a sale at all cost. This is what will stick with us and we will share to others that ask about our new SUV.
I’m happy with car that I got, but was not at all pleased with the service by Lawrence and Breanna. We were given wrong information by Lawrence. Breanna stated several times that she was too busy and we would have to wait. Lawrence was very difficult to deal with and made several “mistakes” (which seemed intentional) that kept increasing the agreed upon price of the vehicle.We were waiting at the dealership for nearly 5 hours before we were able to get the keys. By that time, the detail cleaner had left for the night and we were unable to get the car detailed. We were also forced to pay over $200 for some kind of virus cleaning which was not done either. Very disappointed

I had been researching mid sized trucks for about 2 years. I knew I wanted a 4-cyl Colorado extended cab. Lawrence showed what was available, then worked hard to get the best deal and incentives for me. That made it easy to decide I was at the right dealership.
*December 2020 update*Poor customer service in the service department! After having some warranty work on my vehicle at this location in October 2020, they said they would call me when my parts came in. I’ve now called on 4 separate occasions during November and December 2020 to speak with a service advisor (to check on status of parts and to have additional work done). The first two times I left a message and they never returned my call (my messages were not angry/rude). So on attempt#3, I spoke with someone (not a service advisor), gave them the story, they said they would personally speak with someone and they would call me back (they never did). I called again on 13 December, asked to speak to the service manager. They were in a meeting so I was transferred to voicemail. I left a message...as of 14 December, they still have not called back. The customer service is very poor!Original review: The service personnel are very courteous and professional. However, it seems they struggle to coordinate internally with the parts department. The previous time I brought my vehicle in for a recall (about 10 months ago), they said they would call me when the part came in. They never did. Brought it in the other day, they said they would need to order the part again. When it’s all said and done, it’ll be 3 visits for this recall when 2 visits should have been sufficient. Other than that, I’ve had very good experiences there.

I have always been a Dodge Ram truck owner. Since my first truck a Dodge Dakota when I was 15 I never thought of owning anything else. He followed up with me on the status of my tonneau cover and lent me a vehicle so I can get back to work. It has been a great experience for me at Marks Casa and I will continue to refer my friends and family to them. I brought my Colorado pickup in for an OnStar and lighter repair. The dealership did a fantastic job of fixing both issues. Also, they use a new online system that allows you to text your technician and keeps you up to date on the jobs progress....you can even approve work with it without having to call them back or play phone tag. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be back.
Brianna J. was great in helping us through the buying experience. We tried to buy a vehicle from Galles Chevrolet but the sales person there was non responsive and did not seem to want to sell us a the vehicle that we wanted. Bree on the other hand was totally responsive and went the above and beyond what most dealership sale people we have dealt with recently would do.
The overall experience was great. It did take a long time due to the number and availability of the financing office, but I understand it was REALLY busy that day. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the price negotiations went as well as I had hoped.

New 70,000.$ vehicle with repeated mechanical issues….cannot schedule with a loaner vehicle, keep getting told they’ll call me back… with no call back
I went in for oil and filter change and worker said they would rotate the tires as well. When I left I checked the air level and it said I had 38 psi in 3 of the 4 tires but normal is 35 psi. I was disappointed to know that the air was not checked. They were quick maybe it took 45 mins. But would rather it take an hour to know that I was safe when I left.
Numerous non negiotable options were included in the contract which we werent interested in, including 5 year steralization, window tint (which was factory provided), locking lugnuts ($399) paintless dent repair and theft insurance. After refusing and driving away they called and agreed to remove these items. Next step was with John in finance who was determined to sell us an extended warranty that would have added thousands of dollars to the cost. Our steadfast refusal seemed to personally offend him and he became almost childlike. The final contract misstated our cost by $4,000 dollars he acted like it was our fault. Jose (sales) was great and well informed, not so much finance. Lastly we were promised copies of all paperwork Monday. Now they say it will be 2 to 3 weeks.
I was actually pretty impressed with how fast they got on my service but, unfortunately not all was satisfactory after that. I left my Vehicle with them and let them know they could have it for as long as needed. A few hours later I received a call letting me know my truck was ready to be picked up but when I got there they were still working on it. Honestly that wasnt really too big of a deal however, the fact that there was oil all over the inside of my wheels and under carage and no service sticker in the window kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth
I went in the dealer, looking for a SUV. I was asked which SUV I was looking for and what amount of payments I could afford. The sales lady wasnt able to find a afford monthly payment for the SUV I was looking for. She talked to her manager and the manager told me. The monthly payments that I could afford wasnt going to work out, because it was to low. I then said if you guys dont have the SUV that I looking for I understand, but Im not able to afford a brand new vehicle. I was mainly looking for a used SUV about one or two years old. The manager then walked away with the sales lady and told her. Tell him to go to hell in Spanish. I was able to understand because I also speak Spanish. Then the sales lady came back and asked me if I wanted to go see a different SUV. That SUV was more affordable then the first one I was looking to buy at first. We went outside to look at the SUV. Then the sales lady made a phone call with her cell phone and then told me they had just sold the last one. After that she said if you change your mind about the first SUV you were looking for let me know. When I arrived home I noticed I had forgotten my drivers license at the dealership. I when back to the dealership, a different sales lady asked me how can I help you. I told her I had forgotten my drivers license. She was able to find it. When she handed it back to me I said thank you and she didnt respond.
We had been shopping for a specific new truck for over a week and finally located one at Larry H Miller Casa Chevrolet. I was already discouraged from previous failed negotiations but called them up anyway. I was helped by Matt McCarty who told me immediately, “I’ll take care of you, I got you covered.” I told him what I was looking for and he asked for 10 minutes. He called back in 5 and we bought a truck!!!! Matt was extremely helpful, personable, and professional!!! We have never been treated this well buying a vehicle. Matt is the absolute best and above all, he has been straight forward and honest from the beginning!! He has been patient and provided answers to all of our questions. Helluva job, Matt!! We will recommend everyone we know to you and look you up again when we need a vehicle!

I made my oil change appointment through the My Chevrolet app, and apparently the app is not connected with the dealership, so I didnt have the appointment with the dealership service department, yet they still took my vehicle in and performed the oil change

I called in on the phone and a Gentleman by the name of Matthew McCarty answered my phone call. I explained to him I wasn’t having much luck or trust on getting the information I needed from the web chat thing they had on their website ! Mr McCarty told me not to worry that he would be able to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I asked him if he could allow me to come in as Soon as possible as I only had a little time for my lunch break and he told me absolutely no problem he told me he would have one of his sales people pull the car up for me so I wouldn’t have to waste much time looking for it on the lot and I also had a trade in so he asked me to text him the vin and miles and that also would save me some timeMr McCarty who I found out was their General Sales Manger told me he would set me up with Linnie who was my sales person and was absolutely awesome! These folks sold me a car and I couldn’t have been happier ! Other places I tried to do this at wasted more of my time then I could have ever wanted, not Larry H Miller Casa Chevrolet, they were true professionals and I’m so happy I chose them ! I highly recommend this team if your looking for a vehicle go see Linnie at lhm casa Chevrolet ! Kudos to this team they were awesome !

One issue of dissatisfaction is that the trunk Net that was in a box when I picked up the car had two screws to anchor it but they cannot be affixed in the plastic holes at all. Can someone correct this poor design of a supposed free accessory ? useless as is! I put it back in the box.

Dropped off my truck for its first service had the oil and filter changed along with rotating the tires, dealing with the two recalls and topping off the DEF tank.The one thing that was a great improvement was using Lift service to take me home and pick me up the next day to pick up my truck.I have used Richard Chavez for my service advisor for more than 20 years and have always received excellent service.
UPDATE 4/30: This issue has been resolved. In all fairness to the company I will update this with the accurate details. Please read the entire post for the full story.I received a call from the general manager shortly after posting the original post, who said he would look into the issue. I heard nothing for about 2 weeks after calling a few times to check in. I then walked into the service area and spoke with the service manager. He agreed to refund the cost of the transmission flush they performed which was not needed. It took about another month and roughly a dozen phone calls to receive the refund check, but I did eventually receive it. All in all this issue took about a month and 2 dozen phone calls and 3 trips to the dealer to resolve, but LHM did in fact send me a refund check for the transmission flush I did not need, so they deserve credit for that. And I did receive an apology call from the service manager for the delay receiving the refund, who also offered to hand deliver the check to me. As for my transmission, it did in fact need a complete rebuild.ORIGINAL POST:I do not have anything good to say about the service department at this location.I brought my truck into Larry H Miller to have the transmission looked at and the intake manifold gasket replaced. I told them EXACTLY what was happening with the transmission, and they assured me it was shifting fine and only needed a fluid change.1 month later I brought it in with the same transmission issue, and a transfer case issue. They fixed the transfer case issue, but not without about a week of delays. And again assured me that it was shifting fine, when I know it is not.My truck is now at AAMCO getting the transmission overhauled and because Larry H Miller misdiagnosed the issue two times before the damage is going to be much more extensive than had it been diagnosed correctly 3 months ago.On top of the poor repair work, they are also unresponsive, do not stick to their schedule, and it seems were more interested in selling me a new truck while I was in the waiting room than fixing my existing one.I do not recommend having repairs done here.
Made the appointment for 8:30 for an oil change but was told when I got there it would take an hour to hour and a half. This is a 15 minute procedure! Why are you not utilizing one or two techs to do all the oil changes so this can be expedited efficiently???? Also follow up with customers on recall work would be appreciated. Been waiting on the parts and notification for over 3 months and still no info from you until I asked again about it.
