My honest review.We drove from Eugene to Albany in order to see the selection the shop has to offer. I came into this experience without any expectations. My wife and I have been looking everywhere online for a new bed. My back hurts and I was in need of a change. When we first showed up I didnt realize it, but Mack was already inside waving us in with a smile. His calm and helpful demeanor was very inviting. He put a mask on immediately as we entered. The shop isnt too big. That being said, its big enough to comfortably move around and try some beds out. The AC was on and keeping the showroom a perfect temperature. There are several different mattresses scattered throughout the show floor with additional options in a separate room off to the side. He wasnt pushy and was very patient with our lack of knowledge and concerns. He asked what our price point was and if we had any ideas on what type of firmness we had in mind. We tried nearly all of the mattresses he had because of his expertise and knowledge. He explains all of them in great detail. He helped narrow it down to the exact one we had been looking for. Eventhough we werent entirely sure walking in. He helped reassure us and made my wife and I feel secure in our purchase. He worked with us with price and we got a really good deal on a Queen size Sapphire Cool Phase Memory Foam mattress. We ended up getting a Bedder Bed Mattress Support System, and a mattress cover as well. You just cant beat the prices and customer service. I will buy all of my mattresses from Mack at Albany Mattress. He even helped me fit it all into the back of a small sedan. Best customer service and best prices around. 👌 Thanks again Mack!! 💯

We went in browsing for a mattress. We werent set on getting anything right away. The owner was great and not pushy at all. He totally understands people dont have thousands of dollars to throw at a mattress at any given time. With his help, patience with our daughter checking every bed out, and general understanding, we left with the perfect mattress for us! If you want to browse, are interested in purchasing, but dont want to be pushed into anything, theyre the people to go to!

Weve wanted to replace our mattress for a long time, but we held out for the right mattress at the right price. Albany Mattress BoxDrop earned our business, so we purchased a king and framing.
