Does great work!

This is my first choice for regular Maintance or big problems that arise with my car. Greg is very professional and can tell you honestly what the choices are to help you. I’ve never had a problem and am always taken care of. The prices are reasonable and they can usually get in and out.

Fair prices, great staff, & they dont give you the run around like most places. You wont regret getting your vehicle serviced/repaired here. I always leave with my car running better than when I brought it in and I appreciate that!

Liberty has repaired different issues on my old 92 Ford truck, and each was completed on time, competently, and at a fair price. I get them to do all the repairs that I cant do myself. Recently the 92 was leaking a good bit of transmission fluid and I was concerned it might be the front seal in the trans. (an expensive repair), Greg diagnosed the pan gasket was leaking (not so expensive).A dishonest mechanic could have told me the front seal was bad, Greg is as honest as the day is long. They have my business because of their honesty, expertise, and fair pricing.

Beware. Do not go here. You will be ripped off as others mentioned in this review. This company has machanics that have worked for many auto repair companies in Albany that have been shut down for unethical practices of claiming to fix your car and ripping you off. They will also hold it for weeks while the workers who dont have cars will use itas their own. Then when you demand your car back, they will fix something and make more problems so you have to come over and over again. Again, please dont waste your time and money.

Horrible customer service and attitude. In talking with Greg on my last visit, we discussed the price of a brake kit. It was around $270 for the kit according to Greg(4 rotors 4 sets of pads.) Approximately 2 months later I had greg order the brakes and scheduled a time to have installed. He called me back with a quote, which i thought sounded a bit high but went ahead and had him order the parts. I have the brakes installed the next day. When the brakes are finished i pay my bill and notice that instead of the $270 i was originally told the brake kit would be i was charged for each item from the kit separately which totaled $389. Quite a difference in price. Greg conveniently is not there at this time. Greg refused to honor the price he gave me and had a bad attitude about it. Then whats even worse is my brake pedal is all mushy now like they left old brake fluid or air bubbles in the line. I went up to have it checked out 30 minutes after they opened on a Saturday and Greg refused to look at it that day or look me in the eye. They also scratched one of my wheels and didnt say anything. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY SHOP. I will not be back.

Did not fix the issue. Overcharged me for repairs and told me that my head gasket was going out which was not true. They just made up an issue because they wanted more money.

They are the honest and fair, the best place around. If its broke they can fix it.

Don’t go here Greg will fix it and cause more problems with your vehicle so you will have to keep coming back to him so they can make more money there very Greedy I do not recommend it
