It’s always a gamble when you choose a shop to do work for you. Oftentimes the outcome isn’t the best.Not the case with Possum Auto body. It may take a while to get your vehicle in to be worked on. They do good work and care about the outcome. They are worth the wait.

Ive never been there. To clarify my rating of one star: Like I said I have NEVER been there so I couldnt give them a higher rating when I havent used them. However I am very sure they do excellent work or they wouldnt have been in business for such a long time. I did call them and they did answer all my questions. Based on call Id give them 5 stars.

I actually was sent to Possum Autobody following an incident at a nearby auto detailing center. One of the detailing center employees somehow backed my vehicle into something causing a fair amount of damage. Once in the hands of Possum, I had a tremendous customer service experience. Honestly, Possum took what was a huge disappointment in the detail center (both in service and how they handled the accident) and made it as positive as possible. Starting with excellent customer service and delivering a flawless (and guaranteed) repair, I could not have been happier with the experience and have since been back for some other minor work on another vehicle. I would use them again and recommend this business to anyone in need of repairs big and small. Keep up the good work Possum! DW

Great place. Rich really knows how to handle customers, very cool guy and deals very fairly. I have been a repeat customer and they really do warranty their work. I have tried a few other places in town but this place is the place that really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. This will be my go to place for auto body repair.

I had an excellent experience with Possum. My car was banged up from a parking structure on the front and back driver side. I had no experience with auto body work before, so I got quotes from three shops. Rich at Possum took the time to talk through the whole process when making his quote including the pros and cons of OEM parts vs. after market. Admittedly, the final selling point was that theyre guaranteed through my insurance, and that process was as easy as I couldve hoped.The other two shops estimated 8 days for the job. Possum said 5. I gave the job to Possum, assuming it would take longer than they estimated. Instead, I got a call at the end of the fourth day that the car was ready to go. Now, our four year old car looks brand new. Gratitude to Rich and his crew.

Took my Scion TC to get my front fender dent removed and a touch up on my bumper. I had two spots that I wanted to get redone as well. The guy said he could touch up the two pieces when they take off the bumper. He said it would take 5 days to do it. Brought it in on a Monday at 8:30, and I received a call from them on that Thursday morning saying my car was done. Went and picked up my car and it looked beautiful! The gentleman who helped me was so awesome! Super sincere, very kind, and really wanted to make sure everything fit to the schedule I was on. My car originally had a clear bra on it, and I noticed that it was competently gone and I thought it was weird. I went and asked him and he said they would call me in about a week or two to put it back on. During that time he mentioned that since my entire bumper was off that they just redid the whole thing and painted it. I was not expecting that. Car looks completely brand new. Insanely pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone any day. Thank you Possum Auto Body. If I ever need fixing on my car again, I will definitely be coming back!

Just got estimate at this point but were very helpful and kind.

Was very pleased and satisfied with the services that were provided for my vehicle, when it was hit by a hit-and-run several years ago. During the snowy part of the year, no car rentals were available and all tow trucks out on calls. The staff jumped in to get a tow truck were I was located, help get us a rental and started on the work order right away. My stress was relieved immediately after the highly dedicated, knowledgeable and motivated staff took care of my needs right away!

Ive had several repairs done at Possum Auto Body over the years, some small, some not quite so small. The work is always great, and even if youre only there for a quote they friendly and helpful. I usually work with Rich - tell him I said hi!

Quality and customer service is the best in the valley.

They stay busy, so I’d assume they do a good job. It took 4 days to get a quote. The quote was double what I can get in Eugene.

The first time I went there, the work was great, although they did end up changing the date my car would be ready. The second time was abysmal. I was told 3-4 days for repairs. When I called on day 3, they told me 2 more days. Two days later I called and they told me that they ordered the wrong parts, so they needed two more days. Two days later they told me that parts were damaged, so needed more time. (In their defense, they did supply me with a rental car for free for that day.) The next day I was told that the car was ready for collection, but they werent fitting the damaged replacement part, so I have to go back and take more time without a car to have it fixed. I collected the car after hours only to find that they hadnt fitted my front license plate on the new bumper, and there were no mounting points for it. I looked in the car to put the plate on my dashboard, only to find they hadnt even given it back to me. Not only did they basically steal my license plate, they made my car illegal to drive. The service this time was terrible, and if I ever need body work again, I will not be using Possum.

I cant say enough good things about Possum. I would recommend them to anyone. My boyfriend and I were in a car accident 10 hrs from home (California) just outside of Albany and so thankful we ended up getting towed to Possum. Everyone we interacted with was super helpful and understanding. They went out of their way to help us every step in the process and made it as easy as possible. Even when it was apparent that repair wasnt worth it. They could have easily said nothing we can do, you are on your own at this point. Between helping us get a rental, getting us a quick estimate, working with our insurance, and helping point us in the right direction to salvage our car, Im not sure if we would have figured it all out without them.

They took forever, lost parts, and the security cameras on my hood showed less then professional behavior for the gentleman working on my car. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT IN SERVICE.

Waste of time. They tried to get me to pay 500 dollars to paint a motorcycle gas tank. Its pretty standard to pay around 200 or less for that which is what I was quoted when I went to another place. That was with both nicer paint and more prep work. Absolute rip off and definitely shop around to compare prices and quality.

Very pleased with the service provided. The quality of the work was great, they were speedy with the estimate and the repair, everyone was easy to work with and friendly in office/on phone/email, but best of all the car looked better than it did before the accident!

I took my car to get repair and they quoted me a different price, I agreed to make the repairs the it took them all most 60 days after the car was done I keep coming back at less 4 times one of the most dishonest shops, I ever been and about 3 weeks ago they send one more invoice to my insurance, they are on the business to take from hard working Americans .Be smart find a different shop do your home work before you commit to this shop.
