Its better at night to go. The people are more helpful and not nearly as rude. The only ba thing, they tend to run out of.... Everything

We have always been happy with this Walmart but some manager needs to be held accountable for the produce selection and inspection. We ordered groceries for pick up and have been grossed out with the various products we received including the rotten moldy berries, bagged salads being browned, mushy vegetables etc. We have received expired products. My suggestion is to have more training for those who pick the produce and more frequent inspections of the produce. Because you should never drive 45 minutes each way to get home to find your produce is beyond shelf life, moldy, rotten and nasty.

Walmart is the place to shop if on a budget and it has great deals on anything from clothes to electronics my favorite would be the sporting good section.

Honestly Im not big on shopping big retail stores like Walmart but I do make a monthly trip to stock up on most household products. This store is always so packed with customers and usually has very little help so it may take you over an hour just to checkout a few items since theres only two registers open in the entire store. If I could get the products I need at Walmarts price anywhere else then I would definitely do it and avoid these massive chain stores altogether. That would make my life so much better and easier. Until then I guess Ill continue to spend the minimal amount I can shopping at Walmart.

Out of all the wally worlds this is one of my favorites

I usually get my stuff i need for food, clothes, laundry detergent, stuff for work, car care products, shampoo, allergy pills, etc. Only thing I dont like are rude drivers parking at the parking lot who isnt even shopping but have their headlight beams on, and certain shoppers leaving their shopping kart in the middle of the parking spaces and if I were parking near there the gusts of wind might just push it towards my car. But everything else is good.

I love their online shopping app. Makes it more easier to get groceries. I used to hate going in and buying weekly groceries. No more with the online shopping 🛍️😃

The Walmart in Albemarle is awful. I have called repeatedly and they do not answer. We were supposed to pick up our groceries at 7 but they were not ready until 10 and then when we went to get them no one was there. So we couldnt get them. They are out of stuff all the time.

I called in my order the people that brought it out was very nice and helpful

Need more cashiers. Last week no cashiers at 8 AM (Store opens at 6 AM). Today only one cashier with VERY LONG line.Stock takes a long time to replenish when out unlike other Walmart locations. Driving 29 miles to the Locust location is worth it.Worst Walmart EVER. Need new Store Manager to get this store back into shape.

I stopped at the Tire Care Center because my tires were low on air and the sweetest young man helped me. I had lost the cap on one tire and he put a new one on for me and didnt charge anything. This young man was very polite. He didnt waste any time either.

Well it does have everything you need. Pharmacy groceries clothing pet supplies and other stuff. One stop shop. The only thing I have against it is that they dont have enough register open sometimes. I do like the self checkouts.

We ordered a birthday cake, a HUGE birthday cake with a somewhat complicated name/message. It was absolutely perfect. The colors, the filling, the way it was decorated. It was just perfect. Thank you Walmart!!

Went in for dog food. Ended up running into a T-shirt sale for $2 ea for the moisture wicking, great buy.

This would actually be a great place to put a Walmart! Always out of stock on the most popular items and the order pickers are RUDE as s#!+ and the ones that are seemingly nice cannot speak english

This was the easiest Walmart to navigate and they had a huge selection of items.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful however one woman who was shopping for pickup customers was very rude. She was a middle age and light skin African American female. Everyone else was nice. Good experience for the most part.

Clean, well stocked, and had a few check outs with a person open, which is a plus for me. There was a lot of stock boxes sitting in the ilse made it hard to navigate.

I am a spark driver for the Walmart in Albemarle NC and when I first started the employees were on it, super nice. Now there are new people who happen to be rude, they are slow. And its ridiculous, wait time should be 5-10 minutes and instead its 20 causing my money to be messed with.Come on Walmart it’s not that hard to drop groceries in a car

Like all of them, 27 registers and 3 opened. I dont have the self checkout bone. I avoid that company at all cost.

I was caring my registered emotional support cat with me in a bubble book bag about an hour ago in this walmart. A woman who worked there told me I couldnt have pets in the store. I told her i understood and told her hes a registered emotional support cat and even offered to show her his ID. She said that theres only dog service animals and emotional support animals and continued to tell me to leave. She kept denying that cat emotional support animals are a thing. Ive been carrying him around for almost 2 years and shes the first person to say anything to me!

Walmart always has what we need ! We especially love the pharmacy and the staff at the Walmart at Concord Commons in Concord, NC .

Large selection of products at very reasonable prices. They have almost everything that you need. Usually my first choice when Im searching for a specific product.

It is Walmart folks here all the same and Im sure youve had your experiences there too. But I travel the entire country and never have a problem getting my prescription medicine at Walmart pharmacy anywhere in the country

I am not a Walmart fan to begin with. Walmart has single- handedly changed the face of Americas Main Street. However, this visit was a low even for Walmart.We encountered, Sid the automaton floor cleaner. We were trying to find light bulbs when this hunk of junk entered our aisle and just sat, blinking and beeping and waiting for US to move! It finally powered back but continued to block the aisle until we finally had to walk to the opposite end of the aisle from Sid and exit from another aisle.Its a great way to treat customers! But, I dont guess the shareholders care now that everyone else is out of business!

I dont like the new layout of the store its hard to find anything. They usually have pretty good clearance deals if you are a bargain shopper. I can be busy at times.

Stock carts block shelves couldnt get to items . it would be nice if stocking was done during closed hours. But, hey nothing makes sense in this day and time.

Was very busy in the store. Found some jewelry at a great price. You just have to look closely and you can find just what she needs.

The store was hot and only two register open with lots of shoppers. I do not work for Walmart the least they can do is have cashier to ring up my groceries

I love dealing with our walmart. Always clean and service is the best.

They had stuff all over the place for restocking. They people on the staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. The shoes were pretty barren tho. Along with the shoe sizes for women only go up to size 10 and the one type that went to 11s were cheaply made but were $20. They only had one type of shoe that were wides.

They’re nice in person, but the customer service over the phone is atrocious. On three different occasions, I’ve called to speak to someone, always over a very small quick question. Instead of helping me they transfer me from one person to another and then I’m on hold for 30 minutes, just to finally hear that click of someone picking up the phone and then immediately be hung up on. I understand being busy and not being able to get to the phone, but at least say that or tell me to come in to be helped. Don’t make me wait 30 minutes just to hang up on me. You have to understand that this is extremely frustrating. Just take less than one minute of your time to tell me nobody can or is willing to help me right now rather than waste thirty minutes of mine.

This one was pretty good! The shelves were neatly stacked, floors were clean, the workers were polite & in good moods... My only issue was the lack of attention to the front registers! I saw more focusing on conversations, than the need for checking out assistance. However... 5 stars goes to a Mr Michael! He stepped in & took two customers, as he was closing his shift!!! A very pleasant of a gentleman in his demeanor.

I used the curbside pickup for my first time today. It was great!

I love the Walmart super centers, they have everything you need and they are very clean and fast check out. I really like this one.

We purchase propane to heat our camper on a regular basis. This Walmart is one location where we purchase often. Every single time we come here to pick up propane, we pay and then we are sent to the tank storage outside to wait for an associate to pull a full tank for us.Every single time we are left waiting anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes.Every single time, we have to stand outside of the gate and yell to get the attention of an associate to assist us in retrieving a tank.I am not sure why no one working at this location wants to retrieve these tanks but I am sure that I am tired of waiting and yelling for service.Why do I still purchase my tanks from Walmart when Lowes is just around the corner? Because the tanks are $5 less at Walmart.If I could locate the tanks at a comparable price elsewhere, believe me. I would be purchasing elsewhere.

We bought everything we needed and had no problems. We also went to the pharmacy and we had some prescriptions filled which didnt take long and was able to go straight to the checkout with no wait.

Staff very friendly and isles were not crowded, very well maintained.

Employees do not want to wait on you. They act they are doing good you a favor. They dont say Hello or Have a nice day. Very few are nice and talk with you. You can probably guess which ones are nice.

The past 2 weeks I have been using the grocery pickup. Ive ordered a weeks groceries each time and everything was there exactly right. The billing also worked by refunding any price decrease they have. I recommend them strongly!

Lots of variety and staff has improved over the years. Shelves are typically well stocked and the produce is very fresh

Typical Walmart. One thing that bugs me is the dude at the door telling me to put on a mask while employee have mask down under there noses or not at all. Long wait with only 2 or 3 lines open and 5 or more people waiting.New visit line was more under control this time. Fast checkout. I did see the woman at the deli didnt have a mask on. Im not a big person on mask but I do feel if your handling food and around food you should be wearing a mask. Guy at the door is making sure everyone has a mask but the woman working the deli doesnt have one on. Needless to say I didnt buy anything from the deli

Store and mens restroom nice and clean. Helpful service and cashiers were courteous. But checkout lines are long and slow still. Need to open more registers with cashiers and add more than one lane to be able to purchase tobacco. Waited almost 25 minutes with only 4 people inlime just to purchase a drill, 2 Monster drinks and 2 packs of cigarettes.

I need the electric chair they 3 of them and none of them charged. I had a boot on my broken foot and had to walk around the store
