Trust me, these are the best sugar cookies youll ever get around, and they have so many other flavors that are just as delicious. Cookies have always been my #1 favorite dessert so its no wonder I love this place so much. Its really a shame theyre only found in malls...they really should have their own storefront cause these cookies are amazing! Theyre always fresh, soft and tasty though is say their snicker doodle isnt so good.The customer service you get here can vary though. Sometimes youll get people who are nice and friendly and other times youll get people with a flat i dont care demeanor, but usually I dont care myself as long as there are the cookies I like there. There was one time though we went there and only one woman waa seen working and They were out of sugar. When I asked if they had more she said no and acted like they wouldnt be making more...when next time on a different day there was a different lady working and it was the same problem, but then the lady told us they already had more being made and to come back in an hour. That other lady was obviously lazy and too careless and I hope she doesnt work there anymore. But either way I recommend this place for very good cookies.

Great cookie!! With mask its very hard to hear the ladies or gents behind the counter please give them the benefit of the doubt I was guilty of this I thought the lady behind the counter had attitude but actually it was just both of us not hearing each other correctly. I give them so much respect for also calling the consumer when they have a complaint I changed my one star to five stars due to the quick response and friendliness over the phone! Thank you for your response friendliness and please on the consumer side talk louder to the clerks because they have so much going on in the background for noises sometimes they cant hear with the mask or the background noice.
