I went to buy the ilia beauty serum foundation and the staff was really helpful to pick the color that suits my complexion.

Customer service here at this Albany/Colonie location is much better than the service I receive at locations in NYC!

What a wonderful location! The staff was simply amazing. They were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and came across loving what they do! I was already having a great day and still managed to walk out of this store in far higher spirit than when I entered. I cant wait to return :-)

I’m mostly giving five stars because of how incredibly sweet and patient Erin was. I truly only do reviews for when I meet employees that actually catch me off guard with their kindness. My best friend and I really had some obnoxious things happening with coupons etc and using points and she acted like we weren’t being inconvenient at all. Thank you, Erin! Meeting you was a great way to start our shopping today!

This Sephora it’s the rudest one I’ve ever being to!So I’m From NYC and it does not matter the time you arrived even if is 1 minute before the door closes you will be treated nice! Here I arrived 10 minutes before 7 the lady at the door had me waist long 2 insisting on checking me out before I got what I needed... even after I said no 4 times, abs then she said in the little radio “an other customer” with such a nasty attitude; like I get it you are going home, but I couldn’t arrive earlier because of other circumstances and it’s not like o was there spending 5 dollars I spent almost $300 US.Again this store was horrible!!!

I love this Sephora location especially for how well it is stocked. A ton of brands are carried here, which isn’t always true of every Sephora location.

My favorite Sephora location... Im a diehard sephora fan (with ROUGE status) and the friendliness, helpfulness of the staff and cleanliness of the store post-reopening is just impressive.

I Asked about a perfume, I havent been able to find. To an lady who had a short haircut with glasses. She seem to didnt know. I tried to make conversation. As Im looking for something new. At same time I ask her for a sample of a perfume there. I got no feed back and right after handing me the sample. She just walked off. Not even ask if I needed anything else. I was hoping to find something. But, I wont be returning. With customer service like that.

5 star customer service. The products are great and if you dont like a product you can exchange it for another product. I always feel warm and welcomed when I enter the store. Christina has helped me so many times and truly remembers the products I have bought and always asks how they are working for me. Love glamglow products. Cannot see how anyone can give it any less than 5 stars.

Why only 2 stars? Not because of cleaneless, inventory but customer service.At least 10 on the floor but not many offer you any products these days sephora offers..more looks like randomly people who have no clue about parfums selection, knowledge about products on the shelves. The most important that no clue how HR selects candidates and what kind of knowledge are as requirement to be hired? Genre, sexual orientation, connection or relativity??? Sorry, SEPHORA.

I love buying hair and make-up products and this Sephora has the biggest selection of higher quality products that cant be found in a drugstore.

I agree with the review under me, the staff needs to find a happy medium when it comes to offering help. The same people will ask several times during the same visit. When Im standing there trying to swatch eyeshadow or lipstick and the same 2 people ask me if they can help me over and over, I feel like they think Im going to steal or something. Its very uncomfortable.

My daughter and i went in to buy a few items. I had questions on where to find things. The employees merely pointed and said go here or look there. Meanwhile, she just stood there. We walked out. Way to make a welcoming statement. We Went to ulta where we spent some money.

Perfume I bought was so so but the staff was pleasant. Really like this store.

I went in to purchase Christmas gifts for my neice, since I dont wear much makeup except mascara and am not very knowledgeable about makeup I really needed help. I asked three different sales associates for help and they completely ignored me! I have never felt so out of place and uncomfortable than I did in this store! I am a woman in my 40s and can afford everything in this store so I dont understand what is going on with the people that work here but they are so incredibly rude and unhelpful I will never go back. Zero customer service here. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience too. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement.

Someone reviewed that the staff never offers help. Well I would have given it 5 stars if the staff would leave me alone. I will admit the last time I went there I didnt get asked if I needed help at all but they were so busy. However the time before that all 4 of the employees asked me if I needed help and two of the them twice. Complete overkill. Maybe Im being picky, but that experience, to me, felt like I was being harassed. I guess the staff need to find a happy medium? Once or twice is enough. Ok enough bashing. Other than that I love the store! All my fav cosmetics.
