Bubble tea I ate once the fries are so good burger with juice running down arm Yum! Awesome

It was horrible. The patty was thin as paper and the cheese wasnt even melted. At that point the burger was just a cheese and lettuce sandwich. The waiting area is very small and gets crowded easily. And our food took ages while the cashier gave people thier food even though they ordered after us. Im very disappointed. 0/10 do not recommend

AMAZING! Not only was the place clean and tidy! Great place to stop from a long road trip to use the clean bathrooms and to grab the most delicious burger, fries and a drink in Oregon! The customer service was second to none!

This is my favorite fast food place in Albany. The burgers are delicious and I love picking out a new boba drink each time.

Great place. Fresh, made to order tasty food, specialty drinks are good, actually pretty good boba too.Prompt staff, food takes a little bit but its well worth the wait.

The burgers here are really good. They are kind of small but they are way better than any fast food chain burgers. The fries are also cut and fried up not frozen. The inside of the restaurant is clean and comfy. Plus the prices are excellent. Probably the best fast food restaurant in Albany.

Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and a milkshake. Took forever to get it and when I got home realized I got a cheeseburger, no bacon. Even though they clearly wrote bacon on the wrapper. tasted fine. milkshake was good. only reason they get 3 stars instead of 2.

The fries were really greasy and made me wanna throw up. the Boba was so gross and the drink was almost really gross. the ranch was so over priced it was 35 cents. I wouldnt go there ever again.

We had a great experience the burger was great and the fries were even better. I am looking forward towards having their bubble tea when they have it available.

These are decent little west coast style burgers but they are not quick (I’m talking 15 min on a single togo order and I’m the only one there) and they’ve made my order incorrectly more times than not. Great people, and I mean I wanna support local business, but if you go plan to wait and double check your food before you leave.

Burgers are very affordable.Reminiscent of Five Guys burgers in terms of quality.The outside of the patties get a bit crispy but the meat is still juicy... Amazing combo.We definitely will be stopping by again!

I was very disappointed with their food. I ordered two boba teas and two drinks. The ice in our drinks tasted extremely stale giving the drink a nasty flavor. We had ordered one meal and four drinks and we waited for more than 20 minutes. I dont recommend this place and I am not planning on returning.

I love the home-made-ness of their food and the fish and chips plus a boba is a great combo and well made

Very slow service, not with a smile. I come back from time to time because the burgers are good and they used to sell amazing breakfast burritos that are no longer on the menu. The atmosphere is a bit tacky, which I care less about but it’s still noteworthy.It took a while to even be acknowledged, then longer to have my order taken, then even longer to get the boba I ordered.

Old fashion burgers and fries. The burger tastes great and so does the fries. They ground their own meat and cut their own fries. Nice little diner and they have a drive through. Clean and friendly.

Decent food, would be better if they could take an order correctly.. asked for mayo only on a burger, got mustard and ketchup, with details on the wrapper ketchup mustard NO mayo ...I never even mentioned mustard or ketchup, haha.. but overall not bad for the price i suppose..

Love this place. Great burgers and sit down joint. The burgers are made fresh and taste fresh. The candy drinks they have are amazing but a little over priced if you ask me. No 5 star just because the prices on some items can be outrageous but other than that if you have money to spend and wanna feel like your back in a 60s or 70s burger joint than go to this place.

The food is great! Made to order and fresh. This is the only place I know to get bubble tea too. Was here a few months ago and the quality is better now, was good then too just better now. Dont know what changes were made but they were worth it. I highly recommend stopping by.

Favorite boba shop! And I live in California where we have boba every few blocks. This is super quality boba. So many flavors and super delicious. And dont get me started on the food. Its super tasty and affordable. Seriously a great place.

Used to be the best but prices have been going up and quality has been going down.

I had heard some bad things about the previous owner and I knew someone who worked here for awhile. The food was alright but it seemed to me like a place trying really hard to be something and not fulfilling on the food end of things. Pretty plain Jane burgers and fries. Nothing bad but also nothing to write home about. The price is a little high for what you pay for in my opinion. Went with 4 stars because I had a good experience, staff was nice and food was fast hot and fresh. Nothing wrong with that. But I thought the price was a little steep for a burger.

I ordered a honeydew bubble tea and the gentleman preparing it constantly checked with me about the taste and consistency of the drink, as I had veered from the standard recipe. One of the best bubble teas Ive ever tasted!

After continuously coming back, I am able to say that this is one of Albany’s best burger joints.Quite simply, they have a modest menu with Bubble tea! And If you don’t like that, they have wonderful smoothies with more flavors than you’d expect. The service is always great without the added wait.The burgers are awesome as they keep it original with fresh toppings. I’m glad to have this near my home.

I park here when I pick up my son from school and we often get something to eat. The fries are great and the burgers good too. Much rather go here than most fast food chains. But it is a little slower but that is why it tastes better.

The lady working there was very nice. The service was fast, and the restaurant is very clean. The food is really fresh. The burgers are small. I got a double patty and it was still small. I asked for extra jalapenos and only got three. The French fries werent crisp at all, and they were cold.

Got the bacon burger and fries. It was great! They customize it if you want and the buns are crispy just like you do it on the BBQ. Good prices too! Definitely will be back. Highly recommend if you want a great burger at a good price.

Surprisingly good. I purely tried this place thinking it would be terrible, not the case. I got the jalapeño burger combo. The burger patty was hand made and delicious. The burger as a whole was loaded with vegetables, so if thats not your thing make sure you mention it. The fries were fresh cut potato and very crispy(in the good way)Overall best fast food hamburger ive had in the area.

Their French fries are to die for!Burgers are really good, but Im not fond of the sauce that they use on them.Make sure to say exactly what you want though, or your order most likely be incorrect. (For example, if you want a large meal, say youd like a want single/double patty cheeseburger with a large fry and a large drink. Rather than just saying youd like a large meal. Itll save you the headache of getting incorrect items in your order.The employees are all very accommodating and friendly.I would definitely recommend them to anyone!(Its definitely not healthy, but its sooooo delicious!)

The burgers and fries here are amazing! Local and convenient place that makes real burgers fresh and quick. Well worth the time to stop in or hit the drive through. Never waited beyond 10 mins for food.

Good atmosphere. Great prices and good fresh burgers. I cant usually eat out but I did with them and didnt get sick. For less then $20 three people are a cheeseburger,fries and a drink. All good sizes too. Will be going back.

So we drove by this place a few times. Nothing exciting to draw you in .Then we decided what the heck and went through the drive thru (covid19 :( times). Then we got our Burgers!!! Pretty darn good ..real burgers.. fresh flavorful ..good size ..no gimmicks ...just a good ol burger like back in the day.My husband had a shake ..he said delish ...no whip just a real milkshake....and they do serve Boba teas and that was excellent to! If thats not enough the server was a great customer service chic! We will drive the 9 miles to have a burger excursion here for sure!#lovesmallbusinesses just keeping it real.

This was my first time eating at burger queen and it was great. The burgers were perfectly seasoned and the beef patties were actually caramelized beautifully. Ive paid twice as much for a burger that didnt taste half as good as burger queen. Ill be stopping here next time Im in Albany for sure.

The burgers and fries were perfect. Good price and excellent service. However, whats up with the lack of pink straws at this place? They should have all colors, not just ugly yellows and greens. Burger queen is our FAVORITE spot for a quick lunch in Albany. Theyre locally owned, have unbeatable prices and grind all of their beef in house. Nobody makes a better $3-$4 burger than the queen!

Love the place. Very friendly workers, started cooking burger patties while we were talking about what the heck bubble tea was, so we wouldnt have as long to wait for cooking time. Awesome, it is so the little things like customer service. Oh, and they patiently explained in small easy to understand words (my brain wasnt awake so easy to understand was appreciated) just what bubble tea was.
