LOVE the donuts...customer service was ok...was given a digital gift card. They do not except 😡😡 was told the bar code was to big to scan. Can not put in manually.

When ever I come home I stop here and get me some of there delectable bites of heaven. I have had them all over and these are the best to me. It has been consistent since I was a child. You will never go wrong with this location.

The doughnuts are always good but the drive thru you can throw it away and is super slow. Allow people to come into the store would help mine things along.

The drive-thru is a very tight fit and not much parking on the corner of a very busy road, but the donuts are worth the hassle.

Went to this location because the HOT sign was on. Unfortunately when I got my doughnuts they were not hot. They werent even warm.

I live in Americus and we dont have a Krispy Kreme, so everytime I go to Albany I stop by there. I have been going more often lately and there is a young lady that is the assistant manager there is THE BEST at customer service. I think that her name is Miss. Nisha.I have never been disappointed since she has been there.

This restaurant has been in Albany. Ga since I was born they have the best doughnuts and coffee in town if you come to visit stop buy and get you a doughnut and coffee I promise youll love it.

No hot chocolate, in the early afternoon (around 12:30)

It was open. We were looking for an air conditioner and water. They had both and it also gave me a reason to grab a couple of doughnuts.

I mean, Hot-n-Ready gets 5 stars every time in any state or country, right!?! This particular location needs to get its drive-thru ordering board back to an operational level and figure out how to accept more than Cash-only in its drive-thru. We now live in a society that mostly relies on easy and convenient debit/credit card transactions.

This was the worst pick up I’ve ever had from here! The customer service was not the bomb, but the donuts were OLD OLD OLD and went straight to the trash when I made it home!

Very happy with my trip to Krispy Kreme! Placed and order on line for immediate pick up and we were in line at the drive thru when and employee helped us and got my order ready. The donuts were fresh and the chocolate creme and blueberry were so yummy. I love Krispy Kreme!!

As always, their donuts are amazing. Thats the only reason they they got four stars.Wish I could say the same for their customer service. One can never tell if they will be greeted with a smile and friendly service or if they will be met with arrogance and rudeness like we were about 10:00 PM on New Years eve.I know people need jobs but if they cant offer a smile, courteous service and a friendly attitude they dont need to work with the public.

I placed the order via their app for a set pick up time, which would give them 45 mins to prep my order.However, when I got there, they told me to wait for another 45 mins because their machine broke. Don’t they think they should have let the customer know ahead of time?There was no apology, no “sorry for the inconvenience”. Super rude.

Customer service at Krispy Kreme is great. There is always a huge drive thru line, so that lets you know that the doughnuts are good. I like them better than Dunkin Doughnuts because they are fresh and hot. They also have a much bigger selection than just glazed and chocolate. They have seasonal doughnuts as wel.

Doughnuts are great my wife and I wanted to try the caramel covered doughnuts, they are great. The only disappointment I have is that drive through. The intercom doesnt work we were waved up to the window to place our order. There has been a pretty good size hole right at the window that should have been fixed some time ago. Service was good.

One of the worst krispy kreme stores. Usually out of glazed doughnuts. Drive thru is extremely slow. Employee apathy is extremely high.

The doughnuts are great, as always, but the quality of the people at the window can go from very nice to absolutely terrible.

Now I have loved the KK all my live but two visits the Albany GA location recently has been a bit disappointing. They are not pleasant. This last time they had no cake donuts of any kind. But classic glazed were good.

Went there on a Saturday night around 8:40pm and couldnt get any good service nor any assorted donuts. They told us they werent making anymore. The original were prebox donuts and cold.

Krispy kreme knows it s got what it takes to have it going on and it is going on especially when the hot sign flashing .

I placed an order 4 hours prior to the time that I want it delivered. I received the order to hours and 40 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and then it is not what I ordered. I received one Box of strawberry glaze in 1 Box of regular glazed in which the 1 Box of regular glazed Was supposed to be 6 glazed and 6 strawberry filled. I am terribly disappointed at the service that I received especially after spending $30 and I understand that part of that was delivery but 3 hours later and cold doughnuts doesnt sit well with me...

Whats not to love from Krispy cream

We went through the drive thru to order. We hadnt quite gotten up to the order board so, apparently, we didnt hear the initial greeting. When we said hello? the girl running the speaker got an attitude and responded with I SAID welcome to Krispy Kreme! Ok. Gotcha. We proceeded to order two dozen mixed donuts. For the hot donut sign being on, we got some of the oldest looking donuts that Ive ever seen and all of the most unpopular flavors. I have never gotten such poor service! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK ANYTIME SOON!
