This place REALLY went down hill, and fast. First of all, they seem to be under some new kind of management or something. They changed their hours, too. The handwritten sign on the door says that they now open at 5pm. The past few times that I have gone there, it is after 5pm, and they are either in there counting the register, or nobody seems to be around at all and the doors are locked. Not to mention, most of the frozen yogurt machines do not work. They also seem to be lacking toppings. What the heck happened to this place? I used to love it here.

Good froyo, but seems to be hurting on supplies or attention to detail. About half the machines werent in use, toppings were OK but with several repeated to fill spots, others were nearly empty an unappealing(white/yellow pineapple?). And the 5 sugar ants on the tray of the cookies&cream/ birthday cake machine was deff interesting and hopefully not a sign of larger issues🙄

I ordered on DoorDash about 30-40 mins before they closed and they didn’t answer the phone nor processing my order. Y’all play with your mother not me. Waste of time!

I love the ice-cream served here especially at the prices and deals they serve. With complete control of what you want, you can go as light or heavy as you want depending on what you what that day, if that is coming from a hours long biking trip and you wanna get a larger cup or you want to get a smaller bit after only a small walk. Its quite conveniently placed and makes you want to come back so very much. The staff is also great and very helpful. My one take away is how unappealing it becomes to want to go there during the winter.

Who ever is working today should get fired. Came here couple minutes before the closing and the doors were locked. The worker saw us and didn’t mind opening them. Terrible

Its not completely the restaurants fault but with all the plastic and lack of being able to top my own froyo the experience was lacking. On top of that the woman behind the counter was not exactly friendly.

Yummy! Wish they had more fruit flavors but thats ok. Had indoor seating, which was nice. Employee asked us to use hand sanitizer before serving ourselves. I watched her cleaning all of the surfaces. She turned away someone who wasnt wearing a mask while we were there, which I appreciated. Felt really safe.

Employees are very accommodating and they keep the store clean. The yogurt flavors are tasty. Three stars only because only one flavor fit within the lowest number of Weight Watchers points to not exceed 5 points for one cup. The next level of point values began at 5 points for 1/2 cup. There are many more choices on Weight Watchers list that I would have been able to eat if they were in the store today.

Today I wanted to celebrate my nieces birthday with some frozen yogurt, but when I showed up the store was closed well after opening! She was very upset and it broke my heart to see her like that. I also tried calling but nobody answered. A company like this should at least make their customers aware when they won’t be open!!!👎

Tcby is always a great treat! Staff were friendly and the frozen yogurt is so tasty! I almost panicked because they were running low on the original vanilla flavor, but i got what i needed. The toppings counter was clean and organized during my visit. Fantastic!

As far as froyo goes its not the worst or best. Only had like 8-10 flavors. Nothing really special. Toppings were meh.

Worked here since the beginning of April. Not here to talk about the business, but the customers. Our regulars are great and Ive never had an unruly customer. Love yall.

The Guilderland, NY TCBY staff and managers are awesome! They provide yogurt cups for a Public Charter Elementary School after school program for the past five years. The prices are reasonable and the students love them.

I usually enjoy the yogurt and the many toppings. However lately the toppings seem to be more unhealthy and less fruit. Staff is always friendly.

Toppings are not fresh and overall not as affordable as comparable places. Lighting is dim in back and kind of ruins the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly though! And they have lychee, mochi, and a large variety of popping boba; which can be difficult toppings to find.

Yogurt is expensive and it has a bad after taste. TCBY yogurt used to be good when I was growing up, it is not anymore.
