Do not waste your time or money having them sharpen a chain for your saw.I had them sharpen two Sthil chains and the results are horrible.
This is one of the most confusing and underwhelming Ace hardware stores Ive ever seen. That is barely got any hardware four or five short rows trying to live within a full featured grocery store. Im usually not shopping for something like milk and spackle but if I were, this would be the place to go.
Very friendly and helpful. A regular small town experience.
They always have what I need when no one else does
I ordered the item I wanted and picked it up at my leisure. I love that!! No searching the whole store and still not finding my item. No rushing through crowds and trying to find parking. No trying to run through inclement weather to the store, just to find the item is out of stock!! No waiting in line to purchase the item. Just walk in, pick up my item, get my receipt, and then off for fun and adventure with my dog at the park.
Nice place, has almost everything & can usually order what they dont have on hand. No lumbar yard, or garden/outdoor area (nice selection of living plants & garden items though). Staff is very friendly & helpful.
I love this little shop. Totally convenient with a supply that meets all my needs. The staff is charming and puts real effort into helping me out. I highly recommend this store!
It has Ace on the storefront, employees have Ace on their vests, but they wont honor the Ace advertised specials.Done with em.
For being a fairly new establishment its a good store. Unfortunately the small engine repair shop lacks in experience. Bought a new stihl chainsaw from them recently only to find that when it was assembled the chain was on backwards and left loose.
Great place, they carry the new WYLD GEAR COOLERS!!! They are awesome... great store with every option available.
Always a fan of local business I try to support these guys, Ace stores are individual businesses with the buying power of a kind of cooperative Ace warehouse, for a proportion of their products they have to buy through Ace Hardware and are allowed to sell other products as well. I recently spent $600 or more on chainsaw and accessories. I got a $30 chain resharpened that just needed a little touch up, they over ground it, it had burrs on the teeth and the metal was blued from overheating basically softening the cutting edge and reducing the life of the chain. Today I found a 8ft 225 lb rated fiberglass step ladder online at Ace at $69, the clerk said well we are selling it for $79, he checked with his manager and she was unwilling to move on the price. So I left went to Lowes Albany found a 250lb rated fiberglass ladder at $79, bonus when it went through the checkout they had specialed it at $69. Ace you missed out on a sale.
Locally owned and operated great customer service that is a value thats hard to put a dollar figure on
Very helpful
