Together, over the telephone, we came up with an awesome arrangement called “Bundle of Cheer” and the perfect wording for the occasion, which brought tears to the Green Tech Track & Field coach’s eyes.The Edible Arrangement employee assisted with putting smiles on many faces that day and it will always be remembered. I would recommend Edible Arrangements to anyone for many special/unforgettable or “just because” occasions!Not only are their arrangements phenomenal, their customer service is as well! 🥰

In Colonie, NY. The prices have gone up to the point of ridiculous. The post - covid pause website said open until 5 - they closed at 4. The post - covid pause website listed a group of items available for curbside pickup in 7 minutes. That was not an option. On a Saturday afternoon, I was told to call on Monday. Other businesses are going out of their way to bring their customers back and help them feel comfortable and safe. Not to mention, I know this store counts on office business, which is obviously taking a hit. I guess this place doesn’t care. I won’t be back.

Placed a order online from NJ, called after some questions, the person I spoke to was very professional and helpful. Delivery was faster than expected. Recipient said the strawberries were fresh and very delicious. Great job!

Wow i wish i read the reviews before i ordered my dipped strawberries. because i was very disappointed with the quality of the fruit small size and sour berries . it was my first and last time using them for the price, you would expect better quality .the only positive is the delivery was on time. save yourself some disappointment and use someone else.

This place has a great idea behind it the problem is they dont keep fruit baskets in the store for a customer to pick up other 1 or 2 if your very lucky. Well i must of been super luckey because this store had 1. Their worker bees where. Great they stayed open 10mins late👍. Im thankful for the girls who where kind enough to stay 10 mins past their long hard day. Far as their big wig top not allowing this store to bend the rules a little is the reason for the 1 star. The store it self gets 4 stars because of their hard work.

I ordered an arrangement for our staff at the last minute. The arrangement was delivered on time, was beautiful and very tasty. The fruit was very fresh, the chocolate delicious and the variety was perfect.

This gift that I gave my girlfriend meant a lot and she really liked it and it really helped our situation. I can’t thank them enough for what they gave us I am very satisfied

I ordered a 12 ct box of strawberries for my wife on Feb 11 to be delivered on valentines day. The Delivery arrived at her work place at 4 P.M and only had 8 strawberries... not sure about anyone else but 8 strawberries and a couple of balloons is not worth nearly 70$...Will be the last time I order from this company.

I placed my order at 10:30 AM for a same day delivery on a Friday. Understandably, its a Friday, so I thought there would be some slight delay. So I call for an update around 2:30 PM because my recipient leaves work at 4 PM. They say theres nothing they can do. They claimed that I just missed their first truck, which apparently doesnt get back until 4 PM.The manager who answered the call was fairly polite, but offered no assistance other than offering to cancel my order. He passes me to the owner who then proceeded to throw it in my face that I should have called sooner (repeatedly). He told me the best he could do is make it the first delivery out when the driver got back. I asked him to provide a courtesy call when that happened. To which he begrudgingly agreed to do.By the end of the phone call it was 2:45 PM. 15 minutes go by and the whole ordeal had me so frustrated that I decided to call back to cancel the order, realizing that there was no way it would be able to get there before 4 PM.When I politely asked to cancel the order, he agreed to do so and swiftly slammed the phone with no confirmation of cancellation whatsoever. I call back to confirm cancellation, and the phone call goes unanswered for 45 seconds. A polite woman then picks up and I ask her if I could get a confirmation of the cancellation, since I was hung up on. She asked me to hold, and after the hold im speaking to the manager who is noticeably agitated, as was I. He told me he hung up on me because I was being difficult. He then confirmed my cancellation order, I said thank you and hung up.I would not recommend this store to anyone who expects good customer service.

Everytime we bring an edible arrangement to a gathering, its the hit of the party. Everyone ooos and ahhs and finds it difficult to pick the piece of fruit they want to eat first (it all looks so good, so delicious). Edible arrangements are expensive but they are worth every penny. Thank you for the quality products you provide and for enabling us to make gatherings with family and friends that much more special.

This establishment has no regard for the privacy of the recipients of the orders. They just offer out other deliveries for the same recipient without issue. First off this is an unsafe practice as it could lead to something serious. Never order from this location.

Pre-ordered a arrangement for Valentines day and for a noon pickup. Arrived 11:50am and was told that it would be about 15 minutes for it to be made. 45 minutes later I was told that it hadnt been started and that they were out of of the fruit that my arrangement needed. What was more frustrating was that somebody who ordered that morning had their arrangement fulfilled.

I had never had Edible Arrangements before and I was really excited when my boyfriend gave them to me for valentines day. The only problem was that they got left out over night (and it was the coldest night of the year) causing them to freeze. I tried to eat them because I didnt want him to feel bad, bug couldnt because apparently you CANNOT freeze strawberries! They get all squishy and descusting. Anyways, I went to edible arrangements and they immediately made me another box. I thought this was extreamly nice of them and I cannot begin to tell you how great the customer service is. When I got home I tried the strawberries and they were absolutely delicious. Even though they were replacement strawberries they didnt give me any less than I had started out with. Bottom line THE STRAWBERRIES ARE DELICIOUS AND THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am very pleased and will return.

Let strart by saying they didnt fill my balloon right when i pick it up, i got a chocolate frosted strawberries in the pictures look amazing but when my girlfriend open they look awful, some of them were bad and the chocolate was hard as a rock, i paid $41 dollars and believe me its not worthed, go somewhere out

Order dipped strawberries today was very disappointed with the quality of the fruits dry wrinkles no good strawberries....would not recommend dipped strawberries.

Very unprofessional !!! Didnt follow the delivery instruction. I will never use this location of Edible Arrangements ever. Birthday surprise was ruined!!!!!
