If you are looking for a deal on a used manufactured home this is the place to go. Its not the fanciest place, but theres a decent selection of homes at various price ranges. You can also order a new home, and theres a couple new homes on the lot as well. The owner is very responsive and will work with you to find what you need.

Good place

The people were very nice and helpful, we felt very much at ease shopping here. The deals were ok, but it was the first place we stopped in the area so we wanted to continue shopping around before we made a decision. The main concern of ours was the quality we saw. The used homes we were told were ready to go were far from ready to go. They were still in pretty rough shape. We looked at the new ones also, some were pretty nice but it seemed slightly high priced for what we saw we were getting. The places dont show all that well, it seemed like they didnt really take the time to get them show room ready. Made us wonder about the quality we would get for the money. We ended up buying 2 homes elsewhere. I would definitely not advise anyone not to shop this place, my impression could have been all wrong and you very well might find exactly what you want here for a decent enough deal. They are willing to build to your specs, match other floorplans from other dealers and try to compete with their prices so give them a shot. We just liked what we found elsewhere because the service was among the best i have ever had, they really made their homes show nicely, they had great pricing and you could tell you were getting good quality for your money. My advice to this company would be to consider putting more effort into making your model homes have the showroom quality people look for when shopping for a new home. Most people dont want to be told things are ready to go and at every turn you see things falling apart. Maybe the final product is of better quality, but a home is a big investment and not something I would want to buy on a hope and a prayer.
