This Dollar Tree is THE BEST DOLLAR TREE in the area BY FAR. They always have everything in stock, the shelves are always full, the store is always clean and the staff is amazing. The cashiers are friendly and the managers are always nice and greet you with a smile. The female manager has fantastic customer service skills and is always eager to make your shopping experience a good one. Five stars isnt enough. Great job Colonie Dollar Tree!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SVC 2DAY. Sign on door said out of bags. Ok. Drove back home and got one of my precious few plastic bags. I placed few items wanted to purchase and pay for in bag and on conveyer belt. Clerk didnt advise will have to take items out of bag becuz brought my own. Nor where there any signs advising of such. I just witnessed a white man with 2 kids have his purchase packed for him him in his bag yet me as an African American female not only gets followed through out the store but now clerk does want to touch my purchases despite my having mask on because of the covid resurgence. So when clerk wouldnt bag my $8 dollar purchase i asked then why did you do for white man with no mask and 2 little grade school kids? Then i said if customers dont come to this store and spend $ ur out of a job and a paycheck. Little white clerk came out of nowhere and said and i quote we dont need your money the biracial and or light skinned cashier reiterated what the white clerk said. I said oh really ok. Lets see how that works out for you. I bagged my own purchase and left the store while hearing a sarcastic have a nice day. Yes i am rendering a horrible review of this dollar tree store in colonie ny that i live no more than a 10 min drive from. Until management gets their obnoxiously rude clerks in line to treat all customers equally I AM BOYCOTTING THIS DOLLAR STORE LOCATION. I hope those of you who are NOT jerks will join me.

Best Dollar Tree i’ve been to in my area! Store is neat and organized, the cashiers and new management team are extremely friendly and always in a great mood! There’s always good energy when I walk in to the store. Shelves are always full and the deals are too good to pass up.

Polite cashier. Store was a bit cluttered with stock that needed to be shelved. Other than that, the store was clean and well stocked.

Very unsafe store. Cant get down most aisles do to the fact they have boxes on carts all the time. If your handicap and need to get down aisles dont go to this dollar tree. Then you get to check out and the cashier is swearing. I will never shop at this location again. Very unprofessional in this store. Ask staff member to help more large cart with there boxes on it to get party supplies she ignored me and walked into the office. This was my got to store for my needs. But not anymore. Carpet looks like it hasnt been vaccumed in months. Crazy to see a Dollar Tree look this way in this area.

This well kept Dollar Tree that has fallen down the wayside in recent months. It used to be well organized and spotless. However, the store has joined the others in the area, very messy. Still, a lot of deals for just a dollar for each item. They do not seem to have enough employees to cover everything that needs to get done. I suspect it is a management problem.

This particular Dollar Tree location was just what I needed today.Everyone was so friendly - from the moment I walked in the door! Shoppers were all in a good mood. Theres not many staff - there probably should be more, its so busy, - but they are so friendly!Even 2 weeks before Christmas there was a reasonable amount of stock, although there needed to be more of some things.Checking out on a busy Saturday went fairly quickly. Most interestingly I think I got the Bargain of the Century on more than a dozen items - paying only a dollar for things that are clearly worth much more!

No can openers?? Messy inside, dirty, unorganized, cashier was very slow and acted like they were not trained at all.

I witness this morning a customer trying to get by stuff in the aisles of the store and asked for help and I believe the womens name tag said Ann started swearing at the lady. That was enough for me to not shop there. Left my stuff and walked out.

Dollar Trees are some of the BEST dollar stores I ever shop at. Other dollar stores sell junk or charge more than a dollar. Here they have a great selection of items which only cost a dollar. Many of the items they sell cost 2-3x more in Walmart!

It ia big enough. I could find what I want and buy it there. There are lots of products. I can find it easily and find it from bouchure. If I have chance to go dollar shop again. I definitely recommend you go here. It is various products here. I love dollar tree.

This Dollar Tree is an absolute mess. They need to have employees even from other stores come in overnite and get the store cleaned up. You cant even walk through the isles without boxes being all over. Shelves are an absolute mess as well. Very disappointed.

The store was fine but the woman that cashed me out thought it was ok to burp in my face as she cashed me out. Not cool.

Cashiers and customers in this location are very rude, (and one is more than a little crazy) and some of the cashiers are extremely loud and nosy. (IE, prying into why you are buying something, loudly announcing what you are buying)I will no longer be shopping here for that reason.

Place was a mess stuff on the floor very dirty shelves not stock I will not return there when they first open up was beautiful nothing was stock in refrigerator aisle but still in boxes thats not good probably going bad
