We LOVE Hobby Lobby! This is our first time to visit since we moved here from Texas 4 years ago. When we were living in Texas, I think we visited Hobby Lobby at least once every 2 weeks, almost always found what we were looking for plus. Now we may not visit every 2 weeks, but whenever we need any craft supplies, Hobby Lobby will be our destination!

Great service every time!! The Latham store is closer to me so that is the store I shop at regularly, but whenever Latham doesnt have what I need, I call the Albany store and their customer service is always amazing! They find my product, and hold it up front for me. They are willing to serve with patience and gladness. Always happy to go to this one.

Went there with my wife to purchase coin albums to save coins in. Had a nice selection. Will go back there again for more coin albums

Store was nearly empty with just a few customers. No help to be found on sales floor. Not one register light was on, but the cashier who was doing the garbage pointed and said over there to the next checkout. Uhm... Okaaaaay. Not another syllable uttered until she said card declined and nothing else. Eye roll and a Huff later, she took the cash and handed me the change and then walked off. My card was declined because she had entered it as a credit card sale, not because my ATM card wasnt working. (Yes, I called the bank to make sure.) I am sick & tired of being treated like an inconvenience when I go to this store. Im sure Im not the only person to feel that way. Easier and more acceptable customer service to order on-line.

Prices are low and staff are wonderful! Such a huge selection from DIY to ready to display furnishings in your home. Im a tightwad woodworker and their prices are so low Im shopping there!! My wife, the artist loves it there too.

Better than I expected. I can complete my model building now that I have a place for supplies. They also gave me ideas for other crafts.

Hobby lobby is a religious organization masquerading as a hobby shop,the staff are Bible thumpers...I went in looking for non Christmas holiday decorations, simple winter themed stuff and EVERYTHING IS CHRISTMAS.

I like this store on Wolf Road, Albany NY. Very well organized, staff is very helpful and friendly. You can buy almost everything you need. Some prices are not fair on items but I mean it depends on your preference.

They have terrific prices, especially when merchandise is on sale. If you need card stock, wait until the week of the paper sale. If you need die cuts, wait for that week. If you need yarn, wsit fir that week. It all rotates. Stay on the look out for their flyers.

Great selection of various household decorative items. The prices are a bit high but the quality of the products are worth it in my opinion.

This location had the item I wanted! I am really bummed you went away with the 40% off coupon. I know HB has greats sales but I could of used that coupon on the item which was $25. It was one of the perks of shopping there. I probably won’t be shopping there at often. Please bring the 40% off coupon back!

This store has improved their availability of recent releases for art supplies such as Ranger arts, but you have to watch the cashier at checkout to be sure they use all sales prices. Had to return for a 30$ error last visit.

This place is pretty big, so youre going to find some good stuff. The prices are okay I guess. Definitely not the best in the area. The floors were clean, shelves fairly organized, and staff was friendly.

Thier stuff is way too cute with a religious vibe. I know thier closed for Sundays and I can definitely respect that. They also have a great selection for cake decorating supplies ( my fav one being in Latham)And great seasonal decorations. They usually always have some 40% off coupon on thier website anyone can use off thier phone and they have sales constantly inside as well. I do wish they had bigger picture frames in stock but thier adorable word signs and decor for kids rooms is just too cute .

Great selection of jewelry findings and different kinds of beads, some of the stuff is really pricey and then some of it is priced really rather well. Michaels is the same exact way....

First time I have ever been into a Hobby Lobby was my recent visit to the Colonie, NY store. Big store. Got frustrated because I was looking for stencils and it seems like they had different types of stencils and they were scattered in different areas of the store. They seem to have lots of other really neat things but everything just seemed to be priced too high. I ended of leaving without buying anything. I prefer Michaels.

I love Hobby Lobby...kind of far so dont get there often but great prices and variety. Found may Christmas presents there.

Cool place. I think of myself as a mans man. Ive owned a few muscle cars, a have a harley. So when I say its cool, I think it is, if youre a hunter, fisherman, all kinds of sport things to hang. They have cartoon stuff .its nice stuff to hang up in your nice man cave or cool garage. At least take a peek,you might go home with a cool or funny thing that could be a conversation piece in your cave, just sayin.
