We have shopped this store for many many years. We have noticed in the last month, that this store is failing in a couple of things. The number 1 thing is, finding a lot of expired items on the shelves. Today, we picked up 8-10 items, out of date. We were forced to buy brands we do not prefer that the dates were good. The other problems are, cashier not wearing mask over face, it was below her chin, and the bagging process is obserd. They pile everything on top of each other, rather than turning on the conveyor to carry them away from register. I definitely can tell there is a different manger. The other manager was always visible and checking on the problems listed.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Had me in and out in less than 3 mins. Thats great service!

Smaller than most HT stores so many products and services arent available. Otherwise, good store for its size. Prices are higher than all other grocers I have used in Albemarle.

Great place to shop had everything you could possibly want or need. Everyone was so frendly and helpful. Got checked out very promptly.

I ordered a birthday cake for my granddaughters birthday. I ordered a white cake as she hates chocolate. When we cut the cake it was a marbled cake. The ticket on the box of the cake said white cake but we received a marbled cake. She was so disappointed. Now I have to buy her another cake.

They dont carry the variety of products that they once did. Store doesnt seem as clean anymore. And the air conditioner has been out for three weeks in the month of August!

I dont regularly shop here as it is out of the way for me. This chain does have nice stores the one here is smaller with less selection than the larger urban locations like Greensboro.

The customer service at HT is exceptional. I was in today-2 days until Thanksgiving and asked if the deli girls could chop several cheeses and hard meats for antipasto salad. Told them I completely understood if they were too busy. Happy to do it and got right on it. When I found my f-i-l had already purchased, I ran back to cancel. The girl already had the meat started and when I told her I would take it, she kindly said they would be happy to keep it for other uses.NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

They do cakes Ballons and they have a florist but they have alot of stuff that cant be found at food lion such as quality fish and enough sauces to fill granite quarry

I am addicted to their donuts! I only come here for the bakery goods. Dont tell my boss (I work for the deli/ bakery at Food Lion!). Needless to say, I visit rarely, but oh so worth it.

It was pouring rain so they allowed you to drive up and put the groceries in the car. The cashier asked me if I had found everything I needed I told her due to my RA I didnt feel like walking to the back of the store to get half half. She asked what brand and size and went and got it for me. The store was using precautions to make as safe as they could. Great experience.

I always love shopping at Harris Teeter. The employees are nice, the store is clean and they usually have everything I need. I cant ask for more in a grocery store!

I love Harris Teeter. All associates are extremely friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to shop at this establishment.

Poor service at deli and check out.

Install self checkout lines. Cashiers dont know how to bag groceries. Dont put hot cooked foods next to, or in with, refrigerated or frozen foods. Dont put delicate items in the bottom of the bag and then smash them down with heavy items on top. Most egg cartons have 1 to 3 smashed eggs in them. Groceries are expensive. Dont spoil them. Its not rocket science.

Prices more in line with other grocery stores since they were bought by Kroger. Same high quality service. I forgot my phone/wallet there and the clerk turned it in to the manager, waiting for me when I returned over an hour later. Honesty you can count on!

Had everything I needed

Not very happy with Harris Teeter these days. There is no requirement for masks at this store or any of the others. I was one of the few with a mask including the check out clerks.

Excellent visit. Cashier was one of the most polite I have ever had. Dont remember her name but she attends Stanly Early College.

I love going here.. They have great fresh fruit and great customer service. The prices are a bit high on some things but I truly enjoy my shopping trip.

This is the closest Harris teeter to my house. I travel half an hour to get here. I love that they have better coldcut choices then whats near me. I also have more gluten free products to choose from. They have better meat selection than Walmart and food lion in my familys opinion. They can be pricey, their sales are usually great and make it worth a trip. They also give you points towards money off gas. My only complaint with the store is that its small. Unfortunately, it lacks many of the products I enjoy getting at the other larger teeter stores. I do recommend using for fresher products

A selection of top shelf items that you dont find in other area stores. But very limited compared to Harris Teeter locations other places. Glad to see the big department of tasty beverages like beer and wine. Prices a little higher 8n general than Food Lion but some specials cant be ignored. $4.99 for a whole hot rotisserie chicken is good Stanly County can go for a little more. Id say Ingles across town is the biggest competitor and they seem to be a lot less busy than this old HT. I remember this location from over 40 years ago and glad to see it has persevered as an above average neighborhood grocery store.

Ive been there plenty of times over the years since theyve opened it. I must say that Ive realized theyve hired new employees and Im very pleased with the cashiers. The front end manager seems to be new there havent ever seen him around till recently Hunter Jones I believe was his name. They needed someone like him most definitely working there very pleased indeed!

The people who worked there at the service desk were very nice to me and helped me pick out a balloon and were very kind and helpful i love harris teeter

This is our family’s go-to grocery, and they do a wonderful job of maintaining the store and getting to know the customers. In addition to general grocery needs, their cakes are delicious; it’s the only place I would purchase a birthday cake from.Their floral department manager, Monica, is fantastic and has worked with me multiple times for high school homecoming needs. The flowers are always fresh, beautiful, and reasonably priced. We have never been disappointed in the years we’ve used them!

This is a great grocery store. One disadvantage is that it is the highest priced grocery store in the county. The deli has premium cuts of meat. You are able to buy finer cooking items not available anywhere else. They also have your general staples of grocery stores. Overall great place to shop.

In town for work for a couple of days and needed a couple of items. Very impressed with the variety available. Fresh fruit and vegetable area was well organized, as was also the deli meat area. A very pleasant surprise all around.

Boars Head deli counter service is excellent. Good meats & cheeses.

I really wish they would upgrade this store to be more like other Harris Teeters. Stanly County needs a nice grocery store. This one doesnt even accept mobile pay. Very disappointing.Their staff is very friendly, however.

I was sick and unable to go in with my wife and one year old granddaughter. After checkout, a lady working at Harris Teeter pushed the shopping cart out to the truck and also helped her unload it. Great customer service!

Drink machine outside gave me the wrong drink twice. Went to customer service and they gave me two of the drinks I wanted. Took no time at all and they were very polite. I dont live nearby so I cant comment on what they provide but the employees were awesome.
