Friendly staff and moderate food. But sanitization of the utensils as I saw it was very poor. The basket in which they carried the cleaned utensils for the dining area was super old and very dirty. And the person who emptied the basket was touching the top part of the utensils with bear hand. These parts will get into the customers mouth after a few minutes or hours with no further sanitization! 🤦🤦

My mom and her friends eat here often.She will usually get me a burger or pancakes.And they are usually really good.I just sat down to eat, and I was disappointed.She wasted money and I have to figure out what I will eat for dinner, because I will not be eating burnt pancakes.

Let me tell you the survive was not very good I have a complaint about the writetress. They didnt give us srverwhere. And a other thing there was a mess on the table water was spilled. All over the witrtress she throw a colth on the table and make my step mom to clean it up. Thats. Not right. She was rude. Anyway the food was good thank you. I appreciate someone fired her for so many reasons. I do like the one person she was nice. My father was trying to get her attention for coffee creamer. Guess what she walk way from us. She didnt even smile at us, Rude. Please do me a favor and have a talk to her

My pregnant wife wanted to eat Chicken Croquettes. WD is maybe the only place I found nearby where they sell these croquettes according to reviews and their menu. When I arrived at the restaurant, I believe I saw chicken croquettes on the table of a family near the desk. The person attending the desk told me they dont have a chicken croquet with no explanation. I just left because I did not find it appropriate to complain and disrupt other peoples lunchtime. You have or you dont have chicken croquettes.

Came here for the first time a week ago. We were starving when we got there so we were so pleased to see the food come out quickly. Service was prompt and polite. The food was perfect. I got the over-easy eggs and they were cooked to perfection. The omelette was also picture perfect. They earned 5 stars. Looking forward to coming back.

If youre a coffee drinker its not the place to go. The food came out of the kitchen quickly I ordered a western omelette wet with three links with sausage home fries toast glass of water coffee Ive been cooking 29 years. Omelettewas overcooked the coffee tased funny the sausage was great so whats the server.

OK..put onions in food..which I hate.. Asked if onions were in it ahead of time..told no..voilà.. Onions..lol

Weve been coming to this diner weekly after Sunday Mass for 10 years, eating out isnt my favorite thing to do- some establishments are disappointing and I walk away feeling like I should of went somewhere else. But the Western Diner, has never disappointed, great food, phenomenal waitstaff and the atmosphere always feels like Im home- warm, inviting and friendly.

Awesome diner! Interior looks like you stepped back into the 70s, not because it was styled to look vintage but because it has been around that long. Food is delicious, especially the burgers. Quarter pounder is an excellent deal, try it! Sad I wont get to go there much since moving.

I was supposed to meet someone there to have lunch but he was a no -- show! (My 1st visit to this restaurant!) I did look at the menu while I was waiting and I was surprised by the very reasonable prices for their food! It looked like many of their customers were enjoying their food and from where I was sitting, the portions were large! Makes it a good place to eat for the cost of eating out!I think the staff were great! My waitress was very attentive. She asked me what I wanted to drink while I was waiting for my guest. One other waitress asked if I was doing okay? I thought that was very kind of her to ask. A copule more things, I desired to move to a window seat that had been used when I first arrived. The bus boy came to my rescue and helped me to move to my desired booth. Lastly, the lady who was the hostess helped me to watch out for my guest. She was wonderful about it!I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place that has great food, friendly staff, and good prices. Enjoy! 😊

This place is amazing! It has great food, and the waitress that served me and my family was great. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and it did not disappoint. I recommend going there if you want to go out to dinner.

The worst diner I have ever been to waitress looked like she was high ordered a drink with no Ice came back with ice wife ordered unsweetened tea taste like water she the got a Pepsi which ended up being diet Pepsi ordered the haddock with fries wanted to upgrade to disco fries she couldnt do that I said ok I still want them but when it came I never got the fries that came with the meal also said no coleslaw and guess what out comes coleslaw told manager waitress was completely incompetent and got nothing right and she offered to do nothing about it not so much as an apology so do yourself a favor and NEVER EAT AT WESTERN DINER!!!!

Five stars for price. This is your typical diner with average food. Dated decor but I consider it nostalgic. The service is fast and friendly.

They had very few fresh food options and even the salads were mediocre. The vegetables were mushy. The server did not tell us what the specials were until we asked. I would not go back here.
