I did not physically visit this store, but I ordered an article online that I could not find anywhere after checking all of the Hobby and Craft stores within a 30 mile radius of my home, as well as looking for it on Amazon. I just started a 6-week class and I needed this particular tool as soon as possible. Widget Supply is the only place I could find online that actually had this tool. They had several shipping options, but naturally I chose the least expensive which was first class mail. I emailed customer service and asked how long it would take to get here and they literally had my order shipped within a couple of hours of ordering it. The customer service rep I dealt with was named Leanne. Kudos to her for great customer service. The tool literally arrived in the mail two days later so I guess USPS had a little something to do with that as well. I am very impressed with this organization and will order from them again. If you are looking for some Gadget or tool that you cant find anywhere else this place probably has it.
