Pick-A-Part is one of my favorite places to go! The employees are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. They almost always know the answers to any questions i might have, if they dont know the answer there is always someone around that does. They almost always have the part Im looking for, but if by chance they dont have it they get on the computer and try to find it at another location. If they find it they will have it shipped to their site at no cost to you. It usually gets there within a couple days. The best part is for only $1 you can sign in and go walk around the yard for hours looking at hundreds of cars and find things you didnt know you needed until you see it! Plus the cars are very organized and if you tell them exactly what youre looking for they will give you a map and tell you exactly where to find whatever it is youre after. . I would have gave 5 stars but theres always room for improvement!

I ordered a bumper cover but when it arrived, the damage was more than the picture showed (damaged in shipping?). not their fault I suppose. Refund was easy enough.

Every time I come this yard for work or for personal reasons, the employees are always very nice. They give me very fair prices and they pretty much always have what I need. Great place for parts, especially Honda’s. They have tons!

Went looking for a specific car part, they said they had the car and part so we paid the $2 per person fee to go in ($4 total). They did not have the car in the junkyard. Came back and waiting in the office about 5 minutes to speak to someone and none of the employees acknowledged we were there. We ended up leaving.We lost $4 and waisted our time, employees did not even care to actually see if they had the car and/or it’s parts in the computer.

Said they would have my part ready on Friday took my money then on Friday they said it would be Monday at the earliest not the way to do a customer very disappointing

So many great things to say about this location, have been going here for 17 years now and always happy with my results and experiences. Counter folks are always great and very helpful. Was kind of bummed when I recently found out that the age limit was 16 when I tried to bring my 14 year old to show her some knowledge since she has auto interest, even accompanied with me was a no go but I do understand liability. Thank you for years of great service and will forever continue to be a customer!

I have been going here for years only great experience. They got friendly and helpful staff definitely will keep going here. Good selection of parts and great prices. My favorite junk yard in the area.

They charge $2 admission, even I you just carry parts. They had what I needed, and still cheap.

The husband found what he needed fairly quickly. The prices were good. All around no complaints.

GO TO B&R ACROSS THE STREET INSTEAD! Called looking for a grill for my 05 forester. They said they had multiple foresters of that year. Drove 14 miles to get there and asked the guy at the front desk again whether they have any 04 to 05 forester. Again he said they have multiple 04 to 05 foresters. He then told me there was a 2 dollar fee per person and I would need to pay 4 dollars because I had another person with me. I accidentally handed over 5 1 dollar bills and he saw it was 5 and proceeded to take the money. All said and done, I went to the lot and there was a total of ONE 05 forester and absolutely everything was stripped out. Never going to return to this place again. You can tell all they care about is taking your money in whatever greedy way they can. Horrible place.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have never gone to a junkyard before in search of a part, but thought Id give it a shot. I called ahead and asked if they had any Jeep Cherokees like mine. They had 2. Unfortunately they did not have the part I was looking for, but I did find a small trim piece that I needed. I brought the part back and they let me take it for free! I guess they figured it covered the $2 entrance fee to the yard. I definitely recommend calling ahead to see if they have the car youre looking for. Friendly staff and I saw a big selection of various makes/models.

I was able to for only 2 bucks look at all the different vehicles in the yard for multiple parts for multiple projects. No stress, no harassment and decent prices.

I have been to many auto salvage yards through the valley. My favorite being the Pick-A-Part located on Turner road just outside Salem. But after today Ive experienced what a real auto wrecking yards should look like. Pick-A-Part auto wreckers in Albany Oregon hands-down the second to none! supposed to be at the staff was amazing. I have no problem driving from Salem to Albany to find my auto parts. I have no problem driving from Salem to Albanydriving from Salem to the Albany Pick-A-Part define my used auto parts. words really cannot express the amazement that I felt when I walked in.

Buy on line, its less frustrating. I Called to be sure they had the part I needed on hand before I drove an hour to pick up the part. When I arrived they said they did not know if the had the tail light I needed, but I could pay $2 gate fee, just to go out in the yard and look to see if I could FIND the part. After paying the gate fee and looking around for over half an hour I found nothing. All the tail lights on hand were damage or missing. When I went back in and spoke to the staff, They finally looked in their computer and discovered they had one on the shelf in their warehouse. When I asked to see that part, they grumbled and went to look for it, found it on the shelf in a few minutes. I told them I wanted it, but now the price went up 30% over what I was quoted on the phone (plus the gate fee) because they had pulled the part for me from the shelf. By this time I had invested two and a half hours, and paid more than I could have ordered a new part online, shipped to my home. Disgusting.

My part was a couple weeks past it’s warranty, but they replaced it for me anyways with no hassle! Highly recommend looking here for any spare parts you need. They’re affordable and if something goes wrong it’s got a 30 day warranty.

Theres another place near by thats a lot better prices and service same part other places pulled are lot cheaper then part they pull here and they dont do it very professionally my break distributor I got from them had all the lines cut to take it out instead of unbolting them like normal had to redo the lines to use it

Terrible drove 45 minutes for a vehicle I called for and the guy said he went and checked and it was there so I drove there and paid for the entry fee sure enough the guy was lying and it wasnt there

We got a screamin deal! A part that goes for $150 plus the covers for the buttons on the door panel we paid $15! Amazing! Oh and the $2 per person door fee.

I called for a part and they have it. They said they would ship. I said sure Ill buy the part and they said they would send me an email in regards of how to pay for it and shipping price. I never got the required info. Found out is was an email issue. Once I got the email problem they quickly sent me the information promptly. I would recommend them they are willing to work with me and help me get the part I needed.

Cant speak highly enough about Pick-A-Part on 4646 Santiam Highway in Albany, OR. They handled our request for a part totally professionally and with immense courtesy and speediness. We were able to pick up the part in person and verify it was correct. When my husband accidentally dropped his wallet near our car, Jiro notified us by cell immediately and we were able to return and retrieve it - all intact. We were so delighted we gave them a company t-shirt and a big bag of Oreos, which they especially loved. Highly recommend.

This yard is a great place to pick up a part. The guys are helpful and they dont try to gouge you on price when you come out. Been there probably 50 times and never been disappointed.

My husband and I had a great experience, the staff/workers went above and beyond in my opinion. We couldnt find a certain car for parts and thy explained how to find it pluse gave us a printout with the numbers and explained how to look for and also literally pointed out the area to find them and had a vary nice guy walk us out to show us the area . I had no idea what i was looking for or what i was doing. I walked in very unsecure but i was greeted by a gentleman named Jairo he was so hands on with helping me. he really went above and beyond to help me i will be coming back again real soon.

My son took his junk heap car to them to sell. Told him on the phone $100, same as other wrecking yards. Because the engine was not installed to the transmission they refused to pay him anything for the car. Tires had less than 2k on them! AAA wrecking said they would take the car in any shape as long as the engine was with it.. installed or not. They were closed for inventory this week or we would have gone there. Will not do business with Pick-a-Fart ever again. If you want a fair deal, dont go here.

They did a great job wrapping it, and it arrived in perfect condition. Every member of the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a shipping # so tracking was easy. Overall I am a very happy customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you need a pre-owned car part.

They where nice to offer and grab my tire from the yard but ended up grabbing the wrong tire plus it had a huge whole and now they will only give me a credit I think there policy needs fixed with a scenario like this.
