Not that I expect a lot from a Starbucks, but this location makes the worst lattes I have ever had from one. They burned the milk in my lattes consistently which is a coffee sin. Get a thermometer!Im actually drinking a Starbucks latte right now in the airport. Its phenomenal in comparison, and simply done correctly.I expect more from a larger, more equipped place like this. I feel like I need to get behind the counter and show them the basics.

This place consistently SUCKS. 3rd chance we have given them and once again issues. Should be easy to order on the app and go pick it up. Seems like chaos going inside with no organization. First couldn’t find our order and tried to give us someone else’s. (This has happened every single visit sadly). If they are out of something you order on the app, you don’t get a refund you just pay the same amount for a lesser drink. I give up with you Alamogordo Starbucks.

This was my first time at this location and the staff truly delivered an amazing experience. The woman who helped me was calm and clear when taking my order, repeated my order back to me to make sure it was correct and was very professional at the window. I was in and out, my Passion Tea Lemonade and Cookie Dough Cake Pop were simply refreshing and I was treated exceptionally well!

They always makes the most amazing drinks! Sweet staff as well.

Terrible slow service, if you go inside they pretty much just ignore you. Flies all over the place, they really need to spray for that. Let me just clarify, go through the drive through! Service is just too slow inside.

The staff at this location are top notch. Even though were in the middle of a pandemic, and these poor baristas are missing half of their stock at any given time (not their fault), they are doing wonderfully. Ive noticed some rude customers at this location, complaining about the time and lack of supplies. Ahem, again, were in a pandemic. Show some grace. To the baristas at the White Sands Sbux, yall are amazing! We appreciate you. 🙏

Hello, This Labor Day weekend was a blur my family and i had been traveling long hours all the way from Long Beach MS. We had a few car issues which made us stop in Alamogordo NM when we were supposed to be just passing through. With the traveling we were kinda cranky and needed some coffee from the travel and overall was just having a bad day. Line was a little long but when We got to the window it Made the wait worth it! We had the most pleasant experience With A young lady named Serena. She really made my husband and I’s day. THANK YOU SERENA you have no idea how happy you made us within a small amount of time and i hope you continue to spread your joy to everyone you meet. We will always remember this little Starbucks moment in Alamogordo and we will be returning when we make our way back next year to Ruidoso Nm that she recommended for us to stay on our next family vacation. I cant wait to return in hopes for another great experience like this one. I hope everyone can experience the joy we had this Labor Day. Thank you

For how busy they are, they are pretty fast. Super friendly staff. Haven’t really had any issues with my orders but when I did, they fixed it right away and gave no fuss about it.

All of the employees are very nice but theyre constantly out of the mango fruit inclusion. When I say constantly, I mean constantly. Sometimes itll show on the app. Sometimes it doesnt. After what has to be 10+ times, I am finally not going to go back.

Fast and friendly service, coffee is always a great start to the day! This particular location has pretty neat pictures and history on the wall about the Air Force and their baristas who are also in the Air Force.

Terrible customer service. I showed up at Starbucks a couple minutes before they were supposed to close, nobody was answering at the order station so I went around to the pay window. All the lights were on but I couldn’t see anyone so I waited, somebody finally showed up, she looked at me, and went about her business cleaning, I sat at the window for five minutes and not a single person acknowledged me so I finally left. This is absolutely ridiculous, if a customer shows up before closing they should be taking my order and they certainly shouldn’t be ignoring me.

Nitro cold brew with just a bit of cream...Excellent, nicely blended. Barista was very friendly. One star deduction because starbucks is just so crazy expensive... eh...

When you been to one starbucks you jave been to them all... the customer service is what makes the difference.

So I’ll start with that I love the workers, very nice! The outdoor seating area is also nice. But I’ve come 6-7 times and every single time my drink has been wrong or the entire order. I understand it’s new and I’m sure it’ll be great in the future! But I just can’t keep spending the money on expensive drinks here.

Out of the ingredients to make drinks on multiple occasions. Service is slow just like Dunkin next door.Each has complaints against them on this app. Want to make money ? Open a coffee shop and focus on keeping items on stock and fast service you will make money hand over fist

Order ahead on the mobile app and expect them to be busy so you might want to not show up right at the suggested time. I normally am able to order before I leave for work and pick up right away no problem and go about my day. yay!!

Horrible service!They raised their prices, didnt fix their sign. When we asked they LIED. Said 335 included tax. No....look.So instead of fixing the price of our drinks to match what they display, lying and being rude is better??Wont go back and will tell everyone to use dunkn right next door.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since shortly after they opened a corporate store here in. I come here a lot before work and today was compelled to make a review because of Jeremy in the drive-thru! His personality was infectious!! They were very busy, but he did well with the stress of being in drive-through and still making the moment right and keeping amazing customer service ! Good job Jeremy and everyone there at Starbucks!

Coffee was good as always and made fresh. I understand that the location opened, so there would be issues as it took a little while. The staff apologized and even gave my dog some whip cream. I have been to some amazing Starbucks across the world, so this is not to be negative here. Would visit again.

They ran out of several items on their menu. Including cake pops. There was one lady making drinks the other taking orders and peoples payments. I waited at least 5-10 minutes at the window while she was taking someones order in order to get my stuff and pay. Maybe they should hire more people. Every other Starbucks Ive been to has given me my order without me having to wait much and I was able to pay and go.

We order a salted caramel mocha frappucino and it wasnt too good. We love this flavor because they use the crunchy salted bits on top and they forgot totally about it. There was none..i prefer the albertsons location... but would be good if they can improve that.

Sometimes the drive thru line is long, but they work really fast. The drinks are made well here. I know its Starbucks, but not all locations are consistent. If they mess up your drink or order its fixed before you even get to the window & they are honest about it. The baristas are all nice with excellent customer service.

Nice staff and drinks taste good. Speed depends on the time of day, but wait time typically doesn’t go over 10 minutes.

This place beats Dunkin out. Their customer service is THE best. Went in this morning to pick up a large order, two drinks were messed up. They were slammed as usual, and they fixed my drinks, and were so friendly. I can not be more pleased with the workers and this store.

I love their coffee here and their vegetarian sandwich wraps are pretty good!

Substandard tasting coffee (but Im picky). Uber friendly staff. Moderate wait times. A bit unorganized and staff can sometimes overlook you.

They never get my drink order right. Ordered an iced venti caramel mach. blonde, breve, extra shot. They forgot the syrup & caramel.Other times they made my iced drinks hot and they constantly forgot to add syrup. They need to re-train the employees. I used to be a batista and trust me, its not that difficult to make a drink correctly. Its so frustrating.

I do not know how Starbucks was, I went next door to Dunkin Donuts which was very very good and on top of that they have 31 Flavors in the same building. Donuts coffee and ice cream yum yum!

I love Starbucks so obviously I loved it 😂 I almost always order a London Fog with soymilk when I go there, and thats what I got and it was amazing. The staff was very polite and courteous as well.

Starbucks has a lot of difficulty with their consistency of making a simple espresso - this store does not. The Starbucks in Cruces and El Paso tend to be hit or miss, mostly miss, but not here.
