Walked in to test drive a Fiat and walked out with a new car at a great price. Josh Johnson was great, as was the rest of the Armory team. No BS haggling over the price of the car or the value of my trade in. Instead, just a straightforward and honest approach to getting you into a new vehicle of your choice. highly recommend.
If you are interested in a Fiat, go to Armory and ask for Michael Moolick. I have dealt with many salesmen from many dealerships ranging from Fiat to Subaru, Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Cadillac, BMW, Saab, Volvo, Aston Martin, Lotus, and more. Michael was the best salesman I have ever experienced. He understood the situation and was genuinely concerned with us buying the right car rather than simply buying a car from him. He even encouraged us to test drive competitors vehicles to ensure we were buying the right car (confident in his product!).Armorys prices are generally very competitive and the sales experience is quick and painless.I have had past experience with the service department which leaves something to be desired; not fixing specifically called out issues in a new car. I trust these have been resolved since then. Nevertheless, the sales team is great!
I dont often bother to write reviews but this time I need to spread the love. Josh Johnson at Armory made buying our new car relaxed and enjoyable from the first test drive all the way through to getting the keys. Hes super friendly and no pressure and really worked with us to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. This was our first time buying a new car, so the prospect was a bit intimidating, but he really made it easy. I have been to other dealerships for test drives where I felt like I was being heckled with a hard sell until I could get away and then would get constant calls or emails after that. This wasnt like that at all. When we came to Armory, Josh greeted us, asked us what we were interested in and then gave us a couple of sets of keys and let us go off on our own and have a bit of fun. That was so much better than feeling trapped in the drivers seat while you get someones pitch. After the test drive, he was super nice about answering our questions and gave me his cell number in case we had more. We left and thought things over for a week, without getting pestered with a single call or email. A week later we came back and Josh made things happen so we could get our new baby. After experiencing 3 failed attempts to buy a car at 3 different dealerships, I can honestly say it was a totally different experience when I walked into Armory FIAT. My Sales Associate, Chris Laramie was professional and efficient from the minute we exchanged our greeting. He is extremely honest and very likable. He went out of his way to help me find a car that was affordable, practical and fun. Chris kindly introduced me to the Finance Manager, Jim Clark, when I showed an interest in the FIAT 500L. Jim has been driving this dream car with his family of 5 with 3 little kids. Jim sat in the showroom car with me and very meticulously and patiently went over all the features of the car based on his own experience. He was great as he sold the sizzle of the Fiat with a nice soft touch using his own personal experience. Since we both have little kids, it was a bonus to hear his thoughts about it. I took it for a test drive and fell it love with it. I asked to meet the General Manager, Rocco Peluso during the negotiation of the price. He was absolutely wonderful and I loved his professional and caring approach. The 3 gentlemen I worked with last night were top notch and made me feel like they really care about me which enforced my decision to purchase a new 2014 Fiat 500L at an exception price that I could afford. I am very proud to say I love Armory FIAT and the awesome gentlemen that served my best interests last night with the purchase of my new car. As they say, people dont care how much you know, until they know how much you care. Michael Moolick is an amazing salesperson to work with at Armory FIAT. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and will never encourage you to buy a car that you dont absolutely love. I would highly recommend that you test drive a car at Armory and ask Michael any questions you have - he made my first time car buying experience comfortable and fun and I am very happy with my purchase.
I recently purchased a Fiat 500 from Armory. The entire experience was really bad! First, the pressure began to make a purchase quickly on the sales lot. Then, the business office began pressuring for the purchase of an extended warranty for the car. I attempted to contact upper-level management about these issues, but it is impossible to contact them. The highest level that a customer can go to are the managers of the various divisions at Armory such as sales, business, parts, etc. There was no way to contact someone in charge of the business.Two of the sales people, however, were very helpful and attempted to rectify these issues.

Last night we stopped by to look at a used Infiniti G25X. We had just come from two other dealerships that were lacking in customer service. Not in a very optimistic mood we walked the used car lot. Dave greeted us immediately and after a few questions that were knowledgeably answered by Dave he offered us to take the car for a test drive. After the test drive we talked for a while and were treated in a professional and friendly manner. We explained that we had a lot to think about and this morning my husband contacted Dave by phone and e-mail. We were seriously interested in buying the Infiniti and Dave made it very easy for us. After having only bad experiences in the last 2-3 weeks during our car shopping (Oneonta, Queens, Connecticut, Albany) it was such a pleasant surprise that we could seal the deal by phone and I have my new car already in my garage at home in Oneonta. Highly satisfied and definitely would recommend working with Dave if you are looking for a good used car!
The service is charging $139 per hour and there is no dealership in the country that gets that much. Other comparable dealerships with the Fiat marquee are charging $95 per hour.
