I used the shuttle and the man that drives the car was polite, accommodating, and picked me up at a different location to bring me back to the dealership. The staff are awesome and make the environment comfortable for women. Some women can feel intimidated at dealership and car shops but they all the staff are great.Thank you

I was only in for an oil change. My service adviser, Jon Cordi, was very attentive. When my car was done he came and got me and had all my paperwork and keys and had my car right outside the door. This was my third time in for service and i was treated the same every time.I observed other service advisers taking care of customers, and they all were very good at explaining service needs and findings, and treated the customers with equal respect. Very good service team.
Absolutely love my new car and was so glad that I didnt purchase elsewhere before going to DeNooyer. The sales team was a pleasure to deal with. No stuffy attitudes. Very friendly!!
They were supposed to patch tire and it cost $75. Left and tire went flat. Scheduled a service to bring it back they kept calling and texting the wrong number. When I called to get status I was put on hold for 30 minutes and hung up. I then called back and was put on hold for 20 more minutes because they weren’t sure the status of the car. The person finally got back on the phone to say the car was done but the paperwork was being finished up. 20 minutes later they called the wrong number again to tell us that the car was ready to be picked up. We gave them the correct number 2 times (when car was dropped off, when they texted the wrong number we called to have it corrected and they called it again). When we picked up the car they said they saw the issue with the tire and made sure they fixed it this time yet the next day the tire was flat again. We now need to call and miss work a third time to bring the car in over a patched tire. How incompetent are the people that work here?I haven’t taken my car in to the dealership for quite some time before this incident because of another issue. I only brought my car in here for the tires because I bought the tires there and thought it might fall under a warranty, of course it didn’t.The issue I stopped going there for was I had faithfully brought my car there for years. I purchased the car in 2013 and had every service done there except a few oil changes. I also had all repairs there. The last time I went there I had a regular maintenance service done and when I left my radio couldn’t be controlled by the buttons on my steering wheel any more (radio volume, phone calls, etc...). I called them up and asked if something they did could’ve caused it and they said no, but bring it back in and it won’t take more than an hour for us to look at it. I get there and they tell me there will be a diagnostic fee which was never told to me on the phone. Then they said they thought they knew what was wrong and it would cost over $100 to fix it. I told them to fix it. After 3 hours of waiting the guy came out to tell me that they couldn’t fix it because my radio was broken. He said there was a component that was no good and the radio would need to be replaced. I said well that doesn’t make sense since the radio works, but he insisted. Then he told me it would be over $500 to replace it even though my radio worked and just the buttons on my steering wheel weren’t working. I declined the repair and asked to speak to management. When I went to talk to the service manager I told him I don’t believe that my radio is bad that everything I read online says that a software update broke it and the correct one needed to be installed. He then told me that his technicians were professionals and that they don’t need google. That google doesn’t give answers (side not I laughed at his ridiculous response since I’m an engineer in the information technology field and have spent the last 16 years using google). He assured me that was the only way to fix it but didn’t charge me the diagnostics or the fee for the fix that didn’t work. I went home and googled some more and found a few posts that said to factory reset my radio. I did that and my radio worked again!!! Thank you Google!!! Apparently I didn’t need to spend $500 to replace my radio, I just needed a factory reset and apparently those highly qualified technicians don’t know what they are doing.
We had such a positive experience. Dave Mattice was phenomenal to work with, along with everyone that we had contact with at the dealership. My husband and I both are still talking about how terrific the whole experience was. It was hassle free, and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Denooyer Chevrolet!! Everything was fine. No extra charges. Vehicle was inspected in time promised. Waiting room was comfortable.

This place is absolutely terrible. This is the second time I have brought my car in for work since I’ve gotten it about a year ago. I had to deal with the same guy twice and he gave me nothing but issues the entire time. When scheduling to make my second appointment whom ever I spoke with on the phone tell me even if they did not find a problem I would not be charged because my car is under warranty after arguing with the gentleman for a bit on the phone, my boyfriend and I decided to go down to the dealership where the gentleman was extremely rude and argumentative with both myself and my boyfriend. He basically told me that since I “was lying” and “wasting his time” that I was getting a $161 service charge. After telling him several times that I was not lying and my car does what it was brought in for every time I drive it he refused to bring it for a ride down the street. Which lead us to leave without my vehicle. My boyfriend had even told him the exact issue and he still decided to argue with us over the issue. After having a few other people get involved, the issue was found and fixed.
Bought my 2019 Chevy Trax from Denooyer this week. My salesman Nicholas was the best in the business. I would recommend anyone call him at Denooyer at Ext 1384 and see them for all your families vehicle needs!
My Chevy Volt has three times gone into a mode where it blinks and beeps and does not start. Twice we have jump started the car and taken it to DeNooyer, and both times the service people could not find anything wrong. We allowed to car to stay for three days for testing, but we were told again there is nothing wrong. I conclude that DeNooyers people do not understand the car they sell. Clearly when the car wont start, there is something wrong.
The car looks brand new again! You would never know there was any damage. Jim is extremely polite and helpful!

Left vehicle night before for a 7am appt. Had vehicle all day....no contact after early morning...texted for status update...no response...called 40 minutes later...was told rep was on phone and to leave message after explaining that it was after 4pm and I needed to go to work and needed to make arrangements to have someone pick truck up. No call back....texted again at 7:30pm...no response....next day got notice vehicle was done. Rep said he had to leave early day before....bodyshop estimates were never done...he wasnt sure what that was about and never bothered to call to clarify....then was told appointment was never made for that, which it was! Also fluffed over both issues with truck, one of which is same thing that it was in for few months ago and 2 cylinders were changed!

Colorado was in for the third time for a transmission problem, first time was a mobil synthetic transmission oil change, second time, torque converter change, third time, new transmission formulation change, give me a break,looks like ill be trading it in for a ford product, !, had the oil changed last time in, requested no tire rotation due to 2 wheel drive and snow tires on the rear, picked up truck and found snow tires on front, are you kidding me
